    I had a stiff neck and shoulder for the past few weeks. 6 months back, I also did five physiotherapy sessions, and it went away for few months but came back after I slept on the wrong pillow.I visited the Kerala Ayurvedic centre today as referred by one of my friends to try to Ayurveda massages. Honestly, I was in such pain as I couldnt move the left side of my neck towards the backside or even look upside without pain; I was eager to give the Ayurvedic treatment a go. They were quick at the reception, with no waiting time at all. Within 2-3 mins my treatment started. The lady named Shreesha (sorry if Im mistaken) is a sweetheart! She explained to me ever step and kept on asking me if I feel pain or pressure too high on my body or if she wants me to let her know the intensity of the pressure. Very carefully she did a great job. After my hot oil massage, hot pack application on my neck and shoulder and 10-15 minutes of steam session, my neck and shoulder pain was gone. It felt as if It never happened. Fast forward to 6 hrs now, Im able to move without pain. A bit sore, but Im guessing one visit wont do justice to my severe pain 😉Im revisiting this place definitely. This massage has replaced my Moroccan bath & monthly massages for sure!

    I usually don’t write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for Kerala Ayurvedic Centre, Karama, Dubai due to the excellent treatment they had provided for the recurring back pain issue I have been facing since the past 10-12 years or so.I work in the IT industry for the past 20+ years and as you know a lot of people like me face problems related to back pain, arthritis etc. due to the nature of our job; and I’m no exception.I have been consulting and consuming allopathic medicine for a while now and it was my doctor who recommended me to try the “Back pain and disk treatment” and the Arthritis treatment at Kerala Ayurvedic Centre at Karama.To be honest, I had my own apprehensions about going for an Ayurveda treatment; primarily because, I was under the impression that:- Ayurveda treatments are usually time consuming and expensive- have to undergo treatment for a prolonged duration to see any positive results- should be ready to follow a specific diet- And also, I was bit reluctant to go for Ayurvedic treatment during this pandemic timeSo I visited the Kerala Ayurvedic Centre without much expectations, only because it was recommended by the doctor who himself had taken the treatment at the Kerala Ayurvedic Centre for similar condition.Firstly I was impressed with the hygiene and the safety protocols they are adhering to. The thing I liked most was, rather than trying to “sell” one of their “packages”, the doctor tried to understand my treatment history and recommended a custom treatment determined based on the need and which is tailored for my body.I had to visit the center twice a week for 3 weeks for my treatment; and I had to take few medicines without any specific dietary restrictions.The doctors and the support staff were absolutely amazing, dedicated and professional in their approach. I feel so grateful for the care I have received.Besides all, I would like to thank the doctor and staff for keeping in touch even after my treatment is over and giving regular inputs and tips on how to prevent recurrence of the arthritis and body pain, keep my body healthy and immune to fatigue.Thank you Kerala Ayurvedic Centre and the staff over there!In case if any of you are planning to visit, my only word of caution is to book an appointment early before you visit as the place is usually fully booked for good reason.

    I started my treatment with Dr. Rekha at Kerala Ayurvedic Center LLC in June 2021. I had a lot skin issues and other related problems right from my childhood and no medication did work out for me. I could hardly sleep at night which added my stress on the issues I had. After the treatment for almost 10 months I feel a lot different on my skin and I also do get sleep well. I am grateful to Dr. Rekha and her team who assisted on my various treatment and coordination. I highly recommend Kerala Ayurvedic Center for treatment.

    I visited this center for gynaecology issue treatment to meet Dr Rekha. She was highly recommended by a friend who also got relief in her treatment from her.Its been a month of my treatment and today my ultrasound reports showed a major decline in the issue I was suffering.I cannot thank Dr Rekha enough as she kept a check on my condition throughout the treatment. She give her time and attentively listens everytime I have consulted her, which is so unusual here. And most of all unlike the majority of ayurvedic centers, she address the cause of disease on a whole (food modification, medication and treatment like message etc of required). She keeps the line of treatment uncomplicated and simple so a patient follow it through completely and fully.The staff of the clinic is very dedicated, cooperative and I highly recommend them if you are looking for removal of your issues without breaking the bank.     I am extremely satisfied and please with this place. I visited about two months ago post Covid with underlying problems of Thyroid ( Hashimoto) and fibroids. I met Dr Rekha there. She is such a thorough person, a patient listener and very very supportive. She guided me very intelligently using true principles of Ayurveda. Owing to that, not only has my thyroid gotten so much better, my aches and pains have gone mostly , I feel so energetic and I have lost almost 5 kilos.     Very good facility, with experienced Doctors and support staff. I had been there for a treatment once for my foot after I got a sprain and the complete foot was swollen. Got immediate relief within a day or two on the swelling and also the pain reduced considerably faster. Highly recommended 👍

    Walked in with aches and pains from head to toes. Receptionist(owner), Yogith was very polite and friendly. Even ordered me a taxi back to hotel. Ratish, the therapist, wow, simply amazing! I have been to a few in Dubai. The best Abhyangam so far. I took the heat package which included abhyangam, facial, sirodara, and foot massage. Showers were clean.     I would  recommend Kerala ayurvedic centre after taking a session for Abhyanga  and shirodhara for stress. It was a great experience felt very relaxed during the oil dripping on the fore head.     I started my ayurvedic treatment earlier this month with Dr. Rekha Baldodia for my left frozen shoulder which I was suffering since June 2021 and was in terrible pain. Underwent a lot of physio therapies and finally was advised to take steroid injections which I refused.This ayurvedic treatment has helped me tremendously - reduced my pain whereby I stopped taking pain killers and apply ointment for pain relief only sometimes.
