    I had the pleasure of celebrating both my first wedding anniversary and my birthday at the Waldorf Astoria, and it was truly a magical experience from start to finish.It all began with Nicolas at reception—a kind, helpful, and reassuring person who gave us such a warm and positive first impression of the hotel. His professionalism and friendliness immediately made us feel welcome.Each morning started with a bright smile from Souhaila at the breakfast area. Her warmth and positive energy were the perfect way to begin our day.At the restaurant, Rikthi and Bertha were simply amazing—so helpful, professional, and attentive. They made every moment special with their excellent service.And finally, the highlight of our stay was Mahendra, the server at the rooftop. I have never seen such kindness and genuine care. His attention to detail, warm attitude, and amazing service truly left a lasting impression—I will never forget him. The rooftop pool was a standout for me as well—perfect for relaxing with stunning views of the city.From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond. A special thank you to the amazing team at the entrance of the building—they greeted me by name every day, helped answer any questions I had, and were always happy to assist with taxis.     Im currently staying at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai international financial centre, the hotel gave me and my wife a beautiful room with beautiful views of Dubai.We love this hotel for his fine touch and outstanding service.They made our staying even more memorable with a romantic setup, roses petals all around the bed, balloons and an amazing cake with a selection ofdelicious chocolates and french macarons.Specially in this occasion, I want to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Ahmed during breakfast.     We had an amazing experience at the Waldorf Dubai international financial Centre! The rooms and esthetics of the hotel were Beautiful and the hospitality is even better immediately from arrival until departure. The kindness from a very diverse culture of staff was amazing especially from Lebanon and the UK when we checked in/ out at the lobby.     This was our fourth stay at the Waldorf Astoria DIFC, and once again, everything exceeded our expectations. The service at the reception, from the private concierge, and by the pool was outstanding—especially the gentleman by the pool who appeared to be of Asian descent (we’re truly sorry we didn’t catch his name, but he was fantastic).Most of all, I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Steven, the evening waiter at Bull & Bear. Steven, you truly made both of our evenings unforgettable. While the food was Michelin-level—compliments to the Chef and the entire kitchen team—it was your exceptional service that elevated the experience beyond anything we could have imagined.     Breakfast has to be my favorite part of my stay, with a wide array of delicious offerings from the sweetest fruit to the sweetest staff. Our waitress Gloria was wonderful, friendly and attentive. The French toast is a must. Offering us matcha was the cherry on the top. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the rooftop pool is just a whole vibe.

But we can actually say that we loved every single thing with our stay here.     The level of service, detail, and quality has been one of the best experiences I’ve had in any hotel. The staff are phenomenal. Very respectful, very attentive to detail, room service and housekeeping cleans the room extremely well. The breakfast is a must as the waiters/waitress (Gloria and Natasha), and chefs exceed all expectations in delivering service and amazing tasting food. Highly recommend staying in this hotel and look forward to booking future visits.

    We had a great 4 night stay. Wish we had longer! The staff all over the hotel were very kind and helpful. The breakfast staff was exceptionally wonderful as we were 7 in our group and they went out if their way to get our food and make anything special we may have wanted!The views were amazing. We missed getting an upgrade the Burj Khalifa view but i think the hotel was booked, non the less we had wonderful views and saw the Museum of the future from our window!Definitely will recommend this hotel for the staff, cleanliness and we could walk to some of our dinner reservations, so extremely convenient!

Everything about it is exceptional—there’s a unique charm in the rooms, the best service, incredible food, a luxurious spa, a well-equipped gym, a stunning pool, and, of course, my favorite poolside café and cigar room.The hotel is designed in a timeless classic style, with everything impeccably clean and brand new. The rooms are spacious, and the location in DIFC is simply unbeatable. The building also offers several great restaurants and a shop.     I would give 10 stars if I could. This has literally been the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. It was nothing short of top notch service. My husband and I went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and from the moment we arrived we were treated with such incredible service. Each and every staff member we met, from the concierge to the team making accommodations with transportation were kind, helpful and super friendly. We had some health issues come up during our trip and each and every one of our needs were addressed during this trip. I was truly sad by the end of my stay to be leaving, not only because of the beautiful hotel, but the beautiful people we had the honor and pleasure of meeting during our visit.     One of the best hotels I have stayed at! I highly recommend staying here if you will be in Dubai. Location is great, near the Dubai Mall. The service was top notch, exactly what to be expected at a 5 star hotel. They did not let us down.     I had an amazing breakfast with a great view and even better service. I started with some pastries then ordered the masala omelette and Shakshouka which were both delicious. My server Gloria was very attentive, and made an effort to ensure that I had the best experience.     Decent Waldorf Astoria hotel, not many amenities as you would expect in Dubai. Rooms are very dark. All restaurants, pools and amenities based on 18th floor, whilst rooms are located above you. The hotel is in the DIFC and feels a little like a conference hotel. Great for a short stay in Dubai if you need to be in the area and avoid the noise of the DIFC in the evening. If you dont have to be in DIFC, go somewhere else in Dubai. It is nothing really special

    Truly the 5 star hotel. Amenities, location, views, but most importantly service. Everyone from front drive to front desk, to restaurant staff - genuinely care for you, always smiling and available.The room was nicely appointed, thoroughly cleaned, super comfy bed, and luxury amenities (Aesop).The Bull and Bear! Highly highly recommend to try their tasting dinner menu. It’s absolutely michelin stars worthy! And the views of Burj Khalifa at night - is a cherry on top!I only stayed for 2 days, but in a short time I was addressed by my name and felt recognized and valued.Special thanks to Benedetta at front desk for helping me throughout my stay. Thank you to Aycha for taking time to figure out the delivery app and ordering chocolates to be delivered. Everyone at Bull and Bear during breakfasts and dinner. And entire guest services team who decorated my room for my birthday - I was simply speechless! THANK YOU!Hotel is only 15 min walk to museum of future, about 30 min to Dubai mall (which is same time to walk from metro there), 5 min walk to metro red line. Ubers are plenty 24/7 too.I stayed at 2 other luxury hotels in Dubai - and this one is a top notch!

    We had a wonderful three-night stay at the Waldorf Astoria DIFC.Since we arrived in Dubai at 6 AM, we didn’t expect to check in when we reached the hotel at 7 AM. However, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff at the entrance and by Bee at the reception on the 18th floor. To our surprise, our room was already available, and thanks to my Hilton Honors Gold status, we even received an upgrade.Initially, we were given a Premier Room with a skyline view, but unfortunately, the view was obstructed by a utility building on the roof next to the hotel. When we brought this up with Bee, she was incredibly accommodating and showed us two alternative rooms. We were delighted to move to a beautiful King Premier Room on the 40th floor, offering a fantastic view of ICD Plaza and the Emirates Towers. The room had everything we needed, though the storage space/wardrobe could have been slightly larger. The bathroom was also excellent, featuring double sinks.Breakfast was of high quality, with a great selection and additional à la carte options that enhanced the experience.Service throughout the hotel was outstanding, especially from Bee and the front desk team. However, the pool staff responsible for setting up sun chairs and umbrellas could improve their service and friendliness. When we asked one of them to adjust and open an umbrella for shade, he initially refused, insisting that the shade wouldn’t cover our chairs and would disappear within 10 minutes. After a brief discussion, he finally set it up—and as we had anticipated, the shade perfectly covered our chairs for over 90 minutes without any adjustments. In my opinion, it’s unacceptable for staff to argue with guests over such a simple request that takes only two minutes to fulfill.Another great benefit was that we were granted a late check-out until 4 PM, which made our departure much more relaxed.If you’re flying with Emirates, I highly recommend using the city check-in, which is located directly across the street from the hotel. It allows you to check in your luggage in advance and skip the airport check-in process, making your journey much more convenient.Aside from the minor issue at the pool, our stay was perfect. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the BlackLane driver stationed in front of the hotel is a great bonus—offering a more affordable and convenient alternative to comparable Uber services.Would definitely return!

Her attention to detail, professionalism & technique is world class. I often get treatments which feel great in general but this massage felt like an emotional release. She is extremely talented & a jewel to the spa. Additionally, I want to praise every member of the spa team that I encountered with today who were friendly, & super helpful. I even purchased a beautiful bottle of perfume which will always remind me of Dubai now. The spa team at Waldorf are just wonderful. Thank you ladies !

    The Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is a well-appointed hotel with several positives, but unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by a few key drawbacks.Pros: The staff at the hotel were consistently kind and attentive, making every effort to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. I appreciated the daily replenishment of water bottles in the room, which was a thoughtful touch, and my Hilton Gold status was recognized and valued, adding to the overall sense of hospitality. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with close proximity to the Dubai Mall and other key attractions. An added plus is the grocery store on the ground level of the building.Cons: The biggest downside was the pervasive and overwhelming smells in the common areas. While I understand that strong perfumes and scents are part of the cultural norm in the Middle East, the fragrance in the common areas and the shisha/hookah smell in the lobby were overpowering to the point of being unpleasant.Additionally, the hotel advertises self-parking, but it is valet-only. This was frustrating, especially as the valet service dinged our rental car on the front bumper and fender—something we didn’t expect from a property of this caliber.The breakfast buffet was underwhelming compared to other five-star hotels in Dubai, with fewer options than I anticipated. The room service menu was also quite limited, which became a significant issue as my husband was ill with food poisoning for our entire stay and had to rely on room service for meals. The quality and variety of the room service offerings were disappointing and not on par with what I would expect from a Waldorf Astoria property.Final Thoughts: While the hotel has its strengths, including kind staff and a good location, these issues left a negative impression. Although it is a nice hotel, I am unlikely to stay here again given the combination of these challenges.

    Outstanding hotel, my favorite in Dubai. We stayed here for a week during NYE and despite it being a busy time, the hotel took incredible care of us. From a very special welcome gift they had to do actual research for, to an upgrade with a beautiful view, to every single interaction with staff being extremely friendly. Special mention for Rikhti, Saif and Stevie at breakfast, who were the most proactive and courteous hotel breakfast staff I’ve met. Looking forward to coming back.

    Karen was my server at the restaurant. She did a great job getting my food on time and checking on us to make sure everything was going great. Abdul was the one to check me in to the hotel. He was so accommodating and super helpful!! I left my sunglasses in my tour guides car, when i get back to my hotel room i see it is already returned into my room! How quick and helpful! My first time in Dubai and ill definitely be back here at the Waldorf! :)

    This hotel is a pure gem in the DIFC. I am now regretting why I didn’t stay here before.First up - I reached the hotel early at 10. Despite the check in time being 1500, I requested an early check in. Offered to pay extra for the same. Anjana at the check in desk helped me. Said she doesn’t have a room ready but will have it done in 1.5 hrs. Showed me to the lounge etc. What impressed me is the way she (and other staff) handle guests. There is a willingness to help and make your experience good.I was given a room on the 47th floor. The hotel starts from the 18th floor so even for the worst rooms you are assured a great view.Hotel staff was polite and even if a cleaner passed me in the lift, they asked how I was, if I needed something and if I was happy with everything.Breakfast is good - lot of options. There is a buffet and you can also order some items.Rooms - my room was immaculate - clean, comfortable, modern. Cannot point to anything where the room felt short. Superb is the word I would use.Location is excellent in the heart of DIFC and an easy place to get cabs etc.Will return and recommend to anyone staying at the DIFC.

    Perfect business spot in DIFC. Never found it too crowded and has all the facilities to relax whenever you can take a break from your busy work schedule. Cross the road and you have a variety of restaurants, most of them very high end, if you need to host clients or go out with colleagues/friends hence the hotel is perfectly located. Rooms are super spacious and room service always on point. The restaurant of the hotel, Bull and Bear, also stand out as one of the best of the area. Haven’t tried the spa but the pool and the Hammam are cool. The pool bar area I think has potential to attract more clientele, especially at night,but it could be a management choice not to go strong on marketing the place. Will always return here when travelling to Dubai for work.

    We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for four days and enjoyed the breakfast they provided. Rikthi and Grace Mugwe explained the whole experience to us and consistently monitored our table and ensure the food was delicious. We brought our three month old daughter along and every morning Rikthi made sure to say hello and show our daughter love. We enjoyed Bull and Bear and had the tomahawk experience and it was the best steak we’ve ever had. The chef of both restaurants came and talked with us and made sure we were enjoying our experience. We cannot wait for the day that we get to come back.

    We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria DIFC recently and enjoyed our stay. The bathroom is beautiful and the room size for the premier rooms are nice and spacious. We had the city skyline view which was really nice. I wasn’t a fan of the shelf in the room as it was too large and taking up a lot of space but otherwise room was nice and big. Bedding is amazing and I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Service was good too. Hotel reception smelled of cigarette smoke which was really disappointing and nauseating for me and it may be that the smell was coming from the bull and bear bar / restaurant connected to the lobby.The St. Regis (our usual choice) is comparable but I like that in addition to all the luxury that Waldorf offers, the St Regis has the best most plush hotel slippers and really nice dark pillow chocolates that they keep during turn down service and Waldorf can do better here (it’s the little things :)

Everything was clean and luxury, and the customer care was great, which we’d expect from Waldorf Astoria.There was one thing stood out, the breakfast team at Bull & Bear was more than amazing! Chef Usman and Chef Shivam made us perfect breakfast every morning to start the day with. Rikthi and Karen and Grace gave us warm welcome every morning and we felt sincere care where we wanted to stay longer if we could. It was such a pleasant stay and looking forward to going back!

    This hotel was fabulous in all regards, but what was outstanding was their customer service. I have stayed at many hotels throughout the world and this hotel had the best customer service I have ever experienced. From the moment my family and I arrived to the moment we left, everyone from the bell boy to the restaurant staff to the front desk was so pleasant warm and genuine. You can tell their #1 priority is customer service and pleasing the guest in anyway possible. Whenever a request was made, they would literally run to fulfill the request. They didn’t have “no” in their vocabulary to any request. Special mention to the breakfast staff at the Bull and Bear restaurant who especially went above and beyond. The breakfast spread was excellent and the food was fresh and delectable.The rooms are huge and elegant and the hotel itself very classy as would be expected at WA. Truly 5 star in all regards. Special mention to Grace from Bull and Bear breakfast staff, Islam from bell services, and Abigail from front desk.

    Absolute BEST hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL, clean, the service is IMPECCABLE and their level of attention to detail is unmatched. I stayed for my birthday and once the hotel and even restaurant knew about it, they made me feel special with the room decoration, suprise birthday cake both in my room and in the Bulls and Bear restaurant. The restaurant staff suprised me with a happy birthday song. The food at Bulls and Bear Restaurant was perfection and the wait staff, especially Rikthi were all fabulous!     Exceptional Stay at Waldorf Astoria DIFC!I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waldorf Astoria DIFC in May during my sisters visit, and it was a wonderful experience!I used to live around DIFC area several years ago and eventhough I frequented the restaurants in DIFC while living in the area, I never really stayed in Waldorf Astoria DIFC til this visit.From the moment we arrived, we warmly welcomed and were treated to top-notch service, and stunning views of the Dubai skyline with the view of the building where I used to live which brought back alot of beautiful memories.Our room was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated.The breakfast at Bull & Bear was great, with a wide range of breakfast options to suit every taste. The restaurant also have decent menu choices for dinner. Because they never say no, I was almost certain the executive chef will deliver my Turkish sucuk when I jokingly asked for it after finding out he is from Turkey 😁We also enjoyed the live music and the great cocktails at the Peacock Alley bar with friends.What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone we interacted with, from the front desk to housekeeping, the manager and other staff, was friendly, attentive, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of wonderful special specially when they brought a small cake for my brothers birthday. Special thanks to Rikhti and B from Bull and Bear restaurant and Bhagya from housekeeping. You guys surely made us feel very special 😊The location of the hotel lobby can be a bit tricky but the location of the hotel is very central and just few minutes drive away from the airport and other places of interest around Dubai.I would recommend this place if youre looking for a luxurious and hassle-free stay in Dubai.     I recently spent three night ls at the Waldorf Astoria, and my third stay.I cannot recommend this property highly enough and what made it so special are the team working there. I was greeted by a really lovely lady called Sophia in reception who made sure everything was perfect and made me smile after what was a busy week.I had a drink at the bar and met extremely friendly staff who were so nice, gave recommendations which was a great welcome.The room which I was allocated was a grand suite which was a significant upgrade, which was extremely well appointed and I would describe as ‘cosy’, however with this lovely gesture from the hotel, strangely I actually preferred the room on my previous stay which seemed brighter, airier and slightly more modern, it might have been the ceiling height, but was a minor difference. The beds are extremely comfortable, housekeeping was great as always, the bathrooms are very well appointed with great full-size amenities so overall the room was excellent. The personal assistant arranged an Apple TV for my room as the TVs weren’t ‘smart’ so problem solved in about 5 mins.I ate in the restaurant and my waitress who was also called Sophia was so attentive and somehow was able to read my mind as to what I wanted making for a brilliant dinner - thank you.The pool deck is particularly nice as it is not too busy but the staff are amazing, and really take care of you, beds are plush and the towels and water service were excellent.The reception team upon checkout were equally charming and understanding and I gave them a tiny piece of honest feedback and I wasn’t looking for anything but they remedied my feedback immediately and I left surprised.I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.Thank you to the team who made the stay extra.

    Best long weekend vacation EVER! If you are quiet people who just want to get away from home to relax and rest for a nice weekend, this is IT!The hotel is centrally located, and it is just a short 5-10 min taxi ride between the hotel and the Dubai Mall. Everyone from the doorman, concierge, registration, restaurant and housekeeping greets and addresses the guest by the last name, and they really do take ownership of customer experience. It was the most amazing hotel stay I have ever had.As for the room which we stayed in, the beds were very comfortable. I really could just stay in the hotel room sleep and relax the whole day without stepping out of the room if I wanted to. I enjoyed every moment of it.At the breakfast, all main dishes with eggs are cooked on order rather than sitting out on the buffet warmers. I applaud them for taking this step not just to ensure quality of the dishes, but more importantly, food safety.We also had some wonderful professional servers helping us. Rikthi was very attentive to guests at each table. On our last day at the breakfast, we had some very intellectual conversation with Sanjai. And the hostess Innayah always greets guests with a beautiful sunny smile.I did have a little problem with the location of the room at first, but Roshan at the Registration explained to me why after careful consideration, they gave me that particular room. It made my day knowing that this hotel does care about the needs of each guest, and the entire staff at the hotel does its best to provide the best guest experience.There is no doubt that we will stay at Waldorf Astoria DIFC when we visit Dubai next time!

    A brilliant hotel that hit the wow factor from the word go when receiving emails from the hotel ahead of my stay to ask if there was anything special I would like. This wow factor continue when getting out of the car on my arrival. There I was greeted by hotel staff who gave me a very warm welcome before taking me to the life (first time help to find it at the back of the building was definitely ideal). From there to the 18th floor reception, followed by check-in and up to the 49th floor where I was very kindly upgraded to a king premier suite. Wow, what a suite too! Excellent fixtures and fittings and service, made even more spectacular by the view across Dubai and, with a peer to the right, the Burj Kalifa.     Had a short leisure i spent here in Waldorf DIFC. Everything was great and amazing experience. Welcomed by Nanda in reception with warmth and flawless check in process. Surprisingly they prepared special set up and nice cake in our room! Room was amazing, neatly arranged and spacious.Pool side is nice and relaxing with great sunsets view, thanks to Tanya for the service given in pool, again thanks to Yanuar and Eureka for extending my birthday celebration! Bravo Pool team!Shoutout to Bull & Bear team! Had a special dinner there and it was amazing experience i had. Special mentions to Rikhti and Ali for taking care us during dinner. Chef Alvin and Chef Sagar for prepared amazing foods and didn’t forget for Chef Azcha for extending again my birthday during breakfast!!Highly recommended, thank you once again WALDORF ASTORIA DIFC!

    What a marvelous stay! We greeted with warmth and affection from Nanda in Front desk. Ensured us to have a great room for our special birthday celebration.Pool staff go above and beyond to keep you comfortable. Tanya, Yanuar, and Eureka surprised us with simple lovely cake! small things but memorizing.special place for a special night out. Great service from Rikthi at Bull and Bear. Seating near by the window is really great with a fabulous citynight view. Moreover thank you for chef Alvin and Sagar, with every dish expertly prepared and full of flavor. I still remember clearly the taste of cote the boeuf and the angus that we had last night, made our birthday celebration perfect!Very big appreciation for chef azcha! Prepared us a superb cake, you rock on!I was pleasantly surprised by how them exceeded my expectations with the decorations and setup, making the stay even more memorable. Thankyou All!

    We’ve stayed at this amazing hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains.The rooms and suites were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The food was delicious and excellent ! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.     This hotel has an outstanding layout, which makes it feel luxurious and more private. The design/decor in the hotel is really luxurious, which directly makes you feel good. The wood in combination with marble was the perfect choice.I need to begin with Raja from the concierge. She helped me so much with my stay and made sure I got the best experience possible while remaining professional yet kind.Another special thank you to Yanu and especially Mahnedra, who made me feel welcome at the pool bar every single time. Superb service and enjoyable conversation are guaranteed.The room was spacious and luxurious in every single detail!Especially Riyad and his team, who perfectly cleaned my room in every single corner and made it look pristine multiple times a day!My last thank you goes to Rikthi.     We stayed at Waldorf Astoria Dubai for 5 days. The hotel experience overall was truly WONDERFUL! The suite we stayed at was exceptional, very clean, organized, nicely decorated with relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast at Bull and Bear was superb with outstanding service. Rikthi specifically made our dining experience unforgettable. She was very warm and attentive. She was also very engaged with our toddler with genuine care that made our experience memorable.     I had the best stay here and will be staying here the next time I come to Dubai. I want to specifically thank Umair, Bek, & Walid for making my stay exceptional. Umair walked me down for dinner and I had told him how much I loved the chocolates I got as a welcome gift and the next day Bek had a box of chocolates delivered to my room in a little package with a bow, he was so friendly and said how they had to do something special since I liked the chocolates so much! Also, one of the sandals I was wearing broke , and when I came back the sandals were fixed with a note from Walid that said he noticed it and took immediate action to fix it! How amazing! Also, when I came back from my long evening, the bed corners were folded out so that I could just hoot right in, my slippers, water and a robe were also bedside with mood lighting on...The treatment I got at the Waldorf Astoria DIFC was superb, thank you a million times!

    Outstanding luxury hotel in a perfect location. This is what a Waldorf should be - excellence at every step. From before stay communication until check out, it was a superb experience.The staff is highly professional and truly motivated to make your stay amazing. It also feels like they truly care and not just go through the motions.The location is outstanding for experiencing all famous Dubai attractions, with everything within minutes of the hotel.The ambiance and decor is stunning, plush luxurious and elegant. The rooms are beautiful, very nicely appointed/decorated and feature stunning views of the city. The on-site pool is also very cozy and nice.The breakfast was truly outstanding and lacked nothing. You must also dine at the fantastic Bull & Bear restaurant, a very memorable experience.They also treat their Diamond members properly. No need to beg for a nice room upgrade here. A welcome note and gift was also delivered to our room. Well done!I highly recommend this hotel for a true upscale Dubai experience. 5/5

    Immediately felt the classiness of the hotel the moment you step foot in the hotel which was elegantly designed.Was pleasantly greeted by an attentive manager, Wen, and was surprisingly upgraded into a suite.The room was sparkly clean and tastefully designed. There is a very gorgeous pool and a 24 hour gym. Was very happy with the experience and will definitely revisit next time I goto Dubai.

    One of the best five stars hotel in Dubai. Rooms at higher floors are excellent, gym, sauna and the rooftop swimming pool are magnificent. I have been there during my birthday time and got unforgettable surprises. The service is best in class with special attention to details.Without to mention the restaurant located at the reception floor, which is marvelous and one of the best address in the whole areaAnd finally, prices are a bit expensive but worth it 😎.

    I recently visited the Waldorf Astoria Spa and had an incredible experience. First, I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage with Ana, which was amazing. She knew exactly how to work out the tight spots in my muscles, leaving me feeling super relaxed and refreshed. Then, I had a WOW Facial with Dee. It was fantastic! Dees skill made my skin feel rejuvenated and glowing. Both Ana and Dee are friendly, professional, and truly great at what they do. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a top-notch spa experience. Definitely a five-star day!

    I am quite picky when it comes to where I choose to stay during a vacation. One thing that is of utmost importance is cleanliness of my room and bathroom and the Waldorf did not disappoint, everything was spotless when we arrived and the cleaning team did such a great job everyday. From the greeting you receive at the entrance all the way to the farewell at the end of your trip, it was just all amazing. I can not wait to come back later this year!Location is great, not only are you close to most places you would want to go but you are also in the heart of the lovely DIFC with lovely restaurants, bars, etc. which are all walking distance.Breakfast and the restaurants food in general is stunning and caters to many different diets and cultures! The pool is so well taken care of and offers sun as well as shade when it is too hot outside - and yes the pool is temperature controlled! :)Thanks again to everyone at the Waldorf Astoria DIFC!
