I had a great experience at Wow salon! I wear a hijab and they run a womens only salon, so everything was comfortable for me. They were happy to see me last minute for a wash, cut with long layers and blow-dry which was amazing as I was flying the next day. Malika saw me and she was lovely and professional. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to replicate exactly that but also adjusted it for what would be suitable for my hair type. She gave me holistic advice on my hair, recommended some products but didnt pressure me to buy anything. My only negative was that two customers came in during my treatment, one was very demanding, and my hair dresser had to attend to them which broke up my experience. I would have preferred an uninterrupted session but overall it was excellent. Thank you!

Welcoming staff. Had a good experience at the salon, was offer water. Had gel nail extensions that costed AED 425, which I thought was a tad expensive. Liked my nails results. I would definitely recommend the salon. It was easy to access, it’s opposite Waitrose in Dubai Mall. Service was quick and well done in 2 hours.

I was at Wow today. I received a very warm welcome. I had an excellent massage and then relaxed for a pedicure and manicure. The nice thing was that both were done at the same time. The result was wonderful. The work was very precise. Afterwards, my hair was washed and styled. I was extremely satisfied with this visit. I will definitely go back to Wow on my next visit to Dubai.

Friendly staff at the front check in desk, on time service. The hair salon is clean and Faten did an excellent job and very quick also. She is so professional I recommend anyone to go and see her for a haircut and dye and hair treatment. She is a one of a kind hairdresser who listens to her clients and is patient and very knowledgeable about different hair products and hairstyles that suit each unique client’s face shape. I would definitely recommend this salon to my friends.

I was welcomed to Wow beauty saloon after getting rejected and Sisters beauty even though they had same closing hours. I appreciated the fact that even though it was 20’ to closing they still took me in for a pedicure, I find this to be an outstanding service. Myleen B. was taking care of my feet and she was absolutely brilliant. She even offered me a tea on arrival. Apart from doing a very precise job, not being rushed by the time but rather focusing on doing a good job, she was also a great companion. Recommended me a few attractions around Dubai I haven’t even heard of. What a lovely soul. I am beyond satisfied with how my nails turned out & she even gave me advice about how to proceed further so that I don’t keep damaging my nails. Very grateful to have met her as she made the whole experience pleasurable.Fabulous saloon & I will certainly be coming back whenever I’m in Dubai again 🥰🇦🇪

Wonderful friendly staff! I had an enjoyable time chatting to the manicurists - they were funny! Very kind and helpful for choosing colours too. The quality is great and all the techniques were professionally administered. I was offered water/tea/coffee and provided with anything I needed. One thing (other than the super lovely chats my friend & I had) really stood out: one manicurist had a really difficult & rude person demanding things from her. She was super professional and did her work really well even though that person was horrible. The client took 3hrs to complete her nails and the manicurist did a great job. The staff are dedicated and kindhearted! I’m so pleased with my nails and really recommend this salon!
