The body scrub was also fantastic, leaving my skin unbelievably smooth and refreshed. I forgot the name of the person who did my scrub, but she was so knowledgeable and took the time to advise me on post-pregnancy exercises to help me reach my goal size and weight loss—such a thoughtful and personalized touch!The spa itself was spotless and had a calming ambiance, making it the perfect space to unwind. I also loved the little extras, like being offered salad and drinks—it made the experience feel even more luxurious. One small suggestion would be to use hot towels on the face when pushing hair back during the massage, as it would add an extra layer of comfort. I also heard they have heated beds, which sound amazing, so next time, it would be great to be asked if I’d like to use one.Overall, I had such a wonderful experience and left feeling completely rejuvenated. I’ve been coming to this spa for a bit now, and every visit is nothing short of amazing thanks to Chane! She is truly exceptional when it comes to the treatments. Every time I leave, my skin feels hydrated, and glowing and I feel so relaxed after the massages. Chane is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and she always takes the time to explain the process. Her personalised approach and attention to detail make all the difference. I highly recommend booking with her! I also recommend getting a manicure and pedicure here, my nails are so healthy and last much longer compared to other manicures!

So I did my very first facial ever in my life today here in Casa Aire Wellness. All staff were warm, welcoming, engaging, kind and professional. Janica took me for a quick tour of the place and kind enough to take my last minute booking. My therapist, Huma was equally amazing with her expertise and professionalism. I was so amazed with the after-effect glow of my facial skin. Love this place. Had the Korean Glow facial and highly recommend. My face was glowing for days. Didn’t want to wear make up! Dr Fernanda is amazing - She knows her stuff, and is so kind and caring. They have designated parking spots and Staff is great. Going back for my second one this week and will their massage. Cannot wait!

Excellent service, excellent facility, excellent staff. My therapist Huma has done a great job on my skin openly explaining my skin analysis results and the expected results of my treatment. I did Classic Korean facial with Astrodome light therapy + mask on my first visit and I loved the results. My skin was clear and rejuvenated even after a few weeks post treatment. I had to go back for a second round. Highly recommended!

It was my first time in Casa Aire Wellness Dubai . I was really impressed with the range of services provided !I decided to go look for the spa since I had a seven hour layover in Dubai. Previously, I visited few other places but the service was very basic and was not worth the price and I didnt want to return there and searched on Fresha for my new go to place to relax !After 7 hour flight I was jet lagged and I felt that this was something that my body needed to help me recover. I am so glad that i made this choice The place was super easy to find .Its very modern clean and the staff is amazing. It is certainly a full on huge spa ! I had no idea its that big untilI walked in for my appointmentI had a hammam and massage session. My masseuse was fantastic such a sweet lady She had an amazing, gentle personality and firm hands.The room was very welcoming with a nice ambience I was able to take a shower and wash my hair before and after my massage which was fantastic. Dont think about it twice. This is definitely a must do and if you can book it in vance, you should because it does get busyThank you to all the lovely staff members I really had a great time and I will be back soon xxxx

I had a wonderful experience at Casa Aire Wellness & will definitely be returning! I had the bespoke Korean facial. The digital skin analysis beforehand was fascinating & informative – it showed all of my problem areas in depth, & the therapist took her time taking me through each area whilst also suggesting ways to improve. The facial was excellent, with each step customised for my skin - I love the results. Also, a big shoutout to the incredibly comfortable beds, and I loved the calming touch of the sound bowl at the beginning and end. The eye for detail makes CAW standout in the region!

Great ambience… I just had an issue with my booing my massage was interrupted several times bcz i booked 1:30 mins but they saved a shorter time that was 1hr on the system and payment was mixed up as I had paid online and I ended being charged more because of specialist booking.I was offered a complimentary massage though I am yet to find out if it will be madero the same treatment I had on my first visit.A little confusion with parking access staff know that the exit needs an access card but didn’t escort me to the parking hence I had to go back to the reception area to ask for assistance since when I called there was a misinformationOverall facial experience was great no complaints on that.I would definitely go back and give it another chance as I understood that issues can occur but it’s how you handle the customer after services that’s what makes or breaks the experience.
