Wow!!! What an incredible experience. I’ve been to amazing spas but this one was another level. I had a private experience with Katya. The Russian banya and the feeling that you get from the contrast of the hot steam and the ice bath is another level. Katya was super professional, talking me through the whole process. I loved the small touches of herbal tea and honey from Russia, as well as Russian food at the end of the experience. Will definitely be back

Dubanya offers a truly exceptional experience. It was my first time trying this traditional Russian experience and I enjoyed every minute. The staff were so attended, Anna was amazing! The steam the birch the cold plunge it was all so refreshing and invigorating and the relaxation room was SO special, felt like being in a winter cabin! And those Russian pretzels with honey, yummmmm! The also offered a 20 min massage which was SO good! Highly recommended!

Situated inside the prestigious DUKES HOTEL PALM JUMEIRAH. Every minute was a luxury , from the moment we walked inside the DUBANYA we were greeted by Anna who was the most hospitable lady throughout the three hour treatment, Igor was so amazing with the Steaming Parenie , Ali khan a strong therapeutic Sports massage . Anna started the process , describing the plan for the multiple stages of the experience . We were then guided through each bit , the initial warmup of the sauna/steam with the birch, the plunge pool , steam room the wet area with showers , the massage and finally the relaxation area for resting in between the intervals . All the staff were extremely professional and exceptionally impressive . Anna from the beginning was so cooperative , she gently guided us through the hot/cold phases making the experience enjoyable and totally outstanding . I would definitely recommend for everyone to try this gem of a place . The challenge for anyone visiting DUBANYA would be to find a better Russian Bathhouse , ice bath & massage place as good as this in the whole of Dubai .In conclusion we felt completely rejuvenated and reborn afterwards and we will definitely book multiple group sessions for Christmas and New Year for all friends and family. The teas and beverages and food are a great addition to the amazing treatment by highly professional therapists. All staff members are very friendly and attentive. The bathhouse attendant regulates the temperature, creating ideal conditions for steaming.The relaxation room is impressive - there is a Russian hayloft, which creates the feeling of being in Russia. Stunning honey and herbal tea add coziness and warmth. The device for making snow leaves a special impression - incredible refreshment after the steam room. The procedures in barrels are simply incredible - you should definitely try it!After steaming and plunging into cold water, you feel how the blood begins to circulate in a new way, and as if you are being reborn. The massage service here is top notch. The entire staff is Russian-speaking, tea and other products are brought from Russia, which creates an indescribable atmosphere.This is my favorite place and I will definitely go here regularly. I recommend it to everyone, not only Russian-speaking, but also foreign friends, to introduce them to our culture. On our last visit to Dubani, we met the new bath attendant Tatyana. Tatyana presented elements of a new bath ritual, which we hope will soon appear in the Dubani program.We were completely delighted - the soaring filled us with energy, relaxed our bodies and gave us a feeling of complete harmony.Thank you very much to the entire Dubani team!

This is an oasis in the Emirates!
