    One of the best physiotherapy centers Ive visited in Dubai. I came here for treatment of a cervical disc issue, and my physiotherapist, Antonio, has been exceptional. The team is highly skilled, and what sets this center apart from others is their individualized approach. On the first day, they thoroughly assess your condition and create a customized treatment plan tailored to your needs, which has proven to be incredibly effective

    Mrs. Irem radiates remarkable technical competencies and knowledge. She is up-to-date with trends in physiotherapy and has clear explanations to questions. She makes the information very accessible. The cherry on the cake, she is a unique human that knows how to talk to teenagers and build a trust relationship with them. My daughter is a mentally and physically safe environment with her and this is very assuring. She relates to their concerns, she listens and she caters to their needs.     I want to thank the physiotherapist larisaFor taking a good care of me and well treated. I came to her 5 months pregnant suffering from constant headache and neck pain.     It was a wonderful experience starting from my first call, where Mr Soheyb arranged the approval and booked my sessions according to my schedule and kept reminding my appointments, he did a great job rescheduling my appointments according to my suitable dates and time. I am very happy for the treatment I got and the considerable improvement in my health condition. Its true that the first impression lasts.     In 2022 I had a tear in my knee ligament, and alhamdulilah I went to this center to get treated by one of the amazing physiotherapists, Christopher Najjar.Very knowledgeable, amazing personality, detailed recovery plan, very helpful + supportive in all aspects, and I can go on and on. In 2024, I suffered a different injury, and my first thought for physio was to check if Chris was still working there.Highly recommended for physio after sports injuries, especially with Christopher.

    I had neck and shoulder pain cause of loss of lordosis and a feeling of some sort of instability .Larissa was my physio therapist she is extremely professional , she helped manage my pain not only by physiotherapy but she used a holistic approach and performed cranial osteopathy which helped me beyond my expectation the instability has greatly reduced and the pain is much better now .I’d highly recommend the place and Larissa as a physiotherapist for anyone with chronic neck and shoulder pain.

    Hi M mother of my 3 year kid.. he doesn’t have any autism and only little speech delay issue there . I can’t tell u that they are super amazing 🤩 on their work Ms Gabby and Ms Nour .. they are so special person in my kid life … as they enhanced and encouraged my kids be independent and smart advanced boy.. a single child always has issue be alone play and spend time at home … but it’s always best way to give them this Assistance , From their supervision and practice and motivation skills .. every kids will be smartest and skilled person .     Antonio treated my right foot. It was in awful condition. I never knew such a beautiful world class physiotherapy centre would be here in Dubai. Amazing treatment with animated videos of how to do the exercises at home. Extremely helpful and very professional. Antonio always followed up about my foot. I am completely cured and I would definitely visit them again for any treatment if needed.

    It was my first time experiencing physiotherapy session and it went really well. The reception staffs are extremely friendly and respectful. I highly recommend booking with Antonio he is highly skilled and very polite. Immediately from the first few exercises the pain of my left shoulder became better. If you have any physical pain dont hesitate trying them out. 10/10

    I had neck pain for a decade mainly due to working on the computer. Luckily, I chose this facility to treat it. I had 14 sessions or so with Irena. My neck pain, which I thought would never go away, has recovered fully.I am highly impressed by the professionalism of Irina Dumea. She guided me and made me believe that the pain would go away and eventually, it did.I would recommend this facility to anyone who has any physio issues.

    If you need help and the therapist who knows what to do, please visit them,I advise you too to see them.I do appreciate Mr Antonio, I had issues that he supported and provided the sessions that were required to overcome, backpack, knee, ankle & foot issues.     I have been coming to this center for ages for both my child and for myself, and have to say it’s really an excellent physiotherapy center. Ms. Navi handles my son who has Down Syndrome and is excellent in both identifying what he needs and in handling him as a child to make it fun for him and wanting him to come back (which is equally important or even more so) . For myself I’ve seen physio therapists there for multiple sport injuries, and they are superb: they identify the source problem accurately and know exactly the therapy and exercises required. They are also very friendly and great to deal with. Many thanks to the center and to both Navi and the whole team

    I have had a superb experience with the therapist Irina Dumea at this centre. I was recommended this place after I had a slipped disc. The therapist used a series of techniques like electro therapy, taping, massage and dry needling. All super effective and I can see a huge difference in my pain and mobility.The therapist is very confident, knowlegeable and talented. Plus she puts you at ease and discusses the therapy in detail. Really excellent experience. I also had one session with Irem which was great as well.The front desk is very efficient and they are very prompt with appointments.

    Having completed more than 40 sessions focused on injuries and pain associated with a dislocated shoulder, a sprained ankle, lower back, and neck over the span of more than a year, I would like to express my gratitude to my physiotherapist, Jenan Ali, and the reception staff for their friendliness and excellent customer service.I first came to Jenan after dislocating my shoulder and being told by the orthopedic doctor that it would require surgery if I ever wished to regain 95% functionality and reduce the future risk of dislocation. Fearing surgery, I looked for alternatives. I wasnt too hopeful considering past poor experiences with physios; however, Jenans experience and knowledge in her field helped me recover to the point where I was as comfortable as before my injury, going to the gym and playing racket sports. I used to have two sessions a week for around three months.A few months following my recovery, I suffered a grade 2 ligament tear in my ankle, which took me 4-5 months to fully recover with two sessions a week. Once again, Jenan was excellent in terms of directing me to get the right tests and examinations done from the doctor, so she would have all the information to put together the best recovery plan for me. Jenan focused on areas of weakness and pain during the session and suggested exercises to complete at home. Following seven months since my ankle injury, I can comfortably play football twice a week without any pain.Besides these two major injuries, I have seen Jenan regarding lower back pain and neck pain, which she has helped relieve during the sessions and also informed me of appropriate stretches to do during my spare time to relieve those areas.Given my positive experience, I have recommended Jenan to two colleagues/friends who also echoed positive feedback.

    Miss Tamana was a great support for my children. She was able to help my son to improve his hand writing which was a big obstacle in his academic performance. I chose this centre because of close proximity to our house, but turns out that the PT I went with is actually great.     Thank you Christopher Najjar and Mirdif Physio and Rehab. I finished my sessions several weeks ago, but decided to wait and see how my shoulder held up after rehab before writing this review. I am thrilled to report that it is doing great.After a couple of shoulder injuries related to active sport falls, and weightlifting stress, I was not getting better in my left shoulder. I figured I had entered my mid-40s and surfing, skiing, lifting, etc, were finished. I received multiple types of advice from different surgeons and an MRI. One recommended immediate surgery, but one recommended physical therapy. That is how I ended up seeing Mr. Najjar. I decided that therapy would be worth a shot and I could do surgery later. I read his bio on the company website and it seemed that his expertise and my injury might be a good fit.I only had three weeks in Dubai, and the office staff worked with me on planning my time to make sure I would use my days there most effectively. They responded quickly to emails and scheduled everything perfectly. Mr. Najjar worked with me every other day for a week, I took a week off for a meeting, and then I met with him several more times over my last week.He listened to my history and the issues I was having. Over the course of my appointments he used different types of therapy and very quickly I saw an increase in range of motion and the pain I had been having lessened considerably. After one session I could actually lift my arm without shooting pain in my shoulder.As my time wound down, Mr. Najjar helped me develop a plan/program for continuing to regain strength and mobility. He helped me create videos to reference for movement patterns. He gave me harder exercises to do for when the initial exercises become easier. He made sure that I had the contact info for the clinic, if I needed to get input while not in Dubai.Since my departure from Dubai, I am happy to report that I have seen continued strength increase and even more range of motion returning. I am not always thinking about how to protect my shoulder and avoid causing any strain on it. It is returning to normal.I found Mr. Najjar to be helpful, concerned, and knowledgeable in his field. He explained what he thought was going on and what he was doing throughout the sessions. He was personable and easy to work with.Thank you Mirdif Physio and Rehab for all of your help. Chris….thanks for helping me regain my shoulder….and even access to the type of life I want to live and the things I want to do. I am already planning my family’s next surf trip this winter. Thank you for making that possible.I hope I never need physio again, but if I do, I will return to Mirdif Physio and Rehab and Christopher Najjar.
