It was very professional, Intan (mother-to-be massage) and Deepa (legs&feet, neck&shoulders massage) are great specialists, delivering high-quality massage. After the session, we felt relieved and very light, “flexible” and relaxed. Strongly recommend this Spa for massage, you would love to come back and enjoy it again. Thank you!

We had an amazing experience!! We went there for a couple massage. The staff are polite and friendly. Ms. Seethri and Ms. Maithi (I cannot recall the name) were very kind & helpful. The room and the massage was quite relaxing. The pool is temperature controlled and so the the water was really nice. The gym is well equipped and clean. I did not use the Sauna and Jacuzzi tho. Free underground parking is available as well.

I have been going to this SPA 2 times a month. There’s great sauna facility which is perfect for sauna lovers! I highly recommend Intan and Kulapa. They give amazing massage and are super friendly! The hidden Gem hair Saloon is located within soft touch Spa at Damac Maison Mall street. Very clean, calm and hygienic with good and decent décor. I have had my Keratin hair treatment done with the highly qualified beauty and hair technician Ms Manjitha.I would like to say Kudos to her for the wonderful job she did, that really shows her talent and passion about her profession. Honestly I have had my Hair Keratin done in many other saloons around Dubai and since then I decided not to do it again. Then I said I need to get new look by now.My friend recommended the soft touch services including massages, facials and body treatment along with the Saloon treatment. When I tried the Keratin and the hair cut I was amazed and extremely happy as I never though that the results will be like that. Well aside of the techniques proficiency of the lovely Manjitha, the product quality they are using is the best and most efficient one.I recommend this Saloon to anyone looking for VIP experience with very decent price. I will definitely come back 😊

Can’t explain how happy we were , we booked in another branch and came to this one by mistake, they were very helpful and accepted us and the offer was amazing 1 hour for 156AED , they even let us use the sauna , Jacuzzi , lockers and showers. The massage was absolutely stunning and amazing , really enjoyed and we tried to take another hour but unfortunately they had so many bookings.The place is clean and amazing and extremely satisfying with affordable prices.It was one of the best experiences in my life and you made my day thank you so much for been so nice with us.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The Bali massage was fantastic. Kitina did a great job, and wasn’t too soft on me! It was peaceful, perfect music, and not many other guests so around the steam room and hot tub felt very private. The sauna was out of order and a different multi jet shower as well, however it is understandable as these things happen. Nonetheless, deserves a 5 star due to staff, cleanliness and services.

Everything from the beginning to the end was so nice!The reception girl (sorry I didn’t ask her name) was super friendly and accommodating. She provided us with everything we need and assisted me to the spa room as well.The place itself is very clean, relaxing and comfortable. Massage was great.I loved also sauna and jacuzzi and I only wish if it was allowed for couple to use these facilities together but as per Dubai rules it’s separate.Thank you so much for your warm welcome and we will definetely visit you again.

We went for a couples spa retreat during eid. Absolute value for money- we had a 50minute massage and an option to get a facial or body scrub and 25minute use of their private jacuzzi. Our masseuse were really good and made sure we are ok with the pressure they are using and if we are comfortable during the whole treatment. Only comment is for the scrub- I find it on the coarser side. We loved the whole experience so much we felt rejuvenated after the whole experience. Thanks again Softouch spa!
