Staying at Al Habtoor Palace felt special from the moment I arrived. One of my favorite experiences was dining at the American steakhouse, where the food was delicious and the atmosphere was enjoyable.What really made my stay great, though, was the staff. The butlers were attentive and always ready to help, while the housekeepers were friendly and made sure everything was perfect.While the place itself is impressive, it’s the wonderful people who truly made a difference. Al Habtoor is a serene and luxurious oasis. Service is impeccable. Rooms (mini suites really) are large with giant bathroom and a walk-in closet. Rooms (and hotel at large) are spotless with very comfortable beds and sound-proof windows that completely block out construction noise of the neighboring high-rise.Hotel offers a shuttle service to the beach at Waldorf Astoria on Palm island.A few international restaurants and a small supermarket are next door.A very relaxing experience overall.

I had a meeting at the tea garden today with my client, I must say this was one of the best services I have experienced.The staff was efficient, quick and most importantly they all had a smile from the valet , to the hospitality staff inside everyone was happy and polite.I am definitely going to have more meetings at the venue.

What an amazing experience. We have booked the entire garden for iftar to suhoor for our business partners and everyone left with a smile on their faces, super satisfied with the food and the warm and amazing hospitality from everyone.Special thanks to Mr. Alaa Eldin - Complex Director of Banquet Operations. Stayed there for a birthday weekend. Was splendid. Palatial look and feel.Room was lovely. Spacious corridor, grand furniture. There was a harp player one day in the lobby. Loved the breakfast though on one day, it was so busy and service was poor.It is very close to La Perle ShowThe spa was amazing!

Had an amazing stay, This 5-star hotel offers the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and value, especially with its prime location near the biggest mall in the world.✔ Friendly & professional staff – always welcoming and ready to assist.✔ Super clean & well-maintained – both the rooms and common areas were spotless.✔ Great value for a 5-star hotel – reasonable pricing for the quality of service and location.A couple of suggestions:➡️ Upgrade hair dryers (Dyson would be a great luxury touch, especially in suites).➡️ More amenities for families – extra towels, toiletries, and water should be provided based on the number of guests in the room.➡️ Food quality & variety could be improved – while the dining options were decent, a wider selection of dishes and higher-quality ingredients would enhance the experience.Overall, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel!

My wife and I had an exceptional experience at Al Habtoor Palace in Dubai. Having traveled around the world, we can say with complete sincerity that the service and staff here are truly unmatched. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the level of hospitality exceeded all expectations. This was, without a doubt, one of the finest stays we’ve ever had. Particular shoutout to Younes at the BQ restaurant for his wonderful attention, and the cleaning crew for their smiles and perfectly refreshed rooms. We will be back.

An Incredible Stay – Highly Recommend!This hotel truly exceeded our expectations! I typically stay at five-star hotels in the U.S., and I must say—this one was impressive.Service:Our butler was amazing—friendly, efficient, and always quick to assist with anything we needed. The level of service was top-notch! They treated us so well from the start!!Rooms:The rooms were very spacious, spotless, and well-stocked with every toiletry we could ask for. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything clean and even organized our belongings (if you prefer otherwise, just decline housekeeping). The only minor flaws were a small stain on the curtain and a burn/stain on the bed, but overall, cleanliness was outstanding.Breakfast:The breakfast buffet was incredible—a huge variety of options, fresh and delicious food, and plenty to choose from. Definitely a highlight of our stay!Location:The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The only slight downside was some nighttime traffic due to a nearby club, but it wasn’t a major issue.Comfort:The beds were so comfortable that we overslept—for 12 hours! That alone speaks to how relaxing our stay was.Overall, we had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again, hopefully they dont raise the prices much and can still maintain their service levels. Well nice hotel with a good location, we were 2 adults and 2 children , we took a suite because its big so it would fit us. The room is wide , luxurious bathroom, however the down side is that there were no beds for our children, they had to sleep on the sofa, the sofa is not big and it cannot be opened, it wasnt safe for them. And if we want to order extra beds, each bed costs 450 dirham for per night, which is so expensive. The breakfast was good, the service and the cleaning room was perfect. We enjoyed our stay.

We LOVED Al Habtoor Palace! The service and their warm welcome is phenomenal!Sharouk was warm & kind. She made check in a breeze & enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Just about to everything was delicious. They have gluten free and dairy free options. ALL of the breakfast staff are kind! this hotel is great for families. We were debating between the Hilton, The V, and Al Habtoor and we are so glad we chose this location was perfect for our needs. We have a young child so the energy in the hotel worked well for us. V hotel seemed more vibey, energetic, and party vibes. The hilton seemed like a solid business hotel vibe. Al Habtoor has character and warmth.It is a walkable area. All those hotels are all located by each other. There’s a grocery store close by and restaurants. They have a great gym.They offer you a free shuttle to Dubai mall- just ask concierge for times.They also have a free shuttle to the Waldorf Astoria at the Palm so you can have beach and pool access there too. You just have to book this in advance.The rooms are spacious and clean. I loved the shower. They have a tub and two separate sinks.Everything was phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend staying!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel during New Years. We were greeted with a smile from Issac who helped with our luggage and showed us around the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and beds are extremely comfortable. The hotel is situated near clubs and a theatre auditorium so you will hear the cars horning outside late at night even with the windows closed. I guess it depends which way your room window is facing.Breakfast was a delight with plenty of choice from vegetarian, vegan and non vegetarian. A good selection of fruits and cereals, hot drinks and pastries. Worth booking a relaxing massage and making use of the spa facilities, its clean and spacious. You can get a nice night-time view of the Burj Khalifa whilst taking a walk on the canal just outside the hotel and you will also see the colourful waterfall feature. Use the Careem app to book cabs from the hotel to the mall, its really quick, or you can opt to walk if its not too hot, roughly took 45 minutes to walk to the mall or 10 minutes by cab depending on traffic.

Absolutely recommended, at least once in a lifetime, I loved everything.The receptionist, who booked us the room, was kind enough to extend our stay, a late checkout.We requested for a complimentary birthday, they gave us a delicious cake & bowl of fruits.The room was neat and clean, the bathroom is huge with a bathtub.The room service ensured to refill tea & coffee and change our used towels.I advise you to try their Spa (silk spa) and BQ kitchen restaurant for breakfast.

Had the pleasure of staying here for a week. First and foremost the service here is second to none. From the Doormen to the Manager it is very apparent they take pride in the hotel and their jobs. The best buffet is incredible with a huge variety of options. I love the Marsala Oats, so I asked the waiter what was in them. Minutes later the Chef came to our table and told me exactly how to make them. He noticed I was trying to take notes on my phone, so he went and typed the instructions for me! First Class service, First Class hotel. Stay here you wont be disappointed!

WOW what a luxurious hotel! This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Our room was stunning, clean and spacious. Every thing you require to make your stay comfortable was available in the rooms. The staff are incredible and attentive, from room service on our first night to the young man who maintained our room the lovely breakfast and foyer staff everyone made us feel special and the most important people in the room. Every staff member was incredible so it would be wrong of me to name them Individually for fear of missing someone out! The breakfast choices and taste were sensational.The location of the palace is great & to be able visit the restaurants in the sister hotels adds to the variety.Our stay in Dubai was wet, very memorable for all the wrong reasons, but we will definitely return to the palace and look forward to seeing a dry Dubai and all it offers.I must, however, say job well done to Stefan the GM!Our time in the palace was in the April 2024 flooding. On the Tuesday and Wednesday Stefan was highly visible talking to staff and guests ensuring everyone’s safety and comfort & being totally across what his staff were coping with at that time!Thank you Stefan & team, Karen & Darren.

Beautiful rooms and also the reception area. All services goes smoothly and are of highest standards, any communication with the staff is pleasant and effective, and on top of that it’s just a fantastic place to be in (even walking around the property). Had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was great and I enjoyed the room service and turn down service every evening with fresh water bottles and fresh fruits. The bathroom was quite luxurious and the walk in wardrobe and the entrance was quite spacious with a very conveniently placed full length mirror. The conceirge was also extremely helpful in locating a store (the only one) in Dubai that sold fastener hats for the Dubai World Cup.The location is super convenient - located just at the edge of business bay you don’t get stuck in traffic trying to get in and out, and it’s 15-20 mins away from most other locations in the city.The gym was decent but not as extensive as others, then again it was fairly empty for the most part. I got a decent leg, back, and shoulder day in while I was there, so it was decent enough for a week of travel but probably not more.

My friend and I decided to try out the Habtoor Palace Dubai for a weekend retreat. We were not disappointed. From check-in to check-out, everything was effortlessly taken care of. We did not leave the hotel so we had plenty of opportunities to experience the service and amenities. The pool, while on the smaller side, is well maintained with excellent pool service of regular ice, water, and fruits. The hotel breakfast is one of the best Ive ever had (and Ive been to some places!). Kudos to the baker and pastry chef! We enjoyed the nightly happy hour hosted for Diamond members. I was upgraded to a King Suite and enjoyed every minute of my stay. The bathroom was spacious, the bed was so comfortable, and the living space was inviting. I felt right at home. Definitely give this hotel a try when you are in Dubai!

I had a wonderful experience at Habtoor Palace. The warm welcome, comfortable room, excellent service, and delicious breakfast made my stay enjoyable. However, there was persistent noise from honking cars outside my window between 4:30 am and 6 am throughout my stay. Despite the front desk offering to change my room, my busy schedule prevented me from doing so. The lack of soundproofing in the room was noticeable, and the early morning honking on the street was quite disruptive. Overall, apart from this issue, my stay was fantastic.

I personally think Habtoor Palace is a great hotel. We spent a week there and enjoyed it. The rooms are very clean and the air conditioner is easy to use. Room service is amazing; they folded our clothes for us and gifted a flower for us. The breakfast buffet was huge and the food wa extremely fresh!Two days in a row, my family and I were smelling a strange smoke smell. We thought the room service cleaners smoked before cleaning our room.Second, the cleaners also took away the given shampoo and conditioner and did not replace them. We called the lobby and they said they would bring refills when we were out. When we got back, there were no refills.We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was great! Many varieties of food were given and their cooks are very talented. My family and I enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

On our way to Malaysia my wife and I stayed 2 nights at the Habtoor palace. Amazing property and if you appreciate workmanship and architecture you would probably love this hotel. But what made our stay exceptional was the service and amazing staff. From Isaac at the entrance to greet you to Mohammed at the Reception, their warm welcome and dedication to service was a pleasure to experience.The rooms were extremely comfortable, spacious and has every amenity you can think of. If I had one complaint was the tv reception was sub par with minimal English Channels. But who’s watching tv in Dubai.We didn’t get to use the pool on the rooftop but note that there are like 6 pools to choose from, as the rooftops between the Hilton and V hotels are all connected.Oh and if you want a breakfast experience, the food was delicious and plentiful. And again the wonderful manager and wait staff will spoil you. We will definitely be back.

The General Manager, Mr. Stefan, personally welcomed us at the front desk and made a point to regularly check in on us throughout our stay. Our room was spectacular. We initially booked a standard room but were upgraded to a Diplomat suite.As Hilton Gold members, we were invited to complimentary daily cocktails and appetizers in the Champagne Lounge. Hemanth and Carlo went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.The room was so spacious, it felt like we could get lost in it. The service was top-notch, the bed was perfect, and the iHome radio charged our devices super-fast. The shower and separate bath were great, and the amenities were from Diptyque Paris and even included a full-size hand cream.The breakfast buffet was of the highest quality with an impressive selection of food. The service and cuisine at the BQ (Brasserie Quartier) exceeded all our expectations and I loved the Coffee Art from our barista Ijaz.Guests have access to three rooftop pools at the Habtoor, Hilton, and V. Sauna and steam rooms are also available free of charge, although we didn’t get the chance to try them out.On our final morning, we had an early departure and were going to miss the buffet breakfast. Mr. Saud from the BQ went out of his way to arrange a complimentary in-room breakfast for us. We were incredibly touched by this gesture.The hotel’s central location in Dubai is ideal, and a taxi ride to the airport cost $15.00 US.It’s not often that guests get to interact with the General Manager on a daily basis. It’s clear that Mr. Stephan and his team at the Habtoor Palace go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcomed and at home. The Palace is an amazing place to stay. You walk in and feel catered to. The ambiance is next level. The staff throughout the establishment is great and runs 24 hrs for anything you need.Isaac at the front door is really great and very helpful. We really enjoyed talking with him and thankful for him getting us the right cab when the wrong ones showed up.The BQ French Kitchen & Bar has a great breakfast but we really enjoyed our evenings eating the meals cooked by Chef Sanjay and Chef Sumit. Those nights would not be complete without the amazing service provided by Shivam Neel. They all run are really great restraunt.Hanna our concierge was great helping us with understanding everything we had access to with our stay. She even called us while we were in the US to answer all our questions and make sure we were picked up and dropped off at the airport with perfect timing. She even made reservations for us to eat at other establishments provided within our package.The service provided in our room was top notch from the moment we arrived. The pool on the roof is great and was never super crowded while we were there. Were definitely coming back!

Parallel to the highway and not much to do in the area.This hotel does have 2 to 3 restaurants under the same roof though, so if youre wanna stay put then youll enjoy it.All in all, it was a great experience.

Three nights and two days in Dubai passed like a fairy tale, the hotel exceeded all my expectations! Ill start with the staff, they are all very responsive and friendly, the “luggage unpacking service”was surprised for the first time I encountered such an incomparable service 24/7. Breakfast was included French beautiful buffet open from 6:30 am great atmosphere and delicious food . Everything is thought out to the smallest detail in the room, there is everything you need for your convenience and comfort, the classic style gives coziness and a feeling of home, everything shines from cleanliness, I especially liked the marble shower cabin, and Very comfy bed. The hotel has a Bentley car service that will deliver you from the airport and will also take you to visit special places . Separately, I want to say a huge thank you to the driver. He is also an excellent guide and photographer, good bonus )The location of the hotel is probably the most convenient proximity to everything, and there are some amazing restaurants right near the hotel . Also Rooftop and lounges from where you can watch Dubai at night and dance to good music. The service is top notch, you wont regret it.

Lovely hotel with beautiful lobby and rooms! The location is close to the center. There are few buses from the hotel to the beaches and to Dubai. I rented room 432 and I am very satisfied! I was extended check out until 18:00 for which many thanks without payment for which many thanks to the hotel staff!

This hotel is so beautiful, including the rooms which are gorgeous - so elegant, comfortable and clean. The staff attend to your every need, and the hotels restaurants are awesome as well. In particular, the World Cut Steak House was superb, with the best service and food you could imagine. The presentation and quality of the appetizers, entrees and desserts and the attentiveness of the staff were all amazing. Add to that the great location, which is close to many tourist attractions, and we were happy indeed.

The grand entrance, hints of gold, spacious corridors laden with carpets and plush rooms.I stayed for 2 nights in the Grand Deluxe King Room overlooking the canal. The room was very spacious, with its own little walk-in wardrobe and an enormous bathroom. The bed is super duper comfy, and that’s where I spent most of my time just relaxing.The overall hotel staff are fantastic. There was a little misunderstanding before my stay and it was immediately looked into and dealt with. Also a special mention to Carlo who checked us in, and the front office manager Raoul. The Habtoor Palace is part of a complex with another 2 hotels, so you have quite a few dining options within walking distance. Also do not miss the La Perle show attraction next door.One afternoon ordered some room service for lunch, and it was fantastic. The make-shift table they bring in, resembling almost a fine dining atmosphere is wonderful.Also HIGHLY recommend the Silk Spa at the hotel, it is brilliant!2 concerns I did have regarding the property were:1. During this pandemic time people are slowly garnering the confidence to go out, specially a staycation. Many of the room on my floor had the sticker on the door that their room has been cleaned/disinfected, and no one entered after that but you. The sticker on my door somehow was given a miss. Not saying the room wasn’t cleaned, but that extra step which guarantees satisfaction was missed.2. Post the room service lunch a staff collected the dishes. We switch on the “do not disturb” and headed for a quick nap. When suddenly woken up by the incessant knocking at our door. Seems like another staff was there to collect the dishes. For one, I had DND activated and the staff did not even apologise for having disturbed us, and two, there should have been coordination amongst the staff that initially came and cleared our room.

This was a repeat visit after my wonderful experience last time. The hotel is a beautiful property, and unlike the typical skyscrapers in the city, it gives a very heritage like feel. The decor is beautiful, and the external gardens are an added bonus. Food is great, esp the breakfast spread, which can cater to just about every person or diet. Location is quite central, with most places a short cab ride away. But the best part about the stay was the service. The staff are so friendly and respectful, and always willing to go that extra mile to make your stay an absolute pleasure. Special thanks to Gyan, Ijaz, Suraj, and Mohaned, who made our dining experience feel like bespoke dining. Faizi very kindly helped us with our left luggage since our flight was much later after checkout.I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you are looking for a personal touch tonyour service.

We chose the hotel because of its luxurious and majestic appearance. There are very many modern hotels in Dubai but the hotel has a unique character. We were very impressed with the excellent service at the hotel from the moment of entry and includes recommendations for attractions and assistance in booking tickets for events. We feel it is the best service we have ever received and we have been to quite a few hotels. Also the deluxe rooms were large and very luxurious and so were the very rich breakfasts. The hotel has additional advantages such as the proximity to the concert hall and also the possibility to enter the private beach of the Waldorf Astro Hotel in the palm trees as part of being in the Hilton chain. We will definitely be back again.

This hotel is absolutely exceptional. Management is extremely quick and professional, specifically Raoul Du Toit. There was an issue from the booking website that is outside the control of the hotel.Regardless of fault, Raoul ensured that he fixed the issue immediately. Further, he was extremely prompt to respond via phone or messages. He sent his team to assist me in resolving the issue and compensated me accordingly.Truly exceptional stay and people. My stay at the haptoor palace was perfect starting from the restaurant, breakfast was great and the service is beyond expectation special thanks to Ahmed Al, Nerissa and Richmond they made my day special every time I came for breakfast. the chief also is professional.Door men are also helpful and they grade you every time you enter or leave. valet is great.for me this trip turned from business trip to treat trip because of the amazing tram working at this hotel.it’s my first time to stau here and I’ll make sure that every next visit to Dubai to stay at this hotel.rooms big and spacious all the amenities are good.

The best feature of this place is the french bistro. Their breakfast and lunch were my favorite. The staff, especially the breakfast crew, are top-notch! Theyre so nice, kind, and respectful.In general the staff was nice. The hotel/palace is beautiful. Gorgeous ambience. The doormen are very kind and eager to assist. The rooms are also beautiful. Plumbing in general seems to be an issue in Dubai so I cant solely put the blame on the hotel, but we had backup issues with our shower.The hotel was fabulous. We were at the hotel at the same time as the head of South Korea. So it was quite the experience seeing that.In addition to eating breakfast at the bistro, the World Cut and Il Patio also served absolutely delicious food. Also FANTASTIC ambience!

Everyone from the concierge to the housekeeping went above and beyond- thank you Mr Chandra and Adarsh Vijay.The area of Habtoor city has lots of restaurants and when staying in any of the Hilton hotels you can use facilities in the other hotels too.Only negative which I think is worth mentioning is the V Hotel host “Lifestyle Luxury Vacation Club” who I can only describe as con artists. I do not know how people can work for them in good conscience and it’s a real shame that Hilton associates with them.We were approached by “Miguel” who introduced himself as manager/supervisor of the concierge. We were then tricked into a “60min” / 2.5 hr sales pitch with “Deborah” for 30 year luxury holidays deal which sounded too good to be true- so we did a quick google search when we got the chance and decided not the hand over any money - Only bonus we got a free lunch out of it 😂

Stayed at Habtoor Palace on Sep 26-29, 2022. (Total 6Rooms). I was so delighted with the high level of service that was provided during our stay. Very comfy bed, HUGE room. Clean and great amenities and most of all very professional staff. From the attentive conceirge staff (Ameen), Muna at the reception desk (made my checkin super fast), Jackie from Butler Service (very patient in handling my request), Abishek from Room Service-who brought our bfast in the room with a big beautiful smile. ALL the staff at BQ restaurant who were so efficient and always smiled at us. These are the core essence why our whole experience made extra special.Our group had lunch at Hilton The Market (2Days in a row). Highly recommended. A wide array of international cuisine. I had to request a specific spot at the restaurant for our group to sit and it was so easy to deal with the Resto Manager - Raouf, all his staff were amazing too - very attentive(Annett, Manya, Lal)I was also there to check the facilities of V Hotel and Hilton Hotel which is interconnected with Habtoor Palace Hotel. I met Mohd Saad, the Assistant Sales Director, very knowledgeable about the property and I can already sense that I will be liaising with a seasoned, professional representative of these 3 Properties. Outstanding stay at this Hilton property.Al habtoor Palace is an outstanding experience from the very beginning. As you would expect from such a high end hotel. Luggage is taken away for you and delivered directly to your room. You can then check-in without the hassle of your large baggage.I arrived earlier than published checkin time, which was not a problem for the very accommodating staff.As soon as the checkin formalities we’re done, I was taken up to my room, by a very nice gentleman, who showed me around. Within the room you have everything you could expect. Table, mini bar, coffee and kettle… if anything extra is needed butler service is available of course.The pool on the roof and gym are great facilities.I then left to make the most of dubai one last time before leaving the uae the following day. As soon as I came back, I was feeling unwell… Raja from housekeeping, saved my life, as I was ill and became very nauseous. He was really helpful and I can not thank him enough for his assistance and kindness !This event meant that my full experience of the hotel was cut short, as I didn’t have the appetite for a meal in the evening.Nevertheless, the following day, I went to the breakfast restaurant, and was amazed by the massive display of hot and cold food. Wether it’s emirati food or international, you have absolutely everything there to please you. The display looked appetising, nothing to fault here. If I’m not mistaken, Suhall (if that’s the name) was a great host, and very nice the times I came across this member of staff.Overall, absolutely faultless experience, all the staff went above expectations couldn’t have asked for more !Looking forward to coming back !

I have just returned from a week long stay at the beautiful Habtoor Palace and would rate it 5+ stars.The hotel is located in a good location not far from the Dubai Mall..It is beautiful..our rooms were large, well equipped and clean. There are a number of restaurants to choose from and it has good amenities.. But the service from the staff truly make this hotel exceptional. They were so polite, respectful and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.. in fact they went out of their way to make our stay a pleasurable one. I cant recall all the names of the wonderful staff - but they are part of a great team! Lily and Muna at reception... ensured our accommodation was perfect..Marlita our butler was attentive to our needs Devanand chief concierge and his team were knowledgeable and very helpful in planning our trips. The gentlemen outside the hotel who were arranging taxis and greeting us with a welcoming smile every time we passed through- in particular A ( tall gentleman) who often had to run across the road to hail a taxi and Aung who was always on hand to a assist with our bags. Breakfasts were delicious and the crew there were fabulous. Kasun - provided exceptional service- always with a smile and he even delivered breakfasts to our room at 4 am the day of departure. The chefs were talented and I was always amazed how they could recall our menu choices from previous days- Thank you to you all- you rock!I look forward to visiting Dubai again in the near future and I already know where Ill be staying!

Absolutely a luxurious and fabulous hotel, designed like a palace. This newly hotel clearly demonstrates high level of standards and fabulous beauty and even exceeds it. Once you entered this palace, you feel the difference and start living the unparalleled luxurious in all facilities.The hotel is very beautiful with unique design and luxurious touches every where. The rooms are very large in size with luxury furniture and beautiful decoration, with state of the art control devices. The bathroom is very large and equipped with brand toiletries. Breakfast is also excellent with many varieties and selections with extraordinary service from all staff.The only downside is the limited and slow WiFi, which doesn’t match the overall outstanding services.

A palace quite literally! I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a week whilst working in Dubai. I was ungraded to a junior Suite which a very spacious living area, large bedroom and an extremely luxurious bathroom with marble everywhere. Bed extremely comfortable, room had every amenity possible. With a butler service 24/7 there was nothing that you could not have at any time of the day. The gym has most things with a lot of weight machines and cardio machines only thing missing were more free weights. Breakfast has everything and if they didn’t they would endeavor to make it for you, hospitality and customer service second to none! Only down side as it was so warm when I went I was unable to enjoy the swimming pool. Maybe next time.

This has gotta be the best vacation I ve ever had.From checking in, to comfort of the rooms to dining to the concierge and to transportation. This has gotta be the epitome of relaxation in luxury.Paulo and Ameen at concierge connected us with everything we needed- from arranging transportation to booking shows and events and making recommendations and suggestions. We did not regret any of them.Chauffeur by Mohammed Ali and Asif were both gentlemen and excellent with pointing out landmarks as we moved from one place to the other. Constantly checked to make sure we were comfortable. When we requested for pick up to the airport, we surprisingly got the bell man ready for us in front of our room.Our dining experience was impeccable. Our favorite place to eat was at the BQ French restaurant on site. Neel and Prashant were very good to us. It was evident that their only focus was on consumer satisfaction and we were indeed highly satisfied.Our experience surpassed our expectations and we already know we will be coming back soon for our next vacation and will not be staying anywhere else.

This 5 star hotel is very luxurious and the we loved the huge Christmas tree and interior xmas decorations. The bedroom was spacious, immaculate and the bed was the comfiest I have ever slept on. Check in was flawless, staff were really helpful and the valet parking was fantastic. The festive afternoon tea was served with a beef wellington, which the chef carved at the table.rooftop pool was clean, quiet and staff were very attentive. Only one thing was a disappointment to our stay which was the salesmen standing in reception trying to force us to attend his sales pitch and join a Luxury Holiday group. It was clear he was not a staff member of the Habtour Palace and Management should not let this happen as guests do not like to be hassled while they are paying a lot to stay at the hotel.

About the hotel - This is one of the best properties in town owned by Hilton. Rooms are very specious and very comfortable. Architecture is just amazing. It’s truly a palace. A must recommended hotel….House Keeping: Sumi and Akram were so awesome that I can’t express in words. There is a personal touch on everything here. Never felt like I met with them first time. Their professional behavior was out of the world and They took care of every single thing very very well.Restaurant Manager Mr. Prashant and Mr Mohammad Shaikh along with Chef Rohit and other member Mr Gyan crossed all the limit of hospitality. They have been taking care of us every single day with so much of extra care and attention that I have no words to express my gratitude to them. Honestly I have not stayed at such a property with such amazing staff members who are ready to go extra mile just to make you feel comfortable….not to forget about Mr. Shaikh who was the first person we met has always been asking about our well being. A beautiful place to be at, myself and my wife had been there for iftar. The tent was amazing, it was decorated beautifully, the seatings were very comfortable and staff was very courteous. Not only do they make your stay comfortable, they were so amazing with local recommendations. The breakfast spread is quite awesome. They had a large variety of food. This hotel is ultra luxurious. Staff are always there for you and they look for everything you may need. They come by frequently and check if there is they can do for you. Just checked out today, an amazing & heart-touching experience, Your Journey to Luxury will start from the time you step out from your car, doormen, Guest Relation, Bulter, Housekeeping, F&B, all of them are really thriving to provide you the Luxury.We were greeted by a very nice doorman & welcomed by a beautiful lady LILY at Front Desk who checked us in & out with wonderfully, her positive energy was super contagious, she enlightened us with essential information.Then we were escorted by another charming lady SHAKIRAH, amazingly amazing girl explained us very nicely everything about our stay and services during our stay.Later we were greeted by our Butler NEETU (Kumari), her persona was just wow, such a lovely lady she is! She made us more cozy and explained us the all around facilities provided by Butlers.In evening, we went to Le Patio Restaurant just out of curiosity to check how is the service and there we met a vey pleasant person SANITH, very professional & very attentive & he was the icing on the cake.I am still wondering about myself not being so good with my memory of remembering names, I am still able to remember, all of their names with whom I interacted during my stay, super empathetic, very natural and always ready to help.Hope to see you soon guys, Kudos to the HABTOOR PALACE Team, you are doing a very great job.What a wonderful stay & what a wonderful people!
