    Had my first visit to Cleopatra Spa for aromatherapy and a mani-pedi, and honestly, I loved the whole experience! The team was super warm and welcoming. My therapist, Janet, took amazing care of me — loved that she didn’t talk during the session, so I could fully relax and enjoy it. Even before the appointment, the customer service was great — with all reminders and updates. Definitely coming back soon!

    The best spa experience ever. The 90-minute aromatherapy massage left us feeling so relaxed, soothing & embracing ourselves. The services are extremely professional from giving us a bottle of water, collecting details, consent, cozy ambience, timing, accurate pressures, ginger tea, hot bags, jacuzzi, pool & sleeping like babies in the end. Myself & my friend got the very same experience in the same unique style is the beauty of this place. The staffs are spot on. Never fails to amaze me. Quality, professionalism, neatness & uniqueness in one place.

    A very elegant experience. The place is very up kept. Clean and tidy. It has a very relaxed atmosphere. Went with the Balinese massage and it was amazing. Rajesh did a fantastic job. Releases so many knots. Post the massage, the sauna helped with getting the oil off. And then used the jacuzzi which summed up the whole experience.

    I always come to Cleopatra - its been over 10 years. Its my first choice for any kind of spa. Being a pharaohs club member, it is also very convenient. The facilities are great and the staff are always very warm and welcoming. The spa therapist Marge is the best!!!

    I have been coming back here several times and the experience is like no other i have tried in other ladies spa.. the privacy, the ambience, the very skilled therapists, and professional staffs are all amazing.. i would like to specially mention also ms. liezel who has greatly supported us on some hassles in schedule bookings yet she sorted out our appointments professionally..     I visited cleopatra spa for the first time with my mum for facial treatments. They were very welcoming and helpful about the treatments suggested. During the facials done, they were gentle and very understanding about our skin concerns and helped address them in the procedure. Don’t know why I have never visited this place before despite staying across the district. Would gladly recommend them for worth every penny treatments. 5/5 ☺️

    Always feel so pampered when I come here. The facilities are great. They have nice treatments (although the aromatherapy one is light pressure only - something that would be better if it was more flexible to the client’s needs) and the staff is always friendly. Highly recommended.

    Lovely spa! Their service is as good today as it was over 15 years ago! The facilities are excellent. The jacuzzi is with a visit and my masseuse Rini was fantastic.Just the showers didnt work well for me. I had scalding hot water in the cold and hot taps! Highlighted this to staff who promised to look into it.

    The moment I walked in I knew I would have a wonderful experience. The facilities are exceptional with time to enjoy steam, sauna and pool before or after treatment. The treatment itself was fantastic. Room temp perfect, relaxing music and therapist gave a wonderful massage, probably one of the best I have had in Dubai. Already booking my next appt!
