The best in oud metha with all facilities and super clean.The group classes are the best. So effective and fun!!The instructor is always ready to adapt to your needs and keeps you engaged and interested with different types of workouts.The package and membership deals are worth every dirham.Gym is super clean and the changing areas too.

I have been a member in this gym for over 3 years. There were times in between where I tried other gyms but I always come back to Active Plus! The gym is never super crowded (not even after 5pm) so you can do your excercises or super sets without having to wait for others. It is perfect for those who have limited time and prefer to do intensive workouts without long queues. The gym is big and has almost all the equipment you may require for your workouts. They also have pool and classes in some days. There is sauna, jacuzzi and clean showers. The staff are always friendly which gives a positive vibe. Overall very highly recommended if you are looking for peace of mind!

One of the best, well maintained quality gym in Dubai. For those who compare this gym to others, the shower set is from Molton Brown! You pay an average of 400 AED/month and you have a mixed gym, ladies gym, spa and a swimming pool. One challenge is free parking.

As a tenant of the same apartment complex, I have access to most of the clubs services. Staff have been helpful from the start.The place is well maintained, facilities are top notch. Absolute recommendation 🙌

Perfect spot for workout. Thought its not new but well maintained and not crowded at all. Spacious and well equipped.
