I cant praise Malek enough for the incredible job she did on my hair! I had a balayage, treatment, haircut, and blow dry, and I was amazed by the results. The hair color lasted for a full six months, and I recently returned for a refresh.Maleks skills transformed my hair, giving me volume I never thought was possible, especially dealing with postpartum hair loss. She also provided fantastic product recommendations with discounts. I completely trust her judgment and love sitting back while she works her magic.Thank you Malek!

Ive been here twice this past month, once for a manicure and again for a massage. Im absolutely thrilled with the service I got! My manicurist took excellent care of my nails and did a beautiful job filing and with polish (unfortunately, I cannot remember her name). In addition to that my massage was just phenomenal. I can highly recommend Kalpana as a masseuse and for facials. She is beyond wonderful! I will be returning here every time I travel to Dubai since their prices are very reasonable considering the fantastic service and results!

I had a manicure appointment here while visiting Dubai, and I had the best experience! The staff are very accommodating and friendly! The nail tech Cecilia was amazing. I did have to return the following week for a touch up as I wanted my nails to be perfect after being recently engaged. I showed up a little stressed, but Anne working at the front desk was very calm, and got me in right away for quick touch up.

I have been visiting Sisters in Dubai Mall since 2023 for various treatments (mani/pedi, haircut, facials, massages and eyebrow threading). In general, they take great care of each person making sure the client is well catered for their every need. The staff are all lovely and well knowledgeable on the various treatments. The prices are quite steep in comparison to other salons in Dubai, but you pay for the level of care and attention to detail which is important.There is room for improvement, especially the massage rooms, they can definitely make it more cozy as they look like a doctor’s room with minimal decoration and sometimes the music is not played. It would be good to add some ‘spa’ ambiance with candles, flowers, small pottery or paintings. It would really go a long way to improve the customer experience.The front waiting area is also very limited and small, it would be lovely if they expanded the seating area to accommodate more clients and make them feel more welcome instead of standing around.But in general, I will continue visiting as I always have a relaxing time getting all my treatments done!

I had the BEST experience at this salon. Called in while walking through Dubai mall, not only was the receptionist kind, funny and beautiful but accommodated me very quickly. I got in that day with an appointment with Ethel for hair and she did the best job! I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed and I have never been so pleased with a hair cut! She did a fantastic job. I then made a second appointment for waxing who I was treated by a lovely girl named Eshwari. When I say that this girl is THE BEST at waxing, I do not mean this lightly! Not only was I left perfectly hairless but I did not feel a thing!! It was painless and I can be a baby! All in all a fantastic experience and I will be returning in a heartbeat to see these amazing girls again and to soak up the tranquil, relaxing atmosphere of the salon. Thank you girls ❤️

My experience was totally amazing! Ms.Padma a hairstylist with years of experience did a wonderful job. She is indeed talented in what she does. She got me the exact hair color which i needed and amazed me by the results. She even worked extra hours just to complete my hair coloring and she was handling it with lots of patience. While waiting I was greeted by staff and sat by a coffee bar while waiting for Rose I had coffee and biscuits . Clean but expensive for nails it cost me $90 US dollars ! Back home in the states it’s only $30 !!!

It would have been 5stars but I didn’t think I received what I paid for, for my wash and XXXL blow dry (far more expensive than the average salon), it was a less than average blow dry that did not last more than a few hours sadly, it was certainly not XXXL as advertised….no rollers, no heat protection….disappointing.Other than that the service was great. Would recommend!

The girls were lovely. My pedicure and gel builder application manicure were great, so relaxing and they are both excellent. My lashes were removed and a new set applied, my right eye was swollen for two days after and now 4 days later the lashes have nearly all gone. I have had my lashes on for the last 8 years, I have not ever had them just ‘fall off’. Very very disappointed in the lash job Lita did and they were horrendously expensive. There will be better places for lashes I would avoid this business. As a beauty business owner for 35 years I would never ever have permitted my staff to do such a dreadful job of lashes on a client.

Alice has absolutely saved my nails, I highly recommend you book with her for any nail service! I had a BIAB manicure to keep my nails strong as I grow them back out.I came to Alice after a bad manicure elsewhere with thick, uneven, poorly shaped nails and she knew just what to do to make sure I left with beautiful, elegant and natural looking nails.The cuticle work is so neat, I had one broken nail that needed an extension which is completely undetectable and the shape of my nails is perfect, just what I wanted. She was really meticulous with her work to make sure my nails turned out perfect.

Her attention to detail, very friendly attitude and work experience, make me feel at home at every visit.Fari - whom I trust with my nails, has always positive attitude and I truly trust her recommendations - shes not afraid to use her knowledge to recommend certain directions - Fari guided me many times in terms of what treatment my nails need and what kind of manicure I should go for.I have a strong belief that every time I visit, I am in safe hands.The salon itself is modern, clean and is equipped with good facilities. I can enjoy my favorite cup of green tea while my nails are being done. I have visited 4 different Sisters branches so far and despite of the consistency of service provided, Dubai Mall branch is still my favorite, probably because of the staff factor.
