Great experience as usual.Me and my son feel so comfortable in the rooms with all the amazing room amenities.We enjoyed to play football in their field area near the pool. Also, i got the chance to have ame time walking outside in the Canal falls area during early morning and do my meditation.Hilton Al Habtoor is like my second home in Dubai.Thank you for the great service!

It’s a wonderful place to stay! The location is ideal, offering easy access to many popular tourist attractions, either by cab or metro. First off, the cigar shop by the main entrance is quite the gem... well stocked and the staff were top-notch, though do note its only open for limited hours, which is a bit of a shame.The hotel does get rather lively in the evenings, thanks to the La Perle show next door. Great for atmosphere, but be prepared for longer valet waits as the night rolls on something the hotel might want to tighten up a bit.Rooms are tidy and comfortable, definitely a solid stay, though I wouldnt say they blew me away... Breakfast offered a rich variety, certainly something for everyone, but again, not exactly a standout moment.On the plus side, the pool’s a decent size and quite relaxing when its not too crowded.All in all, a good stay with a few quirks—worth considering if youre in the area and keen on a lively spot with a touch of luxury...

Room and service was good. But lobby management is a mess. No effective luggage service. Breakfast is overcrowded and we were sent to V hotel breakfast, which is about half the size. We were expecting high service level from Hilton but over-crowding+under-staff ruined our stay.

The rooms are incredible, spacious, stylish, and always immaculate. The food, from the impressive breakfast spread to poolside bites and dinner options, is consistently excellent. It honestly makes it hard to leave the hotel.The bars, restaurants, and clubs offer something for everyone, including the best sports bar in Dubai. The hotel is also perfect for families, with a welcoming family area and a fantastic kids club that ensures little ones are just as well looked after.Having stayed at many Hilton properties across Dubai, Hilton Al Habtoor City continues to stand out. The location is ideal, but it’s the service that truly sets it apart. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I always feel genuinely valued. Special mention must go to the front desk team, who go out of their way to look after me every time. Where available, I’ve been offered room upgrades as part of my Diamond benefits, something I always appreciate.The Executive Lounge is another standout feature, offering stunning views of the city and the feel of a five-star restaurant in a relaxed and elegant setting.I can’t wait to return in May and experience once again the comfort, luxury, and outstanding service that keeps me coming back.

My family and I had a wonderful 2 night stay at Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City. The rooms were clean and well kept and the service was great. They also had a diverse & wide range of selections for breakfast which was amazing. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it was relatively close to all the attractions, ranging from a 15-40 minutes Uber ride depending on where you go. It’s also helpful to know that the nearest bus stop is an 20 minute walk away. We also made use of the complimentary shuttles to Dubai Mall and the beach which was convenient.Although our experience at the hotel was brilliantly pleasant, the only downside of our experience is that we weren’t informed of the items/clothes that we left behind in our rooms after checking out. Most Hilton Hotels I’ve stayed at inform guests about their lost properties as soon as possible and unfortunately, I was not contacted regarding this matter, even until we flew back to the UK 4 days after checking out.But overall I would highly recommend this hotel!

Had a fun staycation with my friends at Al Habtoor. Check in time took quite which is understandable since the hotel is very busy. But front desk team did an amazing job in having a seamless process. The hotel was too busy, and too many people appeared to be more like a marketplace. We had a nice view but the room looked a bit tired. There are no smart TVs as a result, you cant watch YouTube and other international media channels.

Very good stay! thank you!only downside was the situation at the breakfast hotel. it was super crowded and first the staff send us away and said we should get breakfast at 7th floor (Pool Bar). But we had complimentary continental breakfast within our rate, so to have breakfast at the Pool Bar would be an extra charge. So we tried at a later point and got access to the breakfast restaurant. It was still super crowded and very stressful. Wouldnt recommend to get the breakfast there at all. during the next days we decided to get breakfast ordered to the room instead. way better quality of the food, but of course we had to pay for it extra and couldnt use our complimentary breakfast.this was the only downside of the stay. the rest was perfect. the stuff at the pool was very nice and helpful

🏩Our four nights at this upscale, five-star hotel in Dubai were a memorable experience.✈️* Highlights:- Since it just takes 30 minutes to take a cab to the airport, I think the location is both lovely and practical. There is a theater with well-known Dubai performances adjacent to the hotel, and there is a canal with a lovely view. There is a vibrant man-made waterfall outside that twinkles at night. For busy individuals who wish to purchase snacks and other products, there is a small convenience store next to the hotel that sells foods, fresh fruits and vegs, luggage, purses, perfumes, and other items.- The food and coffee is excellent, the first-floor restaurant serves a large and varied breakfast, and the staff is courteous and competent. It will be excellent, though, if around 30% of the menu is updated daily.- Business travelers and conference attendees can stay at this hotel. The hotel features modest board rooms on the second level and a huge hall on the main floor. There is a large outdoor pool area on the seventh level that can accommodate Gala dinner groups. I went to one of these parties and had a great time.- We can order food boxes for our team to take away when checking out at 6:00 am, when the restaurant was not yet open (opening time is 6:30). The hotel managers and staffs are very enthusiastic and kind, especially Ms. ASHURA Judish (I may have misspelled her name). We are really grateful for your kindness.🏡* Disadvantages:- It is only convenient to walk from the Metro station to the hotel if you are not carrying any bags. Although calling a cab is relatively simple at this hotel, you should ask the staff for assistance in calling a metered taxi rather than a private vehicle because the cost difference is significant.Overall, because of the positive evaluations above, I will keep picking this hotel for my next trip, and I would be grateful if they offered me a complimentary coupon 😃.Warm regards!

We had an absolutely amazing time, The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that the pillows were very thick and firm. I would have liked softer ones. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

Hotel was clean . Housekeeping could do a better job with replenishing the body wash and shampoos. A bit annoying to be in the shower and these bottles were empty. The breakfast was mediocre and very busy. Pool area and spa were great. Hotel is not on the sky train line and getting around from this hotel’s location was a not easy and expensive via taxi. To be fair they did offer a shuttle service to Dubai Mall and Jumeirah Beach but the limited time slots did not always work for us.

Amazing by the amount of work he has every day,always smiling and the room was very clean and professional prepared. Location is right at the Boardwalk that either leads to Jumairah Beach or to the Business Park. Construction around but you do not hear anything in the room.

Better for business only.

I spent 4 nights in this beautiful hotel well located and high level service. Everything was perfect and my stay pleasant. Except unofficial taxi drivers in front of the hotel who are aggressive. When you say no they insist and get angry. They still insist while you are waiting a booked official taxi. This is really unpleasant and does not participate to a secure environment. But the hotel and stay was on the top of what expected from Hilton. I stay faithful to this brand and never regret. Enjoy Dubaï!

Services, bars, restaurants, gym, pools, wellness facilities are all great.There can be traffic build up at the entrance due to drop offs. Breakfast place is very busy especially on weekends.Plenty of regular taxis available outside of hotel at regular rates. Hotel taxis’ rates are double compared to a regular taxi.Overall, a wonderful stay and would come back again.

I stayed there with my son from 17th to 21 st Oct 24 . Had a very good experience, we reached early morning and they were courteous enough to give me early check in , extremely warm, courteous and helpful staff . Last day we had a late night flight and they gave us a late check out also . Really appreciate their hospitality and warmth ! In The concierge desk Juan helped us plan our days and guided us how to move around the city and see the best of Dubai . The best part of the stay was their beach resort- where they took us in their shuttle and we enjoyed full day in their beautiful beach and pools and ate good food and created beautiful memories. Very nice hotel with great views of Burj Khalifa from the rooms… if the windows are clean. I do understand that windows can’t be cleaned all the time in Dubai, but a clean window would dramatically improve the impressive views. Everything else was PERFECT! Rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast was nice. I do rate a Dubai breakfast higher when they have smoked salmon, but this breakfast did not have this. Yet there was still a nice selection. I do understand that the breakfast needs to stop at 10:30, but it would have been nice to leave the coffee station open longer. There were quite a few people wanting coffee and the machines were turned off. The gym was also really nice with a good assortment of equipment. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked enticing from the outside. This hotel is on my top list when I return to Dubai. Great job Al Habtoor!!

Near to the center of Dubai, this tall hotel offers a luxury experience. With night pooling and large food options you can enjoy yourself outside of your room. This hotel is attached to 2 more hotels so ground floor can be a bit of labyrinth. The staff were nice and friendly, but we had sometimes a bit of a communication issue. The room was huge and comfortable, this was the first place where our minibar was not filled at our Dubai trip. It gives a bit of an old school vibe, but I recommend it to anyone who is interested in the hearth of Dubai and doesn’t want to travel a lot.

My Family & I recently stayed at the Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor and absolutely loved it. The Hotel ambience is welcoming, luxurious (but still felt like home). The Hotel decor and rooms were well laid out and spectacular (in terms of comfort, size & decor) along with the views. the washrooms were a delight with a his & her sink, large comfy bath tub and a privacy screen if needed.A Special thank you to the Exceptional staff for being so helpful & knowledgeable in everything:* Kelvin & Mina at the Front Desk for always welcoming us with a smile and ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay.* To the Housekeeping staff Azar, Preeti, Mahes and the team;* The Concierge desk & Guest Services were so proactive, patient and helpful to my children. They had their information at their fingertips and always came to our rescue (no matter what). Special thank you to Hassan, Sumair, Ibraheem, Iqbal and everyone else at the desk :)We can’t wait to come back & recommend this hotel to our friends.

Stayed here with family over the weekend and booked the la perle package. An excellent deal considering we had 2 rooms for the price 1 (booked family room which is actually 2 interconnected rooms), with breakfast and 2 complimentary tickets to the la perle show (Note that complimentary tickets were only for the 9pm show).Spacious, clean and well maintained rooms, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful views, sumptuous and copious variety of breakfast buffet, and best of all, just steps away from the la perle show.Loved it and definitely worth the price!

I can only rate service and location as I didnt use the rooms.Their customer service is excellent, I hope all their guests get the same service we got because we ( I was with my daughter and a friend) were invited as potential clients for the Hilton Luxury Holiday Club. That being said it was a lovely experience, Ill consider spending a few nights there the next time I come to Dubai (if the price is right)😀I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel with my sister for 6 nights since April 16. The staffs treatment with the guests, breakfast, and cleanliness were all excellent. Yes, there is no access to public transportation, the first metro station near the hotel was about 20 minutes walk and we had to use a taxi to get around.Thank you Hilton Hotel for this memorable stay

At the price I booked the hotel for, I wasnt expecting much ($150+ per night).I was initially set on booking the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, for the more resort feel and beach access, but it was so much more expensive that I decided for the Al Habtoor property.I was delighted with the choice. Me, my wife and my 3 yo had the best time, during our 5 night family holiday, coming from London, for a much needed sunny break.We loved the service and must praise Manjur and the Breakfast team above everyone else, for his kind attentions to my daughter. She had been totally spoiled: the team remembered her name, her food preferences, and made her feel super special: thank you again Manjur!We loved the room: very spacious. The entry level could accommodate the 3 of us and still had plenty of extra space to walk around. The views (we were at the top floor, 24th) were incredible, with the Burj Al Arab and Dubai Marina to be seen in the distance, which gave us a great sense of place.The housekeeping team did an insanely good job: we didnt have much interaction but they had understood that we were consuming plenty of water and on the last night they must have added 10 complimentary bottles to the room for us to use. The cleanliness of the room was flawless and they never missed a turndown service: well done and thank you.We really enjoyed the food and beverage at the hotel: theres a few choices of restaurants andv you can use the connected hotels facilities, V Hotel and Al Habtoor Palace, but we stuck to the buffet restaurant, The Market, as it provided a fantastic and high quality selection of different cuisines, with themed nights at every dinner service. Plus it was so convenient with the child, that we really didnt have any incentive to change.For lunch we would use instead the Firefly Lounge as it was just a treat to dine by the pool, after a morning of splashing around with the little one: I recommend the iced smoothies and the pokè bowl, delicious.About the pools, there are 3 and we spent plenty of time there. That was one of the main drawing points for us choosing this hotel, as we still wanted to have a beach-style holiday, and they were really great. My little one spent half of the time in the kids club pool and the other half, in one of the regular ones, and she just had a blast there.The staff was always very nice and attentive. No one was pressing for tips and actually sometimes kindly offered us complimentary water when they could have charged us.The hotel location was a high point for me. At the time of booking, I really wanted to stay on the Palm Jumeirah but in hindsight, the Palm is quite far from Burj Al Khalifa, the Mall and all that Downtown area, and on top of that, the traffic can be really bad from there to reach those sights. We were really happy there as the Hilton Al Habtoor was a bit of a middle point and we would decide which direction to go, based on the traffic.We did go to the Palm and also had a feeling that it has a bit of a party vibe, probably better suited for an adult crowd.Speaking of beach, we did use the complimentary shuttle service taking us to the Habtoor Grand beach resort, in Dubai Marina area, and absolutely loved the sea there, with plenty of families, which was again great for the little one. Top tip: when you are there, do enjoy the sunset and then go for dinner by The Walk, another Dubai sight.All in all, I really recommend the Hilton Al Habtoor, great for a family break at a really good price.Thank you for the great holiday!

I have received a very warm welcome by Mina at the front office which was very refreshing. He remembered me from a stay in another hotel where he met me before. I loved my very comfortable and nice room which was an upgrade to a higher floor. Listya but especially Ghyan were taking care very well of my well being in the Executive Lounge and Honeys (breakfast) very lovely smile, friendliness and caring lifted up my days. I would like to make a special mentioning about Arvind in the breakfast restaurant at the Dosa station. I asked him spontaneously for a crispy dosa in a cone form, which is a bit challenging and he immediately prepared it 100 percent according to my favor. This impressed me very much, he accepted the challenge confidently. My stay exceeded my expectations and I cant wait to come back.

For sure this is the best stay of my life.Checkin experience was too good ,quick and efficient.Whenever i am passing by reception Su mon is always there to greet you as per the timing. She is very nice, helpful and Always trying her level best to go out of the way to help me out with anything.After checkin Guest relations team suprised me with a cake and birthday card. It was sooooo overwhelming for me.Housekeeping team member Thaslim always tried his level best to help me out with any request i had. Hes very soft spoken and courteous.Gurpreet from f&b knows our preference very well. Such a hardworking guy. i have seen him running & there during busy operations with a smile on a face. Hes a nice gentleman who knows how to take care of the guest and make them happy.I can definitely say he made my breakfast experience way more better.I will definitely recommend this hotel to other.Generally i post reviews post checkout however I am posting this review while i am in house because i am very much impressed by the hospitality.Thank you so much guyz it means alot.

Located in the Business Bay of Dubai, this Hilton is great. I stayed here for a week, great food, a hall for our conference, great service cleaning the room as well as restocking everything. I really really enjoyed staying here. I went to the gym, it is a standard hotel gym. We had a buffet breakfast at the Market which was great, so many options. Also you are far enough away from the busy parts of Dubai but close enough where your uber or public transport is not too expensive. Amazing hotel, very spacious and worth the money.

- We stayed in Hilton Al Habtoor City for 5 nights and we had a wonderful time.- We checked into the hotel with Andrew the reception guy who was very nice and helpful.- Joseph the Concierge was amazing and helped us out during our stay.- The swimming pool and the facilities in the area are very nice and clean.- The staff in the pool are great people and very friendly.- The breakfast buffet is very diverse and theres lots of option to choose from. I enjoyed the eggs and fruits selection!- the hotel is very very very clean and organized which is so great.- the rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaners are amazing!- the lobby area is nice and quiet.- I love the rooms which were big and comfortable- the staff at the hotel is incredibly welcoming and helpful: receptionist, concierge, food hall, swimming pool, cleaning, guest service...- I do have to say that the staff at the forty four night club are rude and disrespectful but they are not related to the Hilton hotel staff.- overall we had a great experience in the hotel and well definitely visit here back again soon.- beautiful lockers in the pool area with the most wonderful jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.- I recommend going to this hotel!!!

This was really good choice for one week stay in Dubai! Room with Burj Khalifa view was spacious and had large bathroom with jacuzzi! View from window was amazing both during daytime and nighttime! Great stay experience. I have got everything that I requested for. I have celebrated my birthday there. Guest relation team have given a complementary birthday cake which is awesome in taste & quality. Mr. Mina my friend had given me a Complementarily upgrade to a burj khalifa view room and he was generous to give us a Late check out also. We had a smooth check in experience with warm welcome. Housekeeping service also very quick for any requests. Room had a awesome view of sheikh zayed road. Next day morning breakfast experience of these 5-star hotel also delicious. Then we had time in the outdoor pool & kids play area. Overall it was great experience that we will always remember. Thank you to all the Team Members who made our stay memorable.
