He takes the time to carefully assess the patient’s condition, listens to their concerns, and explains each step of the process in a clear and reassuring way.     What a team! What a clinic. Super professional and caring. From the moment you walk through the door, the front desk team are so lovely and helpful. Dr Nicolas has been helping me for the past 7 months. My job is in fitness and can be very intense so I’m prone to injury.     I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Dr. Zara at DISC. I’ve been seeing her monthly for tailbone adjustments—a specialized treatment that requires specific training. After just three sessions, I’ve experienced significant improvement, with a noticeable reduction in pain. When I first came to her, I couldn’t sit for more than twenty minutes without extreme discomfort.     The best chiropractor and physiotherapy in Dubai. I had a really stiff back and pain in lower back. From the first session itself I felt instant relief from the spinal adjustments and started taking alternate sessions of chiropractor and physiotherapy weekly. Which really helped and progressed my recovery for Chiropractic I was treated by Dr Zara / Dr Sumaya and for physiotherapy I was treated Mariam / Cena they are really good and experienced in their fields. They have an excellent team and all of them are very good. Big plus for Insurance they have direct billing. Highly recommended.

    Dr. Zara Ali is an incredible chiropractor who used so many different techniques to relieve my multiple pain areas. She used dry needling, cupping, and deep tissue manual therapy on various areas in my body.     All the reception staff is so welcoming and warm Faith is very professional and knows my name from the doctors I have experience with Timea who helped me a lot to get rid of my sciatica pain in pregnancy and referred me to Grece who really helped me with the pain by lymfo-drainage massage and also she used acupuncture I recommend this clinic for recovery as the best clinic in Dubai!

    My session with Tamara was absolutely fantastic, she is a genius. Tamaras talented work took me to deeper levels of releasing old stored emotions which had become knots in my muscles and she knew intuitively knew where the tigger points were.
