I had a great experience at the AWAKEN Spa. The welcoming drink was refreshing and Laksmi was with me from the beginning and ensured I enjoyed my time at the spa. The receptionists were amazing, all of them.The atmosphere is amazing, the jacuzzi was great and relaxing, i loved the sauna and the aromatic bath.I did 1 hr massage, it was okay not the best but I liked the place and experience more. But trying other 5* spas, I wont go back cause of few things.. which are- some ladies entered and started using their phone so loud watching some social media content.. it was noisy..- another lady was in the jaccuzi and talking on the phone so loudly..But I must say that the spa was luxurious and quiet at some point. And i loved the lady who make some sound vibrations in the place, so calming.. overall experience was good

I was truly amazed with the way l received the treatment from arrival till the time l left, l was treated like royalty. Many thanks to the guys who welcomed me and took me through the entire journey of my Arabian Duo. The spa has one of the best facilities in Dubai and immaculate conditions. The therapist Melinda one of the best thumbs up. Thank you team and we will visit soon again .

One of the best wellness and spa I have been. I had chakra balance and foot reflexing massages nad facial glow assisted by Bijeta. She was so polite, caring and attentive. Great thanks to all of the personnel.

Absolutely Fantastic Gym!! Great selection of high quality machines, all in brand new condition. Facilities are Incredibly clean. The complimentary water, towel & fruit are superb!! All of the team members were incredibly welcoming and supportive of any questions or requests made. I went there every day whilst stay at Atlantis the Palm. Their service and complimentary items Really enhanced the experience.Alaa was incredible! He was very well presented, very polite, professional & well spoken. He had a very in depth understanding of all the machines and what exercises were best for literally Any muscle group you are trying to target. His extensive experience and training means you are in good hands if you are lucky enough to have a personal training session with him or simply ask him for some tips around the gym. I highly recommend you get in touch with Alaa if you need any training advice.

One of the best spa experiences I’ve had. I had two treatments on two days. The salt scrub and massage which was great, and a deep tissue with volcanic stone which was amazing.Wonderful ambience and the most comfortable massage table. Super serene, great spa facilities beforehand and a warming sound bath on arrival.

I decided to treat myself for my birthday, and what an amazing treat it was. I got the Self Love package - 1.5 hour full body massage and 1 hour facial. Absolute bliss! My massage therapist, Betty was amazing! Couldn’t recommend enough, but it’s pricy so maybe save it for a special occasion.

I had a great experience at Awaken Spa in Atlantis. The spa is beautifully decorated with a luxurious and calming ambiance. My therapist was highly skilled, and the treatment was excellent. While the price was on the higher side—comparable to other spas where you might get a longer session for similar quality—its a very good option since we were staying at the resort. After a long day at the waterpark and water activities, it was the perfect way to relax.

Had a hypnotherapy massage with Syeni and she was amazing! The spa facilities were lovely and I forgot my hair tie but they had them already boxed up. Syeni asked my problem areas etc and the massage started with opening your chakras and she was able to tell which parts of my body needed healing. My back was really painful surprisingly and she then stretched it for me and gave me advice on how to fix my back and neck problems. Sad that tomorrow is my last day or I would have come again for a full body massage so she could fully target these areas. Thanks Syeni for the great massage!

This level of care and thoughtfulness in creating a serene atmosphere was truly impressive.The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Balinese massage. The therapist was exceptionally professional, and their skilled hands worked wonders in relieving the tension and fatigue from my long and tiring trip. The experience left me feeling completely refreshed and revitalized.AWAKEN Wellness at Atlantis the Palm is a sanctuary of tranquility and well-being. Whether youre looking to unwind after a busy day or simply indulge in self-care, this spa has it all. Sets the GOLD standard for spas and world-class massage therapy within Dubai. The facilities are outstanding - the mens spa area is luxurious, well stocked, ultra-clean and warm. During my visit, Masseuse Ice performed a 60 minute deep tissue massage - it was one of the best that I have ever received. She infused aromatherapy, reflexology and a sound-knowledge of how to relieve aches in my neck and feet. Simply the best!

Extraordinary spa!!! Wow!!!! Visiting this spa sets other standards for perfection in so many ways. Lets start with the design that left us speechless, the service, the explanation and the accompaniment of the staff that gives such a warm feeling, the spa facilities with the most modern and advanced technology I have seen, and the treatments at such a high level, I had a 60 minute massage with a therapist who was simply a master, highly recommended!!! Totally worth the price just take into account that the spa is separated for men and women have separate areas.
