Good hotel with a balanced price level, big rooms, and a good breakfast. The hotel is located in a separate district without many tourists, so it is a calm and quiet place. We usually rent a car, so all interesting places are not far away, and the hotels location outside heavy traffic allows us to reach them quickly.Thanks, Rabiul, for the good cleaning and housekeeping.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Dubai - the facilities were nice, the gym well equipped and everything was clean and comfortable. But the real highlight was Rakib, the lifeguard at the pool. He’s an absolute legend! Always friendly, smiling, and going out of his way to help, he was a constant source of happiness during my stay. His exceptional service made the experience truly memorable.The housekeeping boys were also extremely friendly and helpful.Highly recommend!

The hotel was well-equipped. Unfortunately, the extra bed in the room was a bit hard. However, the staff still tried their best to make it more comfortable.The room cleaner, Daniel, was very kind and put in a lot of effort. He was always very open, helpful, and friendly.The food at the hotel was also very good every day. There was a breakfast buffet that should satisfy everyone. There were always various food options, very diverse.Since the hotel is within walking distance of the metro, it was easy to get to the city center quickly.What also impressed us was the shuttle service the hotel offered. This allowed us to get to the beach or different malls for free.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Dubai! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the metro station, which makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Its also close to the city center, so youre never far from the best attractions and shopping.The staff really made the experience stand out. Tamer at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. Rakib, the lifeguard by the pool, was also amazing—always attentive, kind, and willing to assist with anything, from poolside requests to local tips.Overall, the combination of a prime location and excellent service made this a memorable stay. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai!

Rooms are pretty standard for a normal 3 star hotel. Facilities are also standard with a pool, sauna and steam room, however steam room was broken during our 7 days stay there. What makes the hotel however was a good proximity to the metro station and the main roads. And also the staff, the staff was really helpful and quick to respond. We asked for a room change on the 2nd day of our visit and the staff behind the desk responded positively and changed it right away and moved our stuff. Our room cleaning staff also did a great job. Breakfast was also pretty good, standard but with a lot of Indian options everyday. Would recommend this hotel to everyone, especially for families.

It’s near the metro just 2’ walking.Very clean and comfortable.New and modern.The neighborhood is nice also with supermarket and restaurants around.There is a free shuttle bus to JMR, Blue Island, Outlet and a mall.The breakfast is very good.Mr Rabiul and Mizan who were making our room were very helpful. The room was perfect and super clean every day.I would recommend it for sure.

The room was perfectly cleaned, we could find most of the things you need in the toilet. Room attendant Daniel cleaned the room really well and organized it.At the reception the employees were really welcomed us, Zakir was really helpful when we get to the reception, our check out was done by Mahmoud who was the reception he served us really well.We will surely go back to this hotel and recommend to others as well.The location is near everything and access to the main road where it can take you to other places easily. Also, it is not far from JBR beach where it is on the other side of the hotel.

Clean, friendly staff, and very close to metro. I took a star away because of the water. When taking a shower, it was difficult to manage temperature regulation. It was either scalding, burn your flesh off, or freeze and take a super fast shower. Also, the mini- fridge(teenee-tiny) could be set cooler. We didnt complain, just dealt, but the room is clean. We did not eat breakfast in the restaurant, but the breakfast buffet looked decent. The weight room is clean and nice. Good selection of dumbells and machines, enough to get a full body workout.Update:sry I forgot to take a star off due to the water issue

Overall its a good 8 night experience. Some minor issues are 1. AC has just two modes aka freezer or no air mode. 2. Same thing with water temperature, but with some practice it is still possible to find right setting 3. I paid for the dinner, and they do not provide any drinks except 3oz soda or cold water. No such issue with breakfast 4. You need to be there 6pm - 6:30pm for dinner, because they run out of meat in the next 30min. 5. I set up the do not disturb mode but they called the room at 2am anywayIt is important to mention that it is a full list and considering the price I still can recommend that hotel

Great service, amazing employees, top notch breakfast. Felt very welcome, and the hotel far exceeded my expectations!Only a couple downsides, nothing too bad though: you can see that the building was built, as seen pretty often in Dubai- without much attention to detail (badly stuck on mirror glass leaving a huge black glue mark on the mirror, some parts of the wall without color in the bathroom. Pool was unfortunately a bit on the colder side, making it uncomfortable to swim in (by the evening it heated up a little, but was still cold).The keycards fairly frequently had hiccups, but we always got to the room eventually. Other people’s cards didn’t have this issue, so I assume our’s were in some way maybe magnetized.The cleanliness however was top notch!Metro is very close-by, so thats incredible.

This hotel was just perfect for our holiday. The rooms are so clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast is fabulous and so much on offer. The staff are so nice and always happy and smiling. The whole hotel is so clean. The area is great with a big supermarket across the road and metro station only around the corner. The hotel is in a great location in my opinion as taxis are available in minutes and everything in only 10-15 taxi ride away in all directions. Airport about 25 minutes away. Delighted with my stay here. The pool is on the roof and spotless clean. Hotel supplies the towels.

When we checked in she said you can sit down first because I have one guest to assist but the guest was not there yet. Lovely hotel in a very good area. The rooms are big and spacious. The hotel feels clean and luxurious. Although there were a few things that needed improvement. Cleaning services are done late in the day, around 18:00 which can affect your plans. The breakfast area and the swimming pool are small compared to the capacity of guests. Breakfast is ok but repetitive. The coffee was bland and we had to pay extra (£2.50) for an espresso.Although its an amazing location and the hotel offers what its meant to, we had a few issues. We had a holiday package and we arrived in Dubai at 7:00 am. When checking in, I was told that they were very busy and that there were no rooms available. Miraculously after paying an additional 200aed, two rooms became available on the spot! Even though we paid extra, we werent allowed breakfast! We paid the city tax, which is normal and an additional 200aed. I was not impressed at all with this but our family were so tired we just accepted the additional charge. The shower floors were not installed properly as when we took a shower, the whole toilet flooded and it was extremely difficult to regulate the temperature of the water.Overall an acceptable experience, lovely pool staff and great location but would not rebook.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel.Pros:- location near metro is amazing (ask for the secret short cut through the car park!)- rooms are comfortable and have everything you need (ask for a walk-in shower in you prefer this)- staff, on the whole, are super friendly. Thanks to Aye and Gemma in the restaurant, Prem at reception, our room was always spotlessly cleaned by Asanka, and the security guard was very helpful and friendly.A few small niggles:- set menu for dinner (half board) in the downstairs restaurant is quite dull. Could do with changing it up every so often, or adding a daily special. Would have also liked some kind of middle-eastern cuisine option. You can also eat at the Thai restaurant on the 1st floor, but I found the food there a bit too spicy and ended up eating most of my meals in Ostro instead. Menus for the half board dinners attached.- maintenance staff not very friendly, essentially accusing us of breaking the washing line (despite only having checked in that day!)- shuttle bus service to the mall a bit rubbish... we wanted to take one, but the bus stopped for about 10 seconds and then drove off without giving us a chance to get on. Had to take a taxi instead.I would definitely stay again, but maybe wouldnt choose half board, unless the menu changes!

Best hotel ever stayed in Dubai area , centered walking distance to most of the places around breakfast is more than enough and not as pricey as other hotels. Rooms are high tech plugs everwhere for international devices, got bose sound system which is amazing to experience in room, bed is super confy pool got a nice view. Gym is ok no need for more.

Located in Barsha Heights, this place is of great value. The room is clean and well served. Staff including serviceman Ali are very friendly. Security personnel also are nice and helpful. Self parking is straightforward. The optional breakfast, which you can buy in advance or pay on the spot, is delicious and reasonably priced. Finally, there is a decent sized gym. I can say it’s one of the most efficient stays I’ve ever had among hotels across continents.

Such a great stay at D2 Kenz. It is my second time at this hotel, and I will certainly come back again.The breakfast is great, the room and bed are super comfortable, amenities are great too.The staff is very professional and welcoming. A special shoutout for Fabrice who went above and beyond every time he saw us. He welcomed us with a warm and professional approach. We asked him so many questions and he answered to every single one of them. He helped us with the shuttle, taxi, to find food, everything. Our stay would have not been the same without him.Thank you!

The hotel and its location is very nice! Nearby one may find a Metro station which connects you with many places.The hotel is neat, clean and with great service. The room is clean and comfortable. In the morning they serve breakfast, which is take and go. There were a lot of dishes and drinks, so we remained full the whole day!

Very well located hotel right by the metro with direct access to the airport with spacious rooms, good cleanliness and excellent service at an excellent price for Dubai. Breakfast was also great with lots of choices. Mahmoud at reception was very helpful in allowing us a late check out and Khyam was also very helpful in carrying our bags to the metro. Akashka cleaned our room to our complete satisfaction, so we were absolutely happy with our stay overall.
