Im usually not someone who gives reviews often but I just had to give my reviews for the Embassy Suites by Hilton Dubai Business Bay because the staff here are absolutely amazing!!! I have to mention the breakfast/kitchen staff as they were just EXCEPTIONALLY brilliant in every way! They go above and beyond to make sure you are well looked after and they were always happy to provide everything you need to make your breakfast and the evening reception experience the best! I have to mention these AMAZING staff members who made our stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Dubai Business Bay fantastic - Wine, Cynthia, Kritika, Mike, Honey, Freighton. The brilliant chef Paulo, who makes the best smashed avocado and eggs on toast - it was delicious!!! Winnie from Reception and the guys at the hotel front entrance were all wonderful in welcoming us to the hotel. These guys were just simply the best team all in one place!!! Thank you ALL very much for looking after me and my mum!!! We will definitely be back to stay here again because of the amazing staff and the great experience we had at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Dubai Business Bay 😁. Please keep up the good work you are doing!!!!

Our stay here in December 2024 was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every employee we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect.The breakfast was a highlight—freshly made every morning by the in-house chef, with a variety of delicious options that surpassed our expectations. The daily evening drinks and snacks were also a nice touch!The rooms were clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully organized for comfort and convenience. The staff was accommodating to families, and everything about the hotel made traveling with a toddler easier.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent. A special shoutout to the staff “Honey”, The bartender named “Wine” was absolutely amazing, not only were they friendly and attentive, but they also made some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. Their knowledge and skill really elevated the experience, making every evening at the bar a highlight of my trip. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

I booked this hotel for my girlfriends birthday party in Dubai. I am extremely happy, I had asked for a little attention in each room for them. They decorated and put out a cake.The staff were extremely friendly and everything was clean. A big thank you to Shakil for his work, always available when needed, very attentive. I really enjoyed this hotel stay. I stayed for 3 nights and can honestly say I have zero complaints. The reception when checking in and out was wonderful. Very nice and helpful with explaining the details of the hotels amenities and dining options. I unfortunately cannot remember the name of the girl at reception. I ordered room service twice because I didn’t feel like going out and dealing with the Business Bay traffic. The gentleman who delivered my food both times was named Soe (I believe). He was exceptional and so friendly and attentive to his service to the service provided. I must also give credit to the gentleman who was in charge of cleaning my room, who I believe is named Lalit. Again, exceptional and friendly. One small touch that I loved were the personal notes he would write every time he cleaned the room. I will absolutely return to this hotel next time I’m in Dubai.

Really enjoyed our stay at this brand new embassy suites. The staff is superb. Winnie and the hotel manager were amazing and very helpful the night we arrived. In fact, everyone was so kind and courteous. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. Suites are large and comfortable. Gym was spotless and well equipped. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Location was great easy cab drive to downtown. Highly recommend. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

The world needs to learn customer service from these folks. From the moment we walked through their doors to the very last minute we spent with them the service excellence was comparable to nothing we have ever seen. The lobby, the restaurant, the rooms were masterpieces of aesthetic beauty. And the staff, courteous, respectful and ever so efficient. I just wish we could’ve stayed much longer with them. It was a taste of paradise.

We had a truly wonderful experience during our recent stay at this hotel. The ambience was warm, inviting, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a true escape. This property is brand new and everything is just perfect. We were upgraded to connected rooms with kids in seperate room just like home after Expedia canceled our booking last minute. Sham-less expedia !Downtown is just 2 kms away in the cab and it’s positioned so well.Highly recommend to book the daily excursions from Muskan who sits in her open office near restaurant downstairs and works for Ryna travels. You will definitely save time and money. Thanks for organising wonderful excursions. Abu Dhai day trip and desert safari, frame, if you are with kids make sure you visit butterfly garden which is next to miracle garden …etc so well organised. Words are not enough here guys!Special thanks to Madhu who helped secure our booking from Expedia who sneakily cancelled our booking last minute.The breakfast and evening reception was a highlight—made to order from the lovely chef, delicious, fresh, great cocktails and with a great variety to suit all tastes. We are vegetarians and we were spoilt with choices.Level 1 restaurant Rio make sure you eat there they have the best pizzas.Staff I wish I remembered all the names.. staff were exceptional from start till reception or restaurants friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The only thing better than this brand new beautiful hotel is the staff that works there. My room was beautifully appointed. Very spacious and comfortable. A very elevated experience for sure!The staff was very attentive to me and my needs and I feel like they took the time to get to know me and make sure that I always had what I needed.The breakfast was dazzling every morning. Excellent selections and the coffee bar was top notch.There were several people who were so wonderful and here are a few of their names.Fahim, Beauty, Zakania, Hany, Heaven, Wine, Lalit. The general manager and the restaurant manager were pleasant and always helpful.

We spent 4 nights in Embassy suites. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is complimentary. They changed the types of food every day. My husband really liked the beef bacon. The receptionist Jiya was nice and would send msg to us to make sure everything well. Also, we have ordered in-room dining. The food was delicious. Mr Sufiyan served us very well. The staff gave us a lovely cake on Christmas Eve. It’s so heartwarming.

This hotel didn’t disappoint us at all. We had a great family time. Rooms and beds were kept very clean. Front desk, travel desk, room service all were excellent and humble. Complementary breakfast was delicious had enough vegetarian options.There is an Indian restaurant across the street which is 2mins walk.This hotel is located very close to Dubai mall and most of the city attractions are within 30mins by taxi.

We had an amazing stay! This hotel is absolutely beautiful. But, their staff made it exceptional. We received 5 star service from the gentlemen at the front door, the cleaning staff, the front desk, and all the restaurants.There are so many people that made our stay wonderful…Hany always greeted us with a smile and always remembered our room number…2006.The restaurant staff at The Gourmet Yard went out of their way to make sure we always had what we needed. Cynthia and Ika remembered we enjoyed cappuccino and they offered them every morning we walked in the restaurant. Wine and Heaven always checked on us to make sure there wasn’t anything else we needed. Aasim found out our favorite drinks and he never forgot it.Jiishan knows what excellent service is all about. Everytime we returned to the hotel, he would escort us from the car to the elevator doors.We also had a few different people cleaning our room. One person who provided great service was Shakil. He kept our room clean and you could tell he genuinely wanted to exceed our expectations.Overall, everything was amazing and we can’t wait to return!

Thanks to the staff at Embassy Suites, by Hilton, Dubai Business Bay, for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I was there with my daughter for her interview and hence we spent most of our time in the room. Our room was immaculate and spacious with plush decor. I was very impressed with the high quality of down feather shams and duvet. My daughter could use the table in the room to finish her assignment. We are grateful that there was no noise on our floor and she could do her work peacefully. I must say I found it so safe that I could leave her alone to go out. Room service was prompt. Breakfast had a variety in the menu with mouthwatering dishes. What I liked most that they even had an alcarte for a dish of your choice!! We got to interact with chef Vipen who prepared scrumptious omlettes and cheese, zaatar bread/ pie etc. The ladies serving us were courteous and attending to us with utmost care. Thanks to Heaven,Thinzar and Wine who attended to us at breakfast time. I would call it a Brunch since it was so wholesome and filling.We were taken by surprise when we were told about the complementary EVENING SNACKS. Im glad we didnt miss it since it was beyond our expectations. The variety of juices prepared by the talented bartenders Mark and Kritika was enough to replenish our tired bodies. The bar is amazingly stocked! Each of the 3 days we savoured different varieties to choose from. Thanks to Heaven for offering us Masala Chai. It truly was nostalgic.A big shoutout to Mr. Rada for being so helpful with our queries via emails before we moved in as well as helping us during our stay. Winnie, Jenney, Babos Babu and Faheem were ever ready to help at the Reception.I cannot close without mentioning to newcomers how centrally placed Embassy Suites Hotel is. Its only 3.3 km away from Duabi Mall with Hotel taxi as well as Uber at your doorstep. There are two grocery stores open 24 hours right across the street. There is also a Pharmacy and laundry in the same complex. Thank you Hilton!
