    The hotel itself is great. Very friendly staff at reception, and the cleaning ladies do an excellent job. 100%!The breakfast is super good, everything tastes really fresh, and its constantly refilled. Unfortunately, the omelet man forgot my omelet twice, and I had to wait a long time (20 minutes) twice. By that time, my family had already finished, which I found very unfortunate! Nevertheless, everything was delicious, and the staff were super friendly! The only negative is that you get stuck in traffic for a long time just before you reach the hotel. We were stuck in traffic for at least 30 minutes for every activity. Theres far too much traffic here, which can really spoil your mood, like it did for me.Otherwise, the hotel is very centrally located and right on JBR Beach, which is another advantage. The pool is great, but unfortunately, theres a lot of trash in the water at the beach, which my children dont like.But Im still mostly satisfied and would come again!

    Had a fantastic day here as day guests . Facilities here are great. We were served by Paul and lidya during the day. Both were absolutely amazing. A credit to the hotel. Sometimes service can go missing on Dubai. But they were both great all day. Nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommend a pool day here. Great value, Great facilities and great service.

    Beautiful hotel! Overall, this is an absolute 5⭐ location. The hotel, grounds at rooms are beautiful.We had a 2 room suite, which had a lovely living area and balcony and 2.5 baths. The bedrooms and living room were up to date. I cannot say the same about the bathrooms- they werent bad by any means, just didnt seem to match the rest. The shower water pressure was low and the water would back up-- not enough to be an issue, but at the price we paid it shouldnt happen.The breakfast buffet has everything and more. Everything was very tasty! Love having eggs to order. Enjoyed trying options that were different for me.The staff is phenomenal. So very attentive. I appreciated that the hostess at breakfast would remember us every morning and out preference of where to sit.The location is in the heart of everything. Traffic does get congested right around there, but like I said- in the heart of it.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this location to anyone.

    We had such a great day in Double tree hilton! Its was a perfect place for family and even day out with friends.Special shout out to Chef Kiki for yummy burger , Makantest for the superb service , to Laxma, Sajja and Dollie for the warm hospitality.We will definitely come back! 👍👍👍

    After staying here for one week with my family, we can definitely recommend this hotel! We all loved the spacious room, the incredible view and the great pool area. The hotel is perfectly located to visit Ain Dubai, Dubai Marina and the Walk Dubai, all within 5-10 mins of walking distance.

    Staff went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. Shout out to Audrey, Lydia, Ankur, and Martin for their hospitality, suggestions, and service. Thank you for being supportive of my wife’s needs and being inquisitive about her service animal/guide dog. Had the breakfast buffet daily and ate at the pool bar for dinner on our first night. Many options for service by the pool and plenty of chairs/umbrellas on the beach. Walking path to the boardwalk and in JBR.

    We were a group of nine and spent four lovely nights at this hotel, and overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience. The highlights? The pool was fantastic, the beach access was super convenient, and the room view was breathtaking. I also have to mention the fresh juices and the incredible variety of egg options at breakfast—definitely a win!That said, mornings were a little lively with some noise carrying through (probably from instructions). One tiny suggestion would be for the hotel to include a few extra amenities, like cotton buds, to make the stay even better.

    We had an amazing day! We first met Daniel who helped us to find the perfect spot for us. He was smiling and very kind. We also met Lidiya who provides a stunning service. She is always smiling and very helpful. Pool is heated. Perfect view of jbr. Music is entertaining and bar has great cocktails. Perfect for a family day or hang out with friends. We will come back

    ⸻Absolutely loved our stay at DoubleTree Jumeirah! The location is perfect—right on the beach with breathtaking views of the sea and Ain Dubai.     We enjoyed our stay!!! We spend 9 days (8 nights) during Christmas holidays. The staff was very polite and helpful and the rooms were remarkably clean. If I could make a proposal for improvement this would concern the breakfast. I would prefer a bit more sweet options in the buffet (there was no Nutella or praline for the pancakes). However, the coffee was one of the best I have ever taste! Congratulations!!!

    Hi !!I have stayed in many good hotels in the world. But this one is different. Our stay was very good, we felt like we were at home.     I loved this hotel so much. The rooms were so beautiful and very spacious. The housekeeping kept it very clean and organized. The location was so beautiful i had the view of the ocean and the famous dubai eye! The workers there were super nice and very attentive.     The hotel has a great location and the view overlooks Ain Dubai. Breakfast is an open buffet and there are indoor and outdoor tables. Breakfast with the view is amazing. The breakfast is delicious and has a luxurious variety. The restaurant staff are very nice and friendly. They are always around the tables. If we needed anything, they were there to welcome us.     If you book here, you book for the pool, the outside area, and the beach access, and they are NICE! Big pool, with bar attached, seperate children pool and play area, lots of beds so always a place to chill for the day and it’s a one minute walk to the beach. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. I found the room to be extremely outdated. We had 3 TV’s but no TV could do streaming, so you’re left with a bunch of standard news channels etc. We had an Apple TV with us, so that helped. Also, very noisy in the hallway with staff getting supplies at night and the area is extremely busy, so you can notice some of that as well. After 2PM, almost the entire area is in a traffic jam, which makes taxi-ing back a nightmare. However, in walking distance there is a great and lively area full of shops and foodspots well worth exploring!

    We had an absolutely fantastic 4-night stay at the DoubleTree Hilton at Jumeirah Beach! The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering views of the Dubai skyline.The pool area was a highlight, offering a serene oasis with breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options.What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to make my stay memorable. We especially appreciated the service of the Areia club staff; Sajja, Vinod & Silver. They were particularly excellent!

    We have visited many times for pool and beach access, but not since the new hotel next door was completed. Unfortunately the pool had virtually no sun all day long because the new hotel has blocked the sun for the hotels next to it! Even most of the beach close to the hotel was shaded. The hotel itself is beautiful. The restrictions from the lifeguards by the pool were really quite ridiculous, our nephew got a cold drink from the pool bar and was told he couldn’t drink it on the side of the pool but he was under 21 and couldn’t go the other side of the robe next to the bar. They told him he could go the other side of the rope to drink it and come back. After 30 seconds of his drink finishing the lifeguard came over and told him to move back to the other side away from the bar - this is the SAME pool, with a robe dividing the bar and seems unnecessary and ridiculous for the sake of a child drinking a diet coke. The food was very nice by the pool and reasonably priced. So sad about the sun not being on the pool as we had come for a day in the sun with our children.

    I had a nice day-use experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Jumeirah Beach. The day access costs 200 AED, with 100 AED redeemable on food and drinks.The pool was nice, offering a relaxing atmosphere. However, the beach was not great, which was a bit disappointing. The changing rooms had only two showers, but they were okay and served the purpose.The food was tasty and nice, making the redeemable credit worthwhile. The staff were kind and accommodating, with a special mention to Hossam, who provided excellent service.Overall, its a decent option for a pool day, but if youre looking for a great beach experience, this might not be the best choice.

    My family and i had the most wonderful stay at doubletree by hilton dubai - jumeirah beach from february 14 to february 20, 2025. we had already stayed here in may 2016, and we loved everything so much—the location, the service, the rooms, the comfort, the beach, the pool, the breakfast—that we decided to come back. and once again, we absolutely loved it! everything was just as amazing as we remembered. a special thank you to Hossam, who was incredibly kind and attentive to us during breakfast and even at the pool bar. his dedication and attention made us feel at home. thank you, Hossam, for making our stay unforgettable! we will definitely be back again!

    We enjoyed a lunch on Saturday, where the theme was Brunch in the Bloom. The food was amazing and the service was top tier. After lunch we experienced the stunning beach and pool.     The iftar buffet located on the beach side of this hotel, gave us a spectacular experience filled with ever lasting memories. The food was the highlight of my visit here especially the meat station run by Chef Murhaf Batsha. He gave us the best tasting of their wonderful displays of food. The hummus bar was one of a kind and needs to be tried.The meats were tender, juicy, full of flavour and beyond delicious. The shawarma, beef kofta, shish tawook was my ultimate favourite. He was so generous in his portions that satisfied our cravings after fasting the entire day. He deserves all the credit and must be thanked for his wonderful service. The atmosphere, ambience and services provided by all the staff I.e. Nihal and Murhaf felt so homely and I have to come back to this location to meet these great gentlemen.

    Room was really good with an amazing view. We booked 3 bedroom apartment and had a really good experience. At breakfast chef was also very helpful we offered us some Indian dishes which was not in the menu.     We stayed at Double Tree for 4 nights, part of a Dubai/Abu Dhabi family holiday. We stayed in a 2 bed family suite, which was like having an apartment with lounge, kitchen area and balcony. The location was perfect for us to explore Dubai with The Palm and Downtown Dubai within 30 mins Uber journey. Plenty of restaurants all within walking distance of hotel. The pool and beach area at Double Tree was excellent. Service was first class.

    Just a great place.Offcourse there a way more flashy hotels in Marina, but the Doubletree has great rooms, great pool and beachlocation.The value for money for the rooms is in my opinion the best on JBR.     We were in this hotel for 5 days. From the beginning we were immediately impressed by its wonderful location. But right there, at check-in, we had an extremely lovely receptionist, Ritah. We previously stayed in 2 other hotels here in Dubai. But in no other one was check-in as easy and pleasant as with Ritah. Thank you very much!! Over the days we also met other deputies. Everyone very friendly! Overall, the hotel has good locations, delicious food and drinks, but also helpful employees. They speak very good English and always help you, like Ritah and Anjelica, who was also a big help. Thank you!! Definitely recommended. It was a fantastic experience.

    When we arrived we got very bad service at the reception but the other people were very helpful and nice. There is a very big pool with allot of lifeguards, and also an kiddie pool for the younger children. There is a disco underneath the building but we didn’t have any sound complaints probably because we were at the 15th floor. The view was okay but the view could have been better if we had an room on the other side of the building.

    Loved the hotel but the location is in a very busy area and hard to get in and out due to the influx of traffic. The two bedroom suite was nice except for the second room which was plain and did not offer any updated amenities.     As a Diamond Hhonors member I always feel at home at any Hilton chains. This time we’d breakfast at Gastro Kitchen and pool excess at Double Tree by Hilton at Jumeirah Beach. All the staff is excellent starting from vale, restaurant welcoming staff and the waiters. We were lucky to have our waiter Hossam. He’s a great guy doing his job breathless to please all the guests. We’ll be back to stay at the hotel soon.

    This Christmas, I had guests from Turkey, and we decided to spend the day swimming and having brunch at the Doubletree by Hilton in JBR, followed by an evening visit to Bluewaters. The staff welcomed us right away and helped us find our cabana. Vinod has offered us a pitcher of juice to welcome us. Lidiya has been very helpful and always smiling whenever she comes to take orders or serve food and drinks. Paul has been checking on us from time to time. He made sure we have enough shade against the sun throughout the midday hours and he offered extra towels to cover our body when it started to get a little breezy.

    I often go to the beach and pool as a day guest. The location on Jumeirah Beach is simply great. The pool is large and the water is pleasantly cool. The right place to relax.     Stayed in 1401 apartment self catering - beautiful views of Bluewater Island and Atlantis in the distance. Gastro kitchen was amazing. Best lamb chops ever. Breakfast was always lovely. Very friendly accomodating staff and chef Chris is amazing. Happy hour at pool. Was disappointed that pool only open from 9am to 9pm. Would recommend adding slides or more entertainment for kids. Take note JBR is quiet pricey area. There is lots of eating places eg mcdonalds /kfc/burger king/shake shack.. All nearby. Walking distance but use hats or umbrella cos really hot. Highly recommend Choithrams and Carry food to stock up on daily essentials or food and snacks.

    My family loved staying here for 5 nights, the staff is excellent, our Gold status got us a nice room upgrade. The breakfast buffet was delicious every morning, the staff offered a small gift for my daughter and wrote us a hand written card on check out day. Location is great, just coming back at night traffic is a pain, just for one light to turn we waited almost 30 min daily. But that’s my only complaint. Would love to come again!

    Great location on the beach and an easy walk to the metro station on the red line. Restaurants and shopping everywhere. Its easy to walk to everything. When we arrived we were upgraded to the biggest hotel suite Ive ever seen. We couldnt have been more surprised! The breakfast buffet was delicious and there were always many options. Very friendly and every time with a big smile on their faces.The food was awesome, each day something different and delicious, and very friendly and thoughtful staff especially Nihal and Jyoti.The room was very big and it had all that we needed, the house keeping was made on the daily basis and we were surprised more than once with cute messages and towel decorations from Rabina and Ajit, witch made our day much beter!10/10 highly recommend!!

    We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel! We have booked a suite (2 adults and 2 children). The room was very comfortable, it was great to have 2 showers and a bath for the little one. The swimming pool for children was a pleasure. It is 40 cm depth and has a wooden pergola, so children don’t get burn at the sun. The water is very warm there. We have stayed at the beach most of the time and really enjoyed the service there. Great thanks to Ashan, Silvey and Abhishek! They made our stay very comfortable and pleasant! Thank you, guys! We will definitely be back:)

    Very beautiful experience. I loved their tacos and margaritas event. The food was so fresh and yummy. And the churros was delicious homemade. The view over the beach and the ain is fantastic. The atmosphere is so chill and relaxing. The position and staff are great. Ashan was so helpful, and we enjoyed our stay so much. Cant wait to come back
