Pros: Ann did a very good job, i felt relaxed after my session ended. The fact that the bathroom was attached to the room was very easy if one wants to take a shower. The place was super clean and relaxing.Cons: There is a 10% surcharge if pay using a card. However i wasnt informed about it as i was charged Aed 275 instead of 240, which i think if i was told earlier id have preferred to use cash. The explanation i got after i realised was that, i thought you knew about it!! Was left with alot of questions since it was my first time. He, the receptionist informed me dont worry next time when you come ill give you a discount. -
