I used to have blow dry with Shivani she is very good and a nice person .Now for years Iam with Caroline doing hair , colour blow dry eyebrow , thanks to her she is professional in her work very good she knows what I as customer suits me and she always tries to manage to please her customer plus she is a pleasant person.Diana at the Reception she knows how to-manage reservations timing for customers and she is flexible in that she is excellent and I feel happy when dealing with her .I have to mention also Henna and Myrna doing my manicure and pedicure they very good and knows how to please their customers .

So I had taken an appointment at the wrong branch with Ashwina herself ... but still even with that Ashwina found a way to give me the best service by calling me and asking what I required and giving specific instructions to her staff Shivani and when Shivani took over and did my hair color, she really took care of me and did a great job! she was very courteous and I also knew that she had another appointment at the same time but still didnt do any less for me or the other customer. Im so happy with my hair, Im not sure of the names but even my manicure pedicure and eyebrow work was amazing Thank you so much to all!

I then decided to go give it a try and had my hair done by Shivani today. I was totally blown away with her work, her confidence and her lovely smile. I got my haircut and root touch up done by her and she was fantastic at her job. She has the patience to listen to what you want and at the same time suggests what best suits your style.
