We chose Shanthi Wellness after a lot of research for postnatal care across many centers in Dubai. They offered us a very good price along with additional valuable services which none of the centers offered.We opted for 21 days postnatal home service for myself and my baby. The treatment was exceptional with herbal medicines and oils. My therapist was Ms Sukanya - Highly recommended for everyone as she is very experienced and disciplined.The reception and office team have good communication and coordination with the clients and they always kept in touch during this 21 day period. The post natal massage sessions were good and the therapist was experienced. The wellness center also got in touch with us often to receive our feedback during the treatment duration which was nice. The only issue we faced especially for the “home services” was regarding punctuality. Sometimes due to several transportation related reasons, the therapist would arrive late for the sessions and we would have to reach out to the center to find out why she hadn’t arrived as yet. Apart from this, the services are good.

I chose Shanti Wellness Center for their 21-day postnatal care for myself and my baby girl. I went to them with lot of doubts in my mind whether it will be worth it or not as this was my second delivery, I had C-section again and never tried this service earlier from a wellness centre.First of all they explained clearly the complete procedure to me and what all medications will be used as well for both me and my baby.The sessions were divided between Sukanya and Rajani, the therapists, both did an exceptional job. Their massages were rejuvenating, the vedu kuli was refreshing, and my baby adored the massage sessions. The belly tightening by Rajani was fantastic—I felt stronger after the care. The severe back pain I had after the delivery had reduced a lot and I still continue with the belly tightening done by Rajani.Sukanya and Rajani are highly knowledgeable and addressed all our post-pregnancy concerns.Even the advice from Dr Neethu regarding low breast milk production helped me a lot, the granules she had asked to consume helped me in increasing the breast milk for my baby.I highly recommend this service from Shanti Wellness Center for anyone seeking postnatal care.

I and my wife have been consulting Dr. Neethu Deepak since last one year. Shanthi Ayurveda centre had taken good care of the back aches we had with a very well designed treatment plan. Therapist Mr. Padmesh and Mr. Amarnath and doctor Dr.Neethu Deepak is amazing. I had grade 3 miniscus tear on my knee. I never want to go for a surgery so I thought I will check at Shanthi wellness. I met the doctor for the first time, but it was like she already knew my issue and explained the whole process to recover. Went through my MRI properly and provide me the best treatment. I am a sportsman so cant be out of sport, but my issue is kind of resolved withing 45 days. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Padmesh and Amar for the great hospitality and smooth treatment 👍

The Best place to go for physiotherapy. Dr Vidya is one of the best physiotherapist in Dubai. After wasting money for almost 10 sessions at a well known medical center i took my mother to Shanthi wellness and met Dr Vidya. Unlike other places where they waste time by just using machines for physiotherapy, Dr Vidya helps the patient with manual exercises for the entire session. She works very hard along with the patient. My mother felt a huge difference within 5-7 sessions.Highly recommend to visit and meet Dr Vidya if you need serious physiotherapy and improvement.
