I have been using Balinese Luxury Spa for about 6 months now and I cannot recommend them enough. The booking system is so simple and easy to use and there is a wide choice of massages to choose from. I always ask for Ayu as my therapist. Ayu is always on time and is an excellent therapist.

My favorites - they infuse everything they do with good intentions and you can really feel it. The customer service on WhatsApp is always prompt and accommodating and so lovely. I just wanted t say thank you for a fabulous massage, it is so refreshing to have such great customer service, luxury, high standard and pleasant therapist. i have to say every pr=art from booking, to rescheduling, arrival to the massage was great. its really hard to find good service here and you nailed it! all the small details like the tea, the gentleman who helped the therapist with the chair, the speaker for the music (not just coming out of s phone) the professional uniform and nature of the therapist and then her great service too makes such a massive difference even the little board with the quote below your head when your looking through the hole on the best. massive difference, its the small things add up and make a massive difference and an even better experience. thank you once again
