    The Hilton Jumeirah boasts an unbeatable location right on Jumeirah Beach and steps from The Walk promenade. Thrill-seekers will appreciate the short 7-minute stroll to the worlds largest inflatable island. Service truly shines here – the team was consistently attentive, proactively addressing requests and ensuring spotless rooms with thoughtful touches. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety and the option for custom-made dishes. Our room was generously sized and comfortable. The pool area is a welcome retreat with ample shade and luxuriously large, clean towels. On-site dining and the bar were excellent, and the travel agents provided invaluable assistance with planning and booking local experiences seamlessly.

    I stay here very often. The staff is always very professional and super friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the location is very convenient. Mr. Karim from the front office, along with all the staff there like Arbab khan Gerald, Roger and others are always so helpful and welcoming, always serving attending to us with smile.     Had a great experience at this restaurant! The pasta was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The service was equally impressive.     Lovely hotel and in the perfect location! Youre in the heart and buzz of JBR. Its also a short walk to the Marina Mall.Hotel has many different food options and most restaurants, children under 6 eat free from the kids menu.The morning buffet was okay, would love to see a better selection but still decent.The staff were just lovely!! Juliana and Lydia at the front desk were so welcoming and warm. They made my children feel super special!Sadeeq the security guard at the front was also wonderful. Every time we walked in and out of the hotel, he interacted with the kids and gave them a high five. They loved it!The room cleaning service was also great and the gentlemen would make alligators and monkey designs out of towels as he knew my daughter would get so excited.Lovely hotel stay, the pool and beach facilities were top notch.Definitely recommend.

    We had a fantastic experience dining here! The service was nothing short of brilliant, especially from Dilki. She went out of her way to make our visit special—offering ice cream and penne for our children, which absolutely made their day. Her light-hearted jokes and warm, attentive service created such a welcoming atmosphere. My children adore her, and we felt truly looked after. Thank you, Dilki! We cant recommend this place enough.

    Had a great time at the Hilton Jumeirah Hotel. Staff gave excellent service, the hotel was really nice and the location was perfect. The pool is also great for kids. A special thanks to Habiba who welcomed us and the rest of breakfast/ lounge/ front reception staff. All were friendly, helpful and professional.

    Fantastic stay at the hotel. It was my son’s birthday and they went above and beyond my expectations for his special day. Location was a bit difficult with the amount of traffic especially on Friday and Saturday however there are ample restaurants to dine at. Lovely walks too.Reception staff were lovely and helpful all the times. We didn’t like our bathroom and they swiftly changed our room. Access to the executive lounge was appreciated too. Would definitely come back 😊

    Amazing hotel...everything about it is outstanding. Excellent location on The Walk, own private beach, stunning views of Jumeirah beach and the Ain eye on Bluewaters island, the Palm too. The king corner alcove rooms are a must for their stunning views and floor to ceiling windows. The staff are all amazing and cant do enough to help you and feel comfortable. Our cleaner May was amazing and always made sure we had whatever we needed. She would leave little towel made bears on the bed after cleaning. Thank you also for decorating the room for a birthday and the cake too! There are too many staff to mention by name as theyre all amazing and so polite. Loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

    I recently visited the Wave breaker Beach Bar and was absolutely delighted by the outstanding service provided by Ei Pyae. From the moment i arrived, she greeted me with a warm and friendly smile that set the tone for my visit. Ei Pyae was not only highly attentive to my needs but also displayed incredible professionalism and a genuine passion for ensuring that I have an enjoyable experience. Her recommendations were spot-on, her timing impeccable, and her cheerful demeanor made me feel truly valued and cared for. Its rare to find someone who creates such a welcoming and memorable atmosphere. She truly made my outing unforgettable, and I look forward to seeing her again during my next visit to Wave breaker Beach Bar.

    I’ve been fortunate enough to visit this hotel with my parents every year from the age of 2 years old. Now being a fully grown adult, the Hilton Dubai Jumeriah Hotel remains a must-stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to choose staying here over other hotels. The hospitality has always been incredible, and the hotel will always hold a place in our hearts as a second home. The location is ideal being based on the JBR walk, allowing guests direct access to a private section of the beach and being situated by The Walk home to multiple chain restaurants and known stores, you’re truly spoilt for choice. I would like to say a special thank you to Tracy Pineda (of Guest Relations) who has previously and most notably on this occasion gone through extreme lengths to ensure my parents and I had an incredible stay at the hotel. We arrived to a lovely fruit basket and handwritten card in our room welcoming us back, and on several occasions from making reservations at restaurants, recommending excursions and assisting with travel arrangements Tracy has been of great assistance and has always ensured all of our needs were met and beyond. We can’t truly thank her enough for her amazing hospitality and kind gestures and we will definitely be back next year for our annual visit.

    We are staying at hotel around a week. This is our second time. Clean, beautiful beach and pool, nice food and close to Jbr, lots of options for dinner and shopping. It was great holiday except beach. Beach staff can move our stuff from the sunbed, because you did not give them tip (bahsis)! Be careful! When I complained, he shouted at me. rude beach staff leader!

    I returned for a 3rd time this year mid March 2025 with my elderly mum and as always had a very comfortable stay over 9 nights.The location is fantastic, right in the buzz of the famous JBR on one side and a great beach( private beach area at back of hotel) on the other. There are so many eating out options on JBR, even for pure vegetarians like us.The hotel too has several dining options, an Italian, a traditional Irish bar, a beach bar and the main buffet restaurant serving international food. All restaurants and room service advised colour coded use of utensils and other food prep areas to ensure our pure veg did not come into contact with anything else and the restaurant managers personally spoke with us and reassured us they would personally speak with chefs etc despite the arrangements already in place so we could enjoy meals without fear of cross contamination.Many friends and family ask why we choose this Hilton even though there are so many other luxury hotels around Dubai...for us its the home from home experience we get thanks to the efforts of all the staff....we have consistently experienced helpful, polite staff who go out of their way to get to know you, be on hand for any kind of help you need and go that extra way to make you feel this is your time and nothing is too much to ask for.To name a fewTracey Pineda...on the front desk and to us the face of hilton jumeirah this is our go to person for anything....she co ordinates everything we need, always there to greet us with a smile and interested in our day to see how hilton can help us make the most out of plans.Pooja Mallya - front desk /conceirge etc manager..we share plenty of jokes daily and Pooja has become a true friend...very efficient, seems to have everything and everyone under control...thank you for arranging our daily private transport.. .a God send in the heat to have a chauffeur driven car that takes you door to door.Temi...concierge.. your smiling face just makes us feel happy...thank you for packing my cough mixture so well...it reached home no spills !Thank you also to Cherelyn, Julian and other in reception and Mani who helped with our luggage and daily shopping bags as well as Thi from housekeeping who kept our room superclean !The hotel is immaculately clean and although one of the older properties in the area seems to ke to gave better quality fixtures, furniture etcThe only concern I had this year was the hotel seemed to have lost access to the next door beach space so it seemed a bit crammed some days .....if management can negotiate/find extra beach space this would really add valueI understand refurbishments and another pool are planned this summer so looking forward to seeing these next yearEveryone we dealt with at Hilton Jumeirah this year have expressed their sentiment that we are part of their Hilton family...Thank you for such an honour

    The view of our room was breathtaking! Housekeeping was everything you could ask for and kept our room above clean and stocked. Restaurants here had great food and serves also. The Valets are respectful, prompt and very quick. Not one bad thing to say about Jeremiah Hilton. They helped make our 10 day stay unforgettable welcoming.Mani at the concierge was always there and helped us so many times with his kindness and service

    I had the best experience I ever had at a hotel at Dubai. The location was perfect and the room is very comfortable. The receptionist was extremely friendly and she tried to make every effort to help us enjoy our stay. I am very thankful to Rutuja for her excellent service and hospitality.     I had a lovely experience at The Spa, Hilton. I booked a Balinese 60- minute treatment, and Mimi did an amazing job!! She was extremely professional, polite and made me comfortable knowing it was my first time doing a 60-minute treatment. The facility is nice and clean. Both ladies at spa reception, Donna and Kim were welcoming and helpful. Hope to be back again! I will say however the location is a hassle to get to because of the traffic, but it’s manageable.

    We had our family gathering in this hotel for iftar with, family and friends.The best arrangement of buffet set up. The most we thankful is they have kids club area which we leave our kids to have their own fun..they have awesome waiters, chefs and hostess. A big appreciation to the Sarah valet team(Mr Praveen Arbab khanNishant for accommodating our guest cars without any qualms.Thanks to these guys .

    We have used the Hilton Hotel here several times. We love here.The beach is right in front of you, the breakfast is delicious, and above all, We love the staff here. Mr Mani, the concierge, always greets us with a smile. Mr. Salman at the receptionist listens to our requests and responds kindly. Ms Thandar, the housekeeper, cleans the room every day and decorates animal towel dolls to surprise us. Dianas smile at the Italian restaurant was wonderful and had a fun conversation. Mr Kalpama is always kind and has a wonderful smile.We had the best time with the smiles and warm response of the Hilton Hotel staff.When we go to Dubai, we will definitely stay here again.Thank you so much.From Marcus and Akiko

    Aisha, Cho, Wutt and Khalid were really nice people they did their job great and were so funny 😆.The trader Vic’s food was so good. I took for starters the trader Vic’s salad and for main course the chow mein chicken. It was delicious. The hotel was really beautiful and at a nice place. It also was so luxurious and modern, unbelievable. The staff were nice and friendly. The pool was big enough for all the people which were in the hotel. The beach was also beautiful. All in all a 10/10 I would visit it again 👍

    Overall, our stay at Hilton Jumeirah was enjoyable, with a few mixed experiences. The staff was generally professional and helpful, but there were a couple of instances that left a less favorable impression.At breakfast, while waiting in line at the egg station, the cook asked the guest behind me for her order before acknowledging me. She ordered Eggs Benedict, which was exactly what I was about to request. It felt a bit frustrating to be overlooked like that.Another incident occurred at the kids pool, where a clear sign stated No Ice Cream. Despite this, I saw two children eating ice cream in the pool, causing it to melt into the water. Their parents, who appeared to be locals, were sitting nearby. When I approached a lifeguard about the issue, he simply responded that they were in their own country and could do as they pleased. This was disappointing, as it suggested that hotel rules were not enforced equally for all guests.That being said, there were plenty of positives. The food was delicious, the kids club was well-maintained and engaging, and the location was absolutely perfect. If the hotel could ensure consistent service standards for all guests, it would make the experience even better.

    The hotel staff were beyond helpful throughout our stay and we never had to ask for anything. Ms Juliana made the check in and check out seamless and even helped us with a surprise birthday party.     Great hotel. On the beach and rooms have a great view. Pool bar and beach bar with views of the Farris wheel and close to mall for shopping as well as the aquatic challenge inflatable park. Atiq was my housekeeping for the first half of my stay and did a fantastic job. He caught that I was going through my water bottles and was kind enough to add 2 more to my bedroom and front part of the suite so I was able to stay well hydrated.

    Although one of the older hotels along JBR the service is great - reception staff are very friendly and helpful and Mani (concierge/porter services) was great in assisting us with transfers and information during our stay. Breakfast in the main restaurant in extensive and we particularly enjoyed the freshly made eggs royale! All the staff are friendly and greet you - great customer service all round.

    Their greatest asset are the people. Always kind, helpful and cheerful. They are truly customer oriented, from the doorman, to housekeeping, and the front desk personnel.     We just stayed at this hotel for a week in Feb 2025. The location is amazing, Always space on the beach, in the pool and in the many Restaurants. We have 4 kids, one deaf and two autistic, with that in mind the hotel was very catering towards us. I have to call out Adnan (the porter as you enter), he was amazing and couldnt do enough for us. He deserves a medal. The staff at the Oceana restaurant played with the kids and instantly knew our dietary requirements (gluten free) straight away. The manager there was very gracious. The level of customer service at this hotel was second to none. Will highly recommend and will visit again!

    The service was impeccable, the staff were very helpful and attentive, especially Mani from the concierge team. There were a few other staff members that were also helpful, sadly forgot to take their names. The room service was always done efficiently and was based around our timing. It’s just a shame that during our check in we were informed that we will not be eligible to the Hilton honors services, despite providing the guests’ names on the booking. However we didn’t have the same issue when we went to another Hilton hotel in Al Seef.

Very safe to walk streets.Staff were excellent from valet, front desk to room cleaners. One member in particular in exec lounge shout out to is Ellen. Location was brilliant with great choice of restaurants and entertainment for people of all ages.     Our holiday was really a bless, so relaxing the time spent here, the personal was so nice and polite, our luggage girl and boy ,Temi and Mani were really nice to us helping with our luggage and keeping them safty.Great breakfast everyday and varied, also the food on the beach was really good and delicious, drinks were really great especially the beer (as a fan of Corona beer I can say the draught was delicious). From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make sure both myself and my 3-year-old son were comfortable. The location is perfect and so convenient.A huge thank you to the lovely lady in the kids zone – she was fantastic with my child, and we truly appreciated her kindness. I also want to thank Mr. Mani and the concierge team, who were always so helpful and attentive. The drivers were also excellent, always ready to assist us whenever needed.We opted for the half-board package, and the food was outstanding – especially at Vero and Wavebreaker! I highly recommend the chicken burgers and pistachio milk cake from wavebreaker and the pizza and Arancini from Vero. The variety and quality were top-notch. Housekeeping was efficient, and our room was always well taken care of during our two-week stay.The gym was clean, spacious, and offered a beautiful view of the beach and palm trees. Access to the executive lounge was an added bonus – the daily desserts and unlimited drinks made it a highlight of my stay.Overall, Hilton JBR exceeded my expectations, and I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties. This one truly deserves more credit than any other. I will definitely return in the future!

    The location of this hotel is awesome: sea is in 3 minutes of walk, many good restaurants and other places near the hotel. Liked the dishes during the lunch and dinner, I have visited this hotel many times with my family and this hotel has its own particular vibe, which is great. In summary I would recommend visiting this hotel, the prices are acceptable imo. Special thanks to Temi,Mani,Madhab,Sayheem for helping with our luggage 👍

    My stay was planned for ten days but turned into 22 days. The entire staff was professional and courteous, always polite with a smile. I could not have asked for a better experience. The ladies at breakfast Glenda, Alisha and Shune managed to keep our group supplied with coffee, not an easy task..lol.My housekeepers Thet and Esther were always pleasant and did a fabulous job.I would like to pass on a great job was performed by everyone that I came in contact with.     I had done in mcgettigans and met malen who help me out to chill out in this nice restaurant, she is very accomodative to suggest me the in-house cocktail drink as I little bit lost in the menu.     Our stay at HILTON RESORT JBR Hotel was fantastic! The check-in process was quick, and the room was stylish and spotless.Arbab kan, Zeenah and every other staffs were super helpful and dedicated. Dinner at OCEANA was exceptional, with a delicious variety of dishes. Huge thanks to the manager and team for making our stay such a success.     After an initial difficulty and misunderstanding we have received a proper room where we enjoyed the excellent service of ZAHID from housekeeping. Zahid had an impeccabale and attentive care for our room and our convenience. He even prepared lovely little surprises for us like towel figurines as swans, an alligator and a baby elephant to please us and make our stay unforgettable. Thank you!

    We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. The staff we came into contact with couldn’t do enough for you. I would like to mention Mani from Concierge. He assisted us with our bags when we arrived and when we were leaving and was so helpful. We had pre arranged a taxi to take us to the airport and when we couldn’t see our taxi he phoned the driver to tell him we were waiting. I would also like to mention, and thank, Ei Ei, Sain, Lydia and all the executive lounge staff for looking after us so well during our stay. We will be back!

    Salman and Khine at the pool and recreation desk were so helpful during our stay. We stayed with our 5 month old and they couldn’t do enough to make sure we had an enjoyable stay.     Relaxing & Rejuvenating Experience at Hilton JBR SpaI had a wonderful experience at the spa at Hilton JBR. I opted for a Balinese massage and a mini facial, and both were absolutely fantastic. My therapist, Than, was exceptional—her technique was perfect, and she made sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable throughout. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly rejuvenating treatment.The reception staff were also very welcoming and helpful, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and indulge in some well-deserved self-care, this spa is a must.

    Hotel is situated at Jumeirah beach Dubai, and hotel front is at the Walk and close to Dubai Marina ( few minutes walk ). We really liked how the hotel is situated. There are enough seats at the beach and around the pool with strict towel policies. The hotel itself does exist for some time and a little wear and tear is visible. The food in the 5 restaurants is great, if you dont like it just walk outside. Plenty restaurants at walking distance. The room was nice and clean. The personnel was outstanding, good service and singing for my wife on her birthday !

    Stayed at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah for over 3 weeks…every day was made better by our Housekeeper, Janaka. Janaka goes over and above his duties, amazing attitude with smiles and kindness that is infectious. In addition to his outstanding service he also created beautiful masterpieces, made out of towels, left on our bed or nightstand. Some of his works of arts included an alligator, a bear, a monkey( hanging from picture) flowers and a beautiful heart complete with rose pedals for Valentines Day.The concierge, Tami, also needs to be mentioned…very calm and helpful in a bit of a crisis.Thank you to everyone at the HDJ for making our stay so memorable.Cheers, Rikki and Paul

    Hilton dubai jumeirah is a great hotel to book either solo, with family or with friends. We had amazing stay here with my spouse and we enjoyed every bit of our stay.     Although it was not my first time in Dubai, I decided to surprise my parents on the occasion of my mothers birthday and spend 5 nights in a very popular location, JBR, at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah hotel. The services were impeccable, of a high quality, the staff very welcoming and open to satisfying our wishes.Special thanks to Ghazali at the reception who welcomed us very warmly, delighted to present the hotels facilities and who, with patience and professionalism, proposed us the offer of upgrading the rooms to a sea view.I also want to thank Dipti at the reception who proved to be very friendly, smiling, open to providing us with all the necessary information for a very relaxing stay at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah hotel.Without asking for anything specific regarding my mothers birthday, the housekeeping team on their own initiative decorated our room with flower petals, a dedicated message and a birthday cake, which touched all of us especially my mother.Thank you once again to the hotel staff, without a doubt, next time when I return to Dubai, I will choose to stay at your hotel.Best thoughts!
