    The experience was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for my stay. The staff were all professional and attentive, but I have to give special mention to the receptionist, Soraya. She had a natural warmth and efficiency that made me feel instantly at home.The rooms were clean, and well-maintained, offering a perfect balance of comfort and style. The amenities were thoughtfully provided, and any requests I had were handled promptly.     Thank you, Ms. Grace, for assisting us upon our arrival, and to our masseuses, Anustha and Mahesh — you guys are amazing! This is our third time here, and once again, the entire experience was exceptional. The massage and spa were incredibly relaxing, and we truly enjoyed the sauna, steam, and jacuzzi. The ambiance is always peaceful, the techniques are excellent, and we leave feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommended!

    Im only reviewing the food - lunch buffet - here. I cannot say anything about the rooms. But the hotel in general made a good impression. Theres a parking space under the hotel/mall - its slighty confusing which elevator you need to take to get to the hotel lobby... this could be improved! Make it clearer - more arrows or whatever how to get to the lobby easily...now back to the food and dining room. Everything looks very neat and clean. The staff is friendly. We had a business lunch there. They have a good food selection there - not everything is displayed on my photos. It was simply very nice!Would go there again if I had a business meeting in Deira.

    What a wonderful hotel, I rented a 2 bedroom apartment and boy I was surprised by the luxurious stay. Hotel was phenomenal and even better was the staff from front desk to valet to the restaurant, 5 stars all around. I booked through their reservations directly and John Carlos made me welcome from point A and Hotel is centrally located within the mall. Perfect for families with children and there are tons of restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again for sure and definitely recommend for anyone!

    We stayed here for 2 nights using a company promo code which cut the price in half. The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. The only confusing thing was the cab driver dropped us off from the back entrance, so to get to the lobby from the back, you have to take the elevator to the 4th floor, walk through the hotel to another set of elevators, then back down to the front lobby. You would think they would just have a corridor from the front to the back or something.The hotel is linked with another Rotana Hotel on the 3rd floor where you will find the reception and several restaurants. Free coffee and EXCELLENT dates were offered there all the time. My kids would race there just for the tasty dates. From this floor, you can take the elevators down for an easy access to the Ghurair Mall. We would go there to eat at the food court to save some $$$ sometimes. There is a good variety there.I would recommend this hotel for families since the rooms are absurdly large.

    Wonderful high-class modern hotel. The service is worldclass. As a guest you can feel that they care about you. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. You find there everything from safe to ironing board. Breakfast offers a wide range of Western and Arabic cuisine but also Asian food. The hotel is directly linked to a big shopping mall and you can find good restaurants in the immediate area. Within short time you can reach the airport with the red metro line(union station). I can highly recommend this hotel for everybody who looks for a fancy, affortable, well linked place in Dubai.

    Upon arriving after a long flight, we were overjoyed to be upgraded to the premium suite!essam & elodie (hope i spelt your names correctly!) from the reception gave us the warmest welcome, and tour around our HUGE suite and hotel amenities. great kudos to all the staff we met who were extremely helpful and friendly!we were again delighted when we came back from dinner - a chocolate dessert and non-alcoholic champagne were given to us to celebrate our honeymoon! thank you so much for the surprise and hospitality!the suite was very clean and comfortable! there was a spacious living area with dining table, a separate toilet, and big bedroom. the ensuite bathroom was massive with a bathtub and large shower.the breakfast on the exclusive club floor was fantastic - unfortunately we were not able to enjoy other complimentary services as we had another flight to catch.the hotel is on top of a shopping mall which has a nice food court for some east & quick meals. there is also a din tai fung for those who are craving some dumplings and noodles.the hotel is also very close to the airport, but do take into account the busy traffic via taxi. otherwise, the metro station also an easy and cheaper option.we would happily stay here again next time in dubai!!

    Although I check-in this hotel because of hotel voucher from airline company, and of course which hotel to stay is not chosen by me, all the staff are very friendly and have patience to explain the service of them. They make me fell like home and relief. The position of hotel is very good, there are mall and metro nearby. I think its service worth its cost.

    Excellent location close to airport and hustle and bustle of Deira. Al Ghurair mall is at the bottom of the building with a variety of shops, supermarket, food court, coffee shops, exchange facilities etc. Good breakfast in the hotel. Comfortable rooms.     One of the best hotel properties in Dubai for both service apartments and hotel rooms. Large rooms (112 square meters), open floor plans. Pool and gym both open at 6 am. Attached to the Al Ghurair center mall and you can get anything you need within a short walk. Lots of eating choices within and outside the mall. No shortage of taxis in the morning or evening. There is a taxi stand opposite Spinney.

    Amazing, outstanding and fabulous, this is the only way that l can describe Al Ghurair Rayhaan by Rotana in short. This is my first experience in this hotel, l couldnt wish for a better hotel experience than here.The stall as whole are providing an outstanding service, they are caring, helpful and simply outstanding. Loren at club rotana has been amazing, you have made our wedding anniversary very memorable. The staff at club rotana you all are amazing.     :-)Very elegant hotel with 2 pools (north and south side). Direct access to large shopping center, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet (international) very extensive (25 per person)Comfort room approx. 18m², very comfortable 2x2m bed, large spacious bathroom with huge bathtub, everything very clean.Location: Deira, 3 minutes to the central metro hub Union, 10 minutes to the Creek. Hop-on-hop-off station in front of the door, taxi to the airport approx. 15 min/13 EUR. Free room safe, slippers, sanitary ware, kettle, Nescoffee water, free tea. Minibar well stocked but no alcohol at hotel prices (Coke around 3 euros).Rooms very quiet and can be darkened,:-(Free WiFi only in the lobby and at the pool, in the room a good 15 per day extra. Air conditioning only has limited control, panoramic windows cannot be opened. Unfortunately, we only found out about the second pool (with midday sun) on the last day and discovered the hairdryer built into the desk when we left...No alcohol available.Definitely a good tip due to location and comfort.(Feb 2016)

    ProsThe hotel is clean and takes care of daily cleaning. It contains all the room, kitchen, and bathroom supplies. There is a business area with computers for those interested. It is located next to a mall with a supermarket inside it. There is parking for cars.ConsIt is located in a very crowded area close to Al-Raqqa. It suffers from the complexity of entry procedures, as it does not allow early entry at all. Its system is bad in terms of receiving the car from you to find a parking space for you, and then when you request it again, you may be delayed until it is prepared for you.I dont think I will go back again because of the crowded area

    Wonderful, there is no alcohol in the hotel, friendly staff, a varied and delicious buffet, very excellent for families. The only drawback is the slow internet. I hope they fix this defect. If you are looking for an upscale hotel in an upscale mall in central Dubai, this is your first choice.

    Fantastic 5 star hotel in the old part of Dubai. Large spacious rooms with lovely beds. Nice swimming pool and sports centre. Enormously varied breakfast from all over the world. Enormously helpful and friendly staff. Metro Union is nearby and takes you to the highlights of Dubai in a short time.

    A wonderful hotel for families, very special, the atmosphere is special and wonderful, the cleanliness is very beautiful, and the attention to even the smallest details is great. It has a beautiful swimming pool and is under the supervision of a lifeguard. Frankly, the hotel is wonderful for families. Next to it is Al Ghurair Mall, which has a supermarket and many restaurants that suit all tastes. It has a childrens playground. Outside, there is a taxi service. There are also private parking spaces for the hotel and 24-hour security. It has two entrances and is located on the lively and distinctive Al-Raqqa Street and has many shops and restaurants.
