The ice bath and sauna setup is really solid. The space maybe small, but once you’re inside, it feels calm and nicely put together.It’s clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The privacy and contactless entry make the whole experience super easy and low-key.During our first visit, one of the tubs wasn’t as cold as expected, but the team was quick to bring out extra ice, which was appreciated. Towels are provided, and the staff is helpful if you need anything.Whether you’re recovering after a workout or just looking to relax at the end of the week, it’s a great little spot. For me and my friends, it’s become part of our weekly routine — something we always look forward to.Also, the pricing is pretty reasonable, which is a nice bonus.

I visited today and had an amazing experience. The parking is covered and easily available. The space itself is bright, fresh, and very comfortable. Speakers are available if you’d like to play music, along with complimentary towels and drinking water. The sauna allows you to adjust the temperature to your preference. Highly recommend visiting!!

This is the best sauna and cold bath facility in Dubai. Ive lived in Dubai for 2 years and Ive never found a better sauna facility. The sauna is hot and the cold bath is the coldest. You can listen to music and audio in the sauna, so you can experience the sauna while getting into the mood, or use the sauna while listening to educational audio. Its a private sauna, so you can use it at your own pace without worrying about other peoples eyes. Towels are always available, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. If youre going to sign up for a sauna, this is the place to go!! You can spend every day powerfully!

For someone on the move, this is ideal for us. Get in, do your business and get out. Everything you need is here without any unnecessary stuff. Super clean, effective and efficient.Even though there are no attendants, their way of working is so self explanatory, it works well. Equipment used is modern state of the art and extremely easy to use.... I RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE looking to have a healthier lifestyle.
