This is the best Ayurvedic spa i have visited in Dubai. The spa is clean and very well managed. I was given a warm welcome by the reception staff Aditya and she explained the treatments very well. This is the second time I had a treatment with Rashmi and she was very good. I have had a very nice experience on both occasions. The doctor on site Thasni is very nice too. I highly recommend Ayur22.

Recently went for an Ayurvedic massage to 22 Ayur as I was suffering from upper neck and lower back pain. Absolutely love what they have done and the service they provided. It’s the perfect ambience for a relaxing massage and the place is very clean ensuring customers feel welcome. They also have 2 doctors at the clinic who can guide with you treatments and to top it off have an entire menu of services individuals can avail. For those covered by insurance, they will also give you the documents to reimburse. Staff were very friendly and the people surely know what they are doing. I wish them more success and also hope they keep up this standard

The best place for post natal massage. With the help of this center, my post partum recovery was very smooth. Initially, coming here and allotting a particular time feels like a task for me since I am exclusively breastfeeding. The Facial was divine. I noticed an improvement with my skin straight away. I decided to wash my hair at the venue as it was easier and I didnt want to make a mess in the hotel. There is a shower facility on site, so you can wash the paste off your hair. Your hair is oily after a water wash, but it is good for your hair. So impressed and loved the experience. A fantastic, authentic ayurvedic experience! I had been to ayurvedic treatments before, but at 22Ayur it was a completely unique experience. The specialist, used candle fire and a sound healing bowl followed by feet cleansing with water and lime. This distinctive ritual cleansed your aura in preparation for the massage.The treatment in combination with the ayurvedic oils and the masseuses skilled technique tackled all the knots and released the tension effectively. Concluding with a body only steam, the oils better absorbed into the body and helped with loosening the muscles. I left feeling deeply relaxed and lighter. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to have an authentic ayurvedic experience.
