    I recently visited DoubleTree for our Annual SMB Event.The ambience was excellent, and the staff were upbeat and supportive throughout. The hall was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 150+ attendees. It was also well-equipped with three display screens, ensuring clear visibility of the presentation from all areas.However, when it came to the dining experience, there was a notable challenge. The food service area was quite small for the number of guests. Once the dinner buffet was announced, it resulted in a long, zigzagging queue that caused some inconvenience, especially during the first 15–20 minutes. A more efficient serving setup is recommended — perhaps multiple buffet lines or utilizing the adjacent outdoor balcony for better flow.That said, the food itself was excellent, and I captured photos of the highlights. The following items were absolute standouts and highly recommended:Gajar ka HalwaUmm AliBeef KormaJalapeño Cheese BitesEach of these dishes was so delicious, you simply couldnt stop at one serving!

    Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of.     The hotel staff has been incredible. The room is very clean and comfortable, the food delicious. Best customer service I have ever had in a hotel. I would definitely like to come back. The cleaning staff and the restaurant staff are remarkable. Rajwinder was specially helpful and available to support me in my room service needs.

    San San, especially was so, so delightful and willing to serve in whatever way was helpful. She was always gracious -- even when I witnessed some other guests being rude or unreasonably demanding, San San always accommodated them with a smile! All staff were pleasant and attentive to potential needs. The food was outstanding with many, many options. We were here for a week and every day was a wonder of new options. And no one got sick! (We are an international group from all over the world, so that was quite impressive!)

    I have stayed at many high-end hotels around the world, and none of them even come close to the DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square. The location is fantastic, being near numerous malls, restaurants, and a stop on Dubais excellent metro train system. The accommodations are excellent, the room very comfortable. We held a conference here and the staff were absolutely incredible. The in-hotel restaurant, Spice Tree, is phenomenal. The food is fantastic, with a wide variety of cuisines to choose from on their large buffet. Every single member of the restaurant staff are personable, friendly, kind, and caring people who, throughout my 8-night stay, made me feel welcome and at home. I really cant say enough to praise them. In particular, San San is an absolute gem. She and all of her colleagues are a credit to the hotels excellent management team. She told me that the management treats them with great kindness and care, like a loving family, and I found this to be evident in the way that all of the staff took care of me and my colleagues during our stay. Thank you very much, I hope that I can visit again someday!

    This goes out to all the great staff from Eva as General Manager down to Raj working at the breakfast buffet. Huge thanks to the front desk and valet guys making every arrival like coming back home. The apartments were great, the staff really helpful and everything you need when traveling.If I ever manage a hotel in the future, I would do it like this. Staying over 80+ nights a year you really can tell quite fast if the management got this hotel under control or not. And believe me, this hotel is 5+ in all areas :)!Looking to come back!

    Outstanding Stay at Hilton – Exceptional Service!I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained, but what truly stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the staff.From the moment I arrived, the Front Office team made me feel incredibly welcome — check-in was smooth and friendly, setting the tone for a great stay. Housekeeping also deserves a big compliment: everything was spotless throughout my stay, and their attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed.A special thank you to Tharuka, who served as both a hostess and waitress by the pool.     I had a great time at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and modern and the breakfast buffet is really nice with so many options.     Spacious room with good interiors. The bed was comfortable. The view from the window was okay.Everyday housekeeping was good where they made beds and changed the toiletries.The staff at the reception were good and helpful.The location of the hotel is very convenient if you want to take a metro or bus. There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel.The hotel itself has a buffet breakfast, which we did not try, but it looked amazing.The mini fridge inside a cabinet has a design flaw, which hurts the finger every time you try to open the door as there is no handle on the fridge.Also, we felt that exhaust in the bathroom was either not there or it was very slow.Overall, we had a good and comfortable stay. Recommended for families and couples.

    It is a very good hotel with lovely room services and the food is great. But there is something I am a little disappointed about is the shower speed , it is very slow and we asked someone to come and fix it but he didn’t really care. But overall I think it was great.

    Erica and Emelyn are very friendly and helpfull at the breakfast. The buffet is great. We arrived yesterday early in the morning. The checkin was good. But as my agent has asked from the begining for two connecting rooms. This trip is especially for my moms birthday on the 4th of May. She is now 10 rooms away from our room. Very disappointing as both rooms we have now have connecting rooms! How difficult is it to just make the right reservation at start.The rooms are very spacious and clean. I do recommend this hotel and for the next 6 nights we will enjoy our stay!

    I usually go there for a weekend swim with my daughter. Have been going there for a couple of years. Nice, clean and simple place. Not very busy and that what I like about it. Its away from artificial jazz and families come here to have a good time and swim. The staff is attentive and helping.

    We had a breakfast at Spice Tree with pool access at Sunglo pool on M floor. Breakfast buffet was great with decent varieties of dishes, from asian to international. We were happy that they even serve eggs benedict as part of buffet. Team was wonderful, very attentive and friendly, though we were disappointed with one thing, as one of the team members was touching our 6 month old daughters face without checking with us. Another team member was trying to hold her hands. I understand its all with good intentions, but the team should be trained not to touch any guests, specially babies without guest consent. We see them cleaning tables, serving dishes, its not acceptable to touch someones baby without checking with the parent. Despite this, thanks to breakfast team for warm and genuine care. Pool experience was also very nice, special mention to Padam, lifeguard, who was really superb and helpful as well as the pool attendant Bilal. Thank you everyone, we will come back

    Got to the the warmest hospitality received in a while. The staffs are very welcoming and accomodating to our requests and inquiry. Room is amazing and comfortable. We chose a spacious one-bedroom residential suite, which was a great fit for our needs.     I would like to share our experience during our stay. We booked One bed room apartment for my daughter special 4th bday. Check in process was smooth and efficient. with surprised bday room decorations. We experience minor problems in our rooms but it was address right away and it was sorted in a win win situation. My special Thanks to receptionist SU for giving more efforts in our problem. Special thanks to the hotel manager who attend our concerns directly. Special thanks to the whole reception teams for there professional actions and effort. Special thanks to concierge Andrew for helping us our needs and doing efforts as well to make changes of rooms.     A good hotel. However, I was disappointed by their lack of customer service on my first day.The hotel was modern. Clean. Close to the airport. Close to Burjuman Mall and Burjuman Metro Station*.*From Burjuman Metro Station, you can take the Green Line to Dubai Creek or the Red Line to Downtown Dubai. You can also take the Red Line to/from the airport.Since it was a 5 star hotel, I was expecting excellent customer service. This hotel did not meet my expectations.I arrived with 3 bags. A suitcase, a weekend bag and a handbag. No one offered to help me with my bags. Also, no one offered to open the door for me. I was struggling to get myself and my bags through the door. There were 4 employees standing nearby and no one did anything.When checking in, I was asked to pay for my hotel room. However, I had already paid for my hotel room - using the payment link they sent me. The receptionist could not find my payment. I showed her my receipt. She spent 15 min looking for my payment. She eventually found proof of my payment. She then called her manager to confirm if my payment had been successful. The manager had a look and said the payment had not been made. I showed him my receipt. He then had another look. And, he finally confirmed my payment had been successful.With the exception of arriving / checking in, I had a good stay.I was pleased with my room. I had paid extra for a larger room and it was very spacious.The bed was comfortable. The pillows were too soft. They did not offer any neck support. I asked if they had firmer pillows and they did. They brought me a memory foam pillow, which was much more comfortable. I very much appreciated it.The only thing I did not like was the shower. The water temperature was great. It ranged from ice cold to boiling hot. I only had cold water once and that may have been because my fiancé accidentally turned off the water heater. However, the water pressure was terrible. There was barely any water pressure. I was not able to wash my (long/thick) hair well.My 10 favourite things about this hotel: (1) it was very clean (2) it was close to the metro (3) there were lots of good restaurants nearby (4) they had free, valet parking (5) they had a rooftop pool for adults only (6) they provided you with 6 bottles of water per day (7) the towels were soft and fluffy (8) they provided you with slippers and a dressing gown (9) the bedroom had blackout curtains and (10) the airconditioning unit barely made any noise.

They have always gone out of their way to make sure that our stay was comfortable.     Stayed here for 6 nights. If you are Indian and are looking for hotel with plenty of Vegetarian and Jain food options near by, this is a hotel at a great location. It’s close to metro station and tons of restaurants right across the street.We stayed here in quite busy season in February and breakfast were super busy. But kudos to the whole team managing breakfast. Super service inspite of such chaos. Food options are good.They have two swimming pools. One is only for Adults on 19th floor. Great views. I love the fact that the hotel is nearby to Spinneys & essential services like Salon, 24 hours gym, restaurants, etc at walkable distance & it makes it so easy. Even the inhouse gym & spa is great.     The hotel is new the rooms large and comfortable and the staff polite. Very clean also in all areas. Breakfast is nice with large selections but most of the time the pastries were not that nice. At the top pool area you can get great views especially at night. Also there is a GYM area with great view. Right next to the hotel there is a large super market. Only minus :Wifi is slow and there are no TV channels for europeans. Very basic TV. At least the tv could have the possibility to connect an iphone or netflix, youtube etc. i would stay again.

    We were here in Dubai for our honeymoon. It was our first time in Dubai and we decided to stay in a hotel chain we know elsewhere is up to our standards. The Hotel staff is so nice! They tried their best to satisfy my food preferences and they succeeded even tho its not easy (I dont eat spicy foods at all,not even pepper). Everyone was so kind, they remember each guest and interact with them making them feel at ease. The food and beverage team is amazing! The last breakfast we had here they surprised us with cake! We are definitely looking forward to coming back next year!

    We stayed from 25.dec until 28.dec 2024 in the hotel. It think it was our 4th stay at Double Tree Hilton. The hotel has a really great price-performance ratio. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly. The rooms are !very! nice and well equipped. There are 2 pools, a rooftop pool and a family pool. The breakfast is well stocked - we always come early, there is still plenty of space and it is quieter. The location is ok. It is no problem at all with a taxi or the subway (close to hotel) - for example, it takes 10-12 minutes to Burj Khalifa. GYM is good. We have positive memories of Ms. SHUBHANGI from the front office. But all the staff are very customer-oriented. Thank you from Sonja & Christian + 2 kids from Austria and we come 100% back.

    Had a great experience here during my 7 days stay in Dubai. Amenities and facilities were new and great, and the staffs working here are also very attentive and will be glad to attend to your needs immediately if there are any. Location of hotel is also great, just 15 minutes away from the international airport and 15-20 mins drive away from the multiple tourists spots such as burj khalifa, dubai frame, gold / spice souq etc. Also just 10 minutes walk away, they have a mall with a large supermarket. Will consider staying here again if i’m back in the future.
