Mohammad is a very gracious host and Alfred is the reason I started and keep coming back to this place.But the real hero is the girls inside and especially Jana and Nikki, they make you feel very welcome, offer a very gentle, professional service and the results are always perfect. I especially love that they take into consideration how busy I am and how much time I have.The only place I will ever do any treatments or nail grooming is 1847 and that often means I have to wait but it’s worth it. So nice inside too but mostly because of these two girls.

This place would be 5 stars, but it is just way too overpriced. Everything else is 5 stars (service, cleanliness, experience, professionalism), but the high prices combined with a deteriorated rewards program which went from getting you a free service every around 10 visits, to a free service almost never (you probably have to visit 40-50 times to get it!), takes off 1 star. The older branches are a bit run down with some equipment falling apart, desperately needing renovation, so pick a newer branch if you decide to go.

Amazing staff. Experts in their field. They were kind enough to utilize their staff to finish the process faster as i had to catch rhe flight. I would recommend early booking to make sure the service quality is excellent. You are served water or juice as soon as you enter. They have a thai therapist for massage who is extremely good and knowledgeable and walks you through the process. The team for manicure and pedicure is from phillipines who are really precise in their work and then they were 2 staff for hair grooming and shaving etc who take their time to make sure every cut is right. Overall service is great. Kudos to the team. In terms of pricing, its on expensive side. For these prices you can experience better ambience and decor but service is what makes you visit this place again.
