    I have been a customer at the centre for various treatments such as Velashape, HiFu, RF, Fat Freezing, EMS and Detox since Jan 2023. Within six months, I lost stubborn fat which wasn’t reducing with gym and diet alone….I could see visible difference and so did others who were complimenting me. My experience was great all because of my therapist Richa who provided the best FF and Velashape sessions with her skills and expertise. She has been treating me for more than a year and I always make sure to book with her. The detox session is quite relaxing. The centre is very clean and hygienic and the staff makes sure it’s always in a good state. Big thanks to Richa and the entire staff for their support in my treatment. HMS will always be my only choice.

    My slimming treatments at HMS were a great experience. I had detox and fat freezing cavitation. Jennifer, the nurse, is the greatest at what she does and is very professional.     I had my fat freezing and met Aesthetic Afshan. She did a good job and saw results. I came back for RF Micro Needling for few sessions and I can see that my face is glowing.     My experience with Hms fat Freezing center is great, Starting from the consultation with Dr Aqsa, she explained everything thoroughly, she did the follow up on every third visit,I took fat Freezing with cavitation for my tummy area , in 3 weeks only I was able to loose 7 kgs with significant drop in my waist measurements from 99/99/98 to 90/90/89 in just 3 weeks .     Hello dear HMS .I had been struggling with massive hair loss after my delivery and was referred to HMS through a friend. Just within one session of PRP, I could see massive improvement in my hair quality and also a lot of baby hair. Now I dont see any of my hair shedding Ive got good results in the overall sessions.     I was struggling a lot to lose weight. I tried doing all exercises at home and failed. One of my friends suggested me about HMS and I came here. Starting from the front desk staff Ms.Zhea and Ms.Waad they gave me a warm welcome 💛🤩 truly very accommodating they informed me about the treatments, very sweet reception girls. After consulting the doctor and dietician, I got the slimming treatments which was fat freezing cavitation and got also mounjaro injection. I lost around 8 kgs . A very very special and heartfelt thanks to the Nurse Manpreet and therapist Jen who did all treatments they were very really good.     I went for fat freezing and cavitation. I appreciated how straightforward everything was, you just speak to the doctor about your weight loss goals and she creates a plan for you to achieve them.All of the staff were very friendly and made you feel comfortable from day one. Big thanks to Joy and Mary who talked me through the procedures and made me laugh even when the treatments were a bit uncomfortable at times. They also had suggestions on how to improve my results, I really appreciated that.I highly recommend HMS Fat Freezing but suggest that you manage your expectations because the weight loss takes time. I didnt see any changes until about 6 weeks into my treatments and even then it was very gradual. But I can definitely say it works, even if you dont strictly follow the diet plan or do extreme workouts.
