I had some injuries and despite the race being so close, Ross managed to sort it for me and I ran the race without any pain and was made up with my time.     My therapist Ross was incredible, he was knowledgeable about my areas of concern and not only did he thoroughly treat the area with the right amount of pressure but also have given me a couple of exercises he recommended to alleviate the tension I’ve been feeling in my lower back, would highly recommend the treatment room and would definitely book the service again.

Talked me through reasoning behind my pain & helped me with releasing this as well as explaining how to combat it for future.     Ross was recommended by a friend at work who knew about my neck issues. I’d tried lots of treatment options , referrals via my doctor etc. but unfortunately I couldn’t seem to get to the bottom of the issue. Seeing Ross was so refreshing as he was so straightforward and put me at ease with his calm approachable manner. He actually managed to minimize my discomfort in just a few sessions. He was great at explaining how and why the pain was occurring and really thorough and professional. Definitely recommended.
