Really wonderful experience, with skilled and thoughtful therapists, and a wonderful welcome from Sheila, who ushered us so nicely into the mood for a great massage. Jasmine (Thai) and Made (Balinese) are both terrific therapists, and you can feel their caring as well as their excellent techniques. We appreciated the bonus face massage very much, and Sheila took great care of us when using the changing facilities. Delightfully affordable for a hotel spa, too!

We are visiting from the UK and honestly I have had massages all over the world and this has to be the best massage I have ever had. It was amazing. Went for the 90 minute Balinese massage. Great massage experience for both my wife and I. We each had 90 minute Balinese massages with Made and Sri, who were outstanding. Receptionist Sheila was incredibly nice and helpful as well. We are becoming regulars and already booked our next massages in 3 weeks!

Had an absolute amazing experience.Right as I went in the staff was so polite, Meli & Shiela were absolutely wonderful. Made was incredibly professional and made sure every part of my experience was perfect. Together, they created a peaceful and nurturing environment. I have been familiar with this chain of spa salons for two years now. Ive been to several branches. This one, as I understand it, is quite new. The level of service is the best, both the girl at the reception and the masseur tried very hard. The prices are very good, there are always some offers and special offers. I really enjoyed myself yesterday. There is also a sauna that anyone can use after a session. Its an amazing experience. I recommend trying it!
