Thank you to Lotus for the sports massage! It was painful but rightfully so once the muscle relaxed and I drifted in and out of sleep. Despite me being the last client and having my appointment at 9 PM, Lotus was still consistent with her service and Ill definitely be back soon. I have heard commendable reviews about Yinyang; however, regrettably, my personal experience did not align with those positive sentiments. Upon arriving at my scheduled 9 pm appointment, I was advised to wait on the couch for a few minutes until my masseuse was ready, which deviates from the standard expectation of prompt preparedness in a professional massage establishment. Commencing at 9:17 pm, my massage began 17 minutes behind schedule. Midway through the session, I was instructed to remain still as the masseuse briefly left the room, without a clear explanation for the interruption.Despite specifying a preference for a strong deep tissue massage, the masseuse initially applied gentler pressure. Upon my request for a firmer touch, the intensity escalated to the point of discomfort. To my surprise, when I resisted the heightened pressure, I was informed that the masseuse would intensify it further. Additionally, during the neck massage, I experienced discomfort due to the masseuses long fingernails, resulting in scratching.The conclusion of the session felt rushed, as the masseuse mentioned having another client scheduled for a 45-minute session, citing the closing time of 11 pm. Considering these issues, I would appreciate the opportunity to revisit Yinyang and, in the spirit of optimism, request a reimbursement. I am hopeful that a subsequent experience could alter my perception and align with the expected standards.———After edit:Gave them another shot at the Alwasl branch with Annie, they were so much better.

Just had a terrible experience at YinYang where I’m a regular. I normally go to JBR or Safa but because it was fully booked decided to go to this location. The therapist was so mechanical and lazy she didn’t care at all. I went around 7 pm so it could have been late but it was as if she wasnt even in the room, didn’t even finish the regularly flow of a deep tissue body massage. Yinyang team you need to look at this and try fix it because your quality is going down.UPDATE :Yinyang called right after my bad experience, apologized and said they would investigate and speak with the therapist on their end. They took notes on my account for a better experience in the future which means they care and value about the customers experience which I appreciated.
