The staff is incredibly friendly, always attentive, and ready to make your experience perfect.Before your treatment begins, you’ll be welcomed with a refreshing lemongrass tea and a cold towel. The spa offers a variety of rooms, including private and couple massage rooms, as well as luxurious spaces with jacuzzis for a full afternoon of bliss.I’ve tried several treatments here, but my favorites are definitely the Balinese massage and the hot therapy massage—they’re simply amazing!One of the best parts is the post-treatment experience. If you ask, you can unwind in the relaxation room for as long as you like. They serve delicious dry fruits and tea (the ginger tea is a must-try—so flavorful!). You’ll also find healthy snacks like dates and apples, along with refreshing infused water.Honestly, everything here is top-notch. I come at least twice a month, and it never disappoints!

My therapist, Toto, spent 90 minutes on a deep tissue massage that was so needed after work deadlines and prolonged stress as a female professional in Dubai.She found each and every pressure point that desperately needed work, some I didnt even know I have, even after many, many years of regular massage.Possibly the most effective massage Ive had to date and will definitely return.Deep tissue massage is not for those with a low pain threshold, but if you can tolerate the discomfort, your body will thank you for it.Highly recommended.

Went for a balinese massage here since its one of the premium centers compared to other branches they have in Dubai. The ambience is great. Big reception area to welcome me. And got a good room with soothing music and relaxing lighting and ambience. My masseuse who was a Thai national have been very kind and poliet and gave an exceptional massage and made sure constantly if I was comfortable . After which I was given a lounge area to sit and relax sipping some nice ginger tea. Parking is free inside the mall. Recommended place and professional staff.

The reviews were amazing.When we got there we were surprised with how beautiful the interior was. Little personalised touches (like picking your own oils) were lovely. When we went inside it was stunning. Spectacular infact.The massage was also amazing. The therapist had lots of techniques and the pressure was firm. Nela and Myra were our masseuses. My husband had Myra, he said she was very well trained but too firm (even after requesting medium pressure).We used the steam and sauna room, well kept and cleaned. They give ropes. They forgot to give us sandles and in the sauna area theres no hooks to hang robes.I loved it so much we bought a 6 month membership. Remember this place is new so it will just keep improving and growing.

Wow! What an aesthetic spa. Just entering it will get you relaxed. I took the royal treatment which consisted of 60 mins massage and 30 minutes of flower bath. I love their massages and its so relaxingas im obsessed with lavender too,Widya was the best to do my massages and she is very nice and sweet.I have a package with them which is a good price of 10 massages and would definitely renew once its over.The netflix bath with rose milk is next level it made my hair and my body smell sooo good for a good 3 days afterwards even when i took a bath.Highly recommended.
