    It was my first time trying a massage session at the airport. It resulted with one of the best relaxing massage experience Ive ever had. Alex (#digitalsoundhealing) was the therapist and he really helped me to reduce the neck pain I had for days. I appreciated his communication style and service orientation. I would suggest anyone to try.

    Equipments are really goods. It helps a lot if you’re having pain or you just want to relax while waiting on your trip. Fewi is nice and very accommodating. Dont hesitate to try if you’re having any muscle pain. 👍

    First time traveling through Dubai airport. While I am very disinfected by airport itself ( more detailed in a separate review) I took a chance at Be Relax at A1.Lucky me, I had Jacinta as my manicurist. Not only does she do marvelous work, but her service skills are off the charts. She is funny, welcoming, friendly and foresighted.It was her achievement that my stay at this mediocre airport found a positive spin.I can further recommend the sound treatment with the A23 store! Simply wonderful if you want to relax during travels.

    I recently visited Be Relax Spa at Dubai Airport and had an incredible experience, thanks to Valerie. I opted for a back massage, and she was absolutely amazing! Valerie took the time to understand my concerns and focused on relieving the knots and tension in my back. Her technique was both firm and soothing, and I could feel the pain easing almost immediately.Her professionalism and care truly stood out, and it was evident she’s highly skilled in her craft. By the end of the session, I felt so much lighter and more relaxed—just what I needed during my travel.I highly recommend Be Relax Spa, and if you get the chance, ask for Valerie. She’s fantastic!

    After a long flight, the leg massage was really needed, Jane was very welcoming and she did an amazing job on my legs. The machine for back massage was so good as well.     I had visited whilst waiting for a connecting flight after a long stressful and emotional week. I felt sore in my neck, shoulders and back after I had the treatment by Pasindu I had felt relaxed and ready for the next long flight. The staff were welcoming and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. It would be good for all airports to have this service available.

    Had a very relaxing and amazing experience at this Spa Centre. Pasindu really makes an effort so that you are comfortable and can enjoy every minute of it.     This place is great. I had a massage before a long 16 hour flight and it was fantastic. Prayer 398 was my therapist and she was very attentive and helpful. Will definitely visit again when in Dubai airport again.

    Ralph was very nice and helpful at the spa lounge and let us try the back massage chairs while we waited.Nieva was very nice and friendly and gave my mother an excellent back massage and foot massage after she had been dealing with a lot of chronic pain during her trip. She felt amazing afterwards and was able to enjoy the rest of her journey back home.

Special mention and special thanks to Ms. Maelyn for doing the back massage, very good and very relaxing, just the perfect activity before flight. Definitely recommend to everyone who has some time before their flight especially for long flight ahead. Special mention also to Ms. Nieva for the good and friendly customer service. Also, if you want to sit and relax there are also massage chairs and different types of massagers and also other massage services like head and foot massage or just overall lounging.     Pasinsu was fantastic. I was on my way past Be Relax and he invited me to sit and relax. He gave me a 20 minute massage which was deep and invigorating. I then sat in the comfy chair with a cordless massager. Bliss. I will visit again on the way home.

    I was at the B18 spa at dubai airport where Purity was my massage therapist.As a concept, be relax is great. They have a limited offering of treatments specialized for people on the go. You cannot book ahead but they have a robotic massager to relax you while you wait.The enviroment is clean and soothing. The therapists friendly. Purity in particular was kind and generous. She was extremely skilled and very professional while maintaining a comfortable atmosphere.I felt so rejuvinated after my flight and will definately do this again

    So, first time going to a spa during a layover and Best. Decision. Ever! My therapist was SARI and shes absolutely wonderful. I first took a shower, of which I hesitated because I thought itd cost half a kidney, but it was us$31 for 25mins and well worth it because I felt revived after a 15hr flight. Then I got a massage and she used all these fancy gadgets and she took away all of the swelling in my legs and ankles. It was an altogether heavenly experience that Ill seek out every time I pass through Dubai airport!

    Surprisingly, Be Relax is now part of Dragonpass! The 15 minutes chair massage felt like an hour worth of massage. KUDOS to Seraphine for being so fantastic in massaging all the knots on my back, from lower hips to the head. Ask for her once you arrive. Good thing too as you can find them in all the concourses. Aside from the manual massage, youll also get to try their USB chargeable leg & back massager.If youre not using your lounge access, its still very worth it to avail.Thanks much is Seraphine!     Had a really long flight and stop over in Dubai and decided to go for a massage at the Be Relax Spa opposite Gate A23. Best idea ever. I would totally recommend treating yourself to one of these if you have the time. Even got myself a massager for when my desk job starts acting up! They have really great equipment worth looking at. My therapist, Mike was has magical hands and is super helpful. Trust me, you dont want to sit and wait in front of the gate if you can get one of these treatments instead 😉

    I got to Be Relax Spa between two very long flights, it was the middle of the night.Excel offered to let me try one of their massage chairs for a few minutes to see if I liked it, and while I did she proceeded to massage my calves with one of their massage guns. My body was aching so it felt really nice, and she was really friendly! I ended up getting a foot massage and it was all the comfort and relaxation I needed before my 14 hour flight.Would 💯 recommend Excel and Be relax spa when you are wandering around DXB airport!

Then I let myself fully relax to the expert massage from the therapist - a Filipino man with a decade of experience it really showed in the way he gave thorough attention and really worked on my neck and shoulder areas where I often carry a lot of tightness and stress.
