Prayer had given me an amazing 15 min back massage. She was great in explaining the process and I was relaxed from a long flight from Europe. She also showed me the heat hit pro device and the back massage devices. I will definitely come back when I’m in the airport for quick massage and purchase the devices. Thank you so much prayer.

The hospitality of the staff is top notch especially that of Ms Ojong. She provided an exceptional service and also was patient enough (and a good salesperson, haha) to pitch me various products of BeRelax. The products have better performance (tested the sample machines) compared to the generic ones that I used earlier and they also come with a two year warranty (hence the price might be a bit on the upper side).

I stumbled upon the place, and decided to try it, best decision, whether you are bit tense before the flight, or after your flight its an amazing experience to be able to let all of the tension melt away. Julius the manager was amazing, and the place is well run. If you pass by on your trip try out the massage chair 30mins experience its so worth it.

Wow! Had a combo massage with Cotriac at terminal 3. It wad the best back massage I’ve ever recieved. Very firm just what I asked for and the foot massage relaxed me that much, I will be coming back in 2 weeks before my flight! Fabulous experience!

This was the first time I’ve paid for a relaxation or wellness service at an airport. I was motivated by the idea of wanting to celebrate the new year doing something special for myself (I am spending my new years in the airport).Best. Decision. Ever.The skill of the massage therapist, Blondie, is equal or surpasses that of those I’ve consulted outside of the airport. I regularly get massages from specific people and so I am very discerning when it comes to massage therapy. I opted for a foot massage and it was the best decision after a long day of walking (and a long evening of sitting — I had a 9 hour flight previously).After this experience I will definitely participate in these wellness/spa services at airports. Worth every penny.

What a great experience I had at Be Relax Spa whilst transiting through, a fantastic set up for a quick rejuvenation. I had a 30 minute back massage in the chair and a 30 minute foot massage. Carl went above and beyond ensuring I was comfortable and relaxed. Will return again !

We had Parveen and Maniska as our therapists and both of them made a wonderfull job. My wife never had a chair massage before and she was very pleasantly surprised by it. I was very tense and had a lot of back pain after a 14 hour flight a few days ago. I am about to board an 8 hour flight and Jacinta on hearing this, insisted on treating me to a massage to try to ease some of the pain before I board. She used a heated massage gun and a motorised back massager which really helped. Thank you so much Jacinta, what a lovely lady!

Terrence was not personally serving me when I walked in as he was busy cleaning and tidying the place, I guess it was after serving another client. He was friendly and greeted me and offered me some water to which I was surprised. When I asked him where he was from, I was surprised to note that he came from where I was travelling from and that concluded my questioning about his dedication to his work and great customer care skills. Gloria did a wonderful combined massage for me. Arms and legs/feet. The massage was a clever combination of massage expertise and machinery - while one part of your body is massaged the other is handled by a strap of a massage chair (mostly for the feet massage). I was at Dubai Airport for a long layover and I just walked past by until their eye massager caught my eye 👀 (pun intended).I was not really looking at buying anything but Baro gave me a great explanation of how the products work and their special features and the cheery on top, he gave me a free massage session with the equipment as he explained it all to me. It was a truly relaxing experience and Baro was extremely helpful and polite and we had a lovely chat, which made my experience even better. I didnt buy anything today but I might just return to Dubai and buy it next time, especially the massage gun with heating function, pretty great, I can recommend it 👌

Such an amazing experience! I am not usually the client for massage or relax time, I must admit I am not one used to stop and have some me time. However, I had big back pain from my trip and carrying all the luggage, and went for a 15’ massage on my back on Dubai Airport, with Gloria. My god it was incredible! Just what I needed and much more. The music really sets you in the mood for spa, the smells are also super pleasant, I definitely suggest you to try and have a me time moment there, for even more than 15’ if you can! Totally recommend Gloria’ service, super sweet, efficient and effective, I felt like a new woman after this massage! If only I could have this on a regular basis. Take some time for the Be Relax, you do deserve this break!

Nothing like a strong and relaxing massage specially before you jump on a 14 hour flight. My therapist was Kevin and he was fantastic. While I was getting a massage he also gave me the cordless neck pillow to rest my head, I ended up buying it as I was in want of a neck pillow and this has a massager as well. I used it on my flight and I must say it was fully worth it.
