My therapist, Sandra, knows her craft well. She completely adjusted to me, asked questions, and was friendly, but actually, no words were needed. She could simply sense what my body needed and what felt good.The massage was intense and relieving—a superb Deep Tissue Massage. Spontaneously, we also added cupping, which loosened my stiff shoulders and lower back. She really got into the deep structures, and I am very grateful for this massage. The best massage Ive had so far in Dubai, and possibly the best Ive ever received.I really like intense massages, and they are indeed hard to find. Yin Yang Spa is now my first choice for massages. Thank you for your excellent work! 🙏Important for customers to know is that there are discount packages where you can save up to 20%. The premises are clean. The lights are dimmed during the massage, and relaxing music is played. There is a selection of high-quality massage oils and booking a treatment is also very easy through an online form.

Hands down one of the best massage services I have had. And I have had my fair share. As a regular customer and as a loyal client to Maddy I can vouch for her magic hands and understanding of the human body. Just from massaging me, she picks up on where I am stiff and tight and she stretches me and presses in the right places. I personally benefit most from the Deep Tissue massage, but I have also had their Detoxifying and Hot Stone Massage… all are amazing. My mother is also a regular client and loyal to Jane. She usually opts for the Swedish Massage. As with Maddy, whilst massaging Jane is able to work out what needs stretching and where. My mum says she is on par with her physiotherapist. Basically I couldn’t recommend them enough. Oh, and did I mention that they are competitively priced!

Yinyang was recommended to me by my friend so many times that I finally gave in and booked it. I badly needed a deep tissue massage (aromatherapy) and I was lucky enough to get Bonnie as the therapist! She was so skilled and knowledgable, I ended up learning a lot from her about chinese medicine and what could be potential root causes for my lower back pain, muscle tension and cold feet. I also booked the intestine care massage for the first time and Bonnie even applied heated stones technique because apparently the whole body suffers from cold. It was such a relief and amazing experience. The aromatherapy massage was strong but exactly what my muscles craved, I felt very relaxed afterwards! Ill definitely be back for Meridian Shiatsu Treatment and Cupping which was recommended to me by miss Bonnie.

I enjoyed a lot my visit to Yinyang Connection Spa at JBR. It is not the first time I go to Yinyang, as in my opinion it is best quality for money. The space is really nice, cosy and clean. And the massage by therapist Layala was very very good and relaxing.
