    Nothing but 5 stars!!! And more. I had a hair appointment at 8pm on a Friday. The treatment took four hours. The ladies took turns in doing the shampoo and application. Reema was the one who stayed to ensure that it was finished. So much pride taken into her profession. Sharing pictures of before and after. The hair ends was my request to not trim, which they respected.

    Im super happy with my eyelash extensions! They are exactly as I wanted them: nice and full, but still natural. The treatment was very relaxed and professional. Also did she do my eyebrow colouring. Everything was clearly explained and my wishes were listened to carefully. I Definitely recommend Malika who took care of me verry good!!

    I was there second time with my mum and little daughter and it was such a lovely and relaxing afternoon. We booked several services and every single of them were fantastic. He really need to mention Leila who is the Moroccan bath specialist!! She worked with so much passion and is a real sweetheart like all the ladies there. Definitely come back 💖

    I have been to this salon multiple times for gel manicures and pedicures, and I must say, the quality of the products they use is excellent, especially for the price. Recently, I had a hair wash and blow-dry, and I was truly impressed. The owner personally stepped in to wash my hair when all the hairdressers were busy, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service. For just 99 AED, I received a blow-dry that left me fully satisfied with both the results and the overall experience. Highly recommend!

    Ilios Salon is my go-to spot whenever I have to go to barsha or Mall of the Emirates! It’s budget-friendly, and the staff is extremely kind and flexible. I always do the Moroccan bath here, and Layla is amazing. I also get my eyebrows threaded every time, and they always do a perfect job. I suggest to book in advance as they are quite busy.Highly recommend!

    Eloísa has been doing my eyelashes for months, and I really appreciate her professionalism in trying to replicate all the ideas I bring to each session. I also enjoy her company while she works—it feels like therapy with a friend, and in the end, my lashes look amazing. I love the treatment and the discounts for being a cabin crew as well.     I have been visiting Ilios for two years and I love Raghda’s work. She is really good at what she does and always wows me with her creativity with my hair.     I had a great experience today at the saloon. I booked for a haircut and blow dry. Rawan did a fantastic job. Im totally in love with my new haircut. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Got a free hair wash and the lady gave me a nice head massage. Overall I loved the service and care provided by the saloon. Will surely visit again.

    I went for a keratin treatment to this salon and I should say their service is good. Mallika the turkey girl is very sweet and very talented and did with conscious mind.     I had the absolute pleasure of visiting this saloon and getting the best experience. Not only the atmosphere was really pleasant, staff were extremely polite and friendly, and the quality of service was top notch. It is safe to say that I will be a loyal client and will opt in for more services in the future as I really felt that these ladies care for me and my appearance, it is hard to find this kind of treatment in Dubai. I felt really welcomed and taken care of. The service was on time and was fast and efficient. I particularly want to thank ELOISE, SEMA AND NADA who did my lashes, massage, and nails. They really made my experience special, and I felt like a new person stepping out from the saloon. I want to thank these ladies from the bottom of my heart, I hope the management get to see this positive review and show appreciation to their employees. The lashes ( Eliose) are still standing, although I have Asian eyes, and most of the time, they are gone within 2 weeks. Nada did my nails gel extensions within 1.5 hrs which is incredible timing with such a thin layer that you can barely understand these are extensions, and they look so natural. Finally, Sema my body was so tense, and she did the best massage I ever had in DUBAI and I highly recommend this service to everyone. BIG BIG THANKS LADIES 🥰🥰🥰

    I had an absolutely amazing 90 minute massage here today. I felt so blissed out and relieved that I fell into a sweet sleep during the massage. My whole body and mind has calmed down for many hours after. I also got a lovely gel manicure which looks amazing. Honestly, this salon is a gem, I am so glad I found it and the management goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Ilios has gained a customer and I will be back frequently.     Really clean and amazing saloon.i just did a massage she’s gorgeous she really understood how much pressure i want and did an amazing job.and for the pedicure i had a very bad service with another saloon they broke my nail and i had alot of pain, the lady at ilios saloon janet she helped me alot she cure the broken nail and clean my toe very carefully and just did an amazing work. totally will come back and become a regular customer for sure❤️

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere by the receptionist whose genuine smile instantly put me at ease.The massage itself was nothing short of amazing. The therapist was highly skilled and attentive, ensuring that every knot and tension in my muscles was addressed with care. Her technique was both soothing and effective, leaving me feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated by the end of the session.The ambiance of the spa also contributed greatly to the overall experience. However, one observation i made during my visit was while the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, some staff seemed a bit reserved and not as cheerful and smiling. Despite this, their expertise in their work were evident, and it did not detract from the overall quality of the experience.Overall, my experience was nothing short of perfect. She just super positive vibes person, friendly and open and the most important she knows her job very well, she is a real professional.
