    Lovely place two gym , not crowded , they give two towels one for gym one for swimming , water .You can access the pool from morning 8:00 to evening 9:00 p.m.. unlike other five-star property gym this one you can access many times a day.

    Took swimming lessons here with Kea, hes a great instructor with lots of patience! I knew nothing and was able to learn 4 different swimming styles by the end of 10 sessions.Amenities are good, the pool is always clean and temperature controlled.

    I like this fitness centre, we feel comfortable and safe. Service is very kind and friendly attention. Very relaxing place after office work and weekends. Staff well trained and professional. Every visit you will receive excellent advice from Mr. George, the Manager and fitness professional. Mr. George is giving amazing exercises coaching and healthy guidelines. Pool ambiance is cozy and relaxing. All my family members come here and become regular members.

    As a swimming coach ,Ive been using this large rooftop swimming pool to train my students. For the last 4 years Ive experienced an amazing pool for basic and advanced learners. The pool is well maintained and temperature controlled. All my students are much overwhelmed to continue using this pool every week. Staff is amazing especially the manager George is very supportive and helpful

    I really enjoy my swimming classes in heros health club. From day 1 I started to learn new techniques and became much more confident in the water.My coach Shambhu is always supportive and patient with me.     Perfect place for swimming lessons with Best Instructor Mr.Kea. Speechless with professionalism and well knowledgeable coach. He boosted the confidence level of my 5years old and 8years old kids, from zero to 💯%. In just complete sessions both of them can swim confidently. And also it is not crowded , quality is superb!Money worth it.Highly recommended Mr.Kea.Thank you not just for being a coach but good friend with my kids.All staff really friendly. Keep it up 👍

    I recently started weight training and chose to do so here at hero’s health club . The gym has loads of equipment and a pool which is always well kept and properly sanitized. The staff and management led by Mr George is incredibly helpful and polite. I payed for personal training to help me reach my goal. I currently train with coach Emmanuel who is without a doubt one of the best coaches I’ve trained with , constantly motivating me, making me feel proud of even my smallest achievements and guides me on proper form and diets pushing me to reach even higher levels. HisOptimistic,Charismatic and influential nature makes training at the gym extremely fun and something to always look forward to .Within just a month i can see differences in not just my body but my overall lifestyle as well.

    Feeling absolutely euphoric after learning to swim at the pool. Much thanks to my instructor Kea who teaches with such joy and is always smiling. He is friendly and you feel instantly comfortable around him. He is also so patient and will break down the technique into simple steps and will not even allow you to think of giving up. The joy on his face at my accomplishment was killer!

    So far the whole experience has met my expectations and I really enjoyed watching my two kids learn how to swim. The swimming instructor successfully taught them the basics when it comes to swimming, which im very pleased to see. Although my youngest child appears to be having difficulties with some of the swimming techniques, thanks to the help of the swim coach, he was still able to do it nonetheless. I was also able to receive feedback about the progress my two kids have made and how they could improve. So a ll in all, I am satisfied with this first swimming lesson.

    I’ve been wanting to have swimming lessons for the longest time, and it was a really good decision for me to just go for it. And choosing to do it here was a good one. The instructor Emmanuel is really a good coach. He gives just the right amount of push so that I’ll be motivated to do what he teaches and to improve, too. If you are also planning to tick the “swimming lessons” in your bucket list, this is the best place to go to. 👍👍👍

    I like all facilities. All staff very good, friendly and helpful. My swimming trainer / Coach Emmanuel is really professional. The manager, Mr. George is very welcoming, supportive and accommodating. I’m highly recommending this health club for your health wellness and wellbeing .

    We joined the swimming classes during our stay in the hotel, we took 10 sessions and we must say the classes were excellent , the coach is very professional and helpful. The pool and other facilities were also excellent .We were just beginners and thanks to the coach Shambhu, we are close to intermediate level now . Shambhu was very patient and helpful with his coaching , thank you very much guys for the sessions. Recommend this pace if you are looking to build up swimming skills.

    The whole experience was great, I went to learn swimming ,it’s my first time to visit the property and the Health Club team were amazing from the Reception to George the Manager who was there to ensure my experience was superb. Emanuel Kiza is a super star, was my first time to swim and he made it so easy that I found myself swimming from one corner to the other by myself. Overall experience; superb!

    Good facility and outstanding service. We visited the pool with our children to meet with Coach Kea and to see the pool. The kids enjoyed the pool and were very happy with the swimming coach. Session after session we could see the little swimmers progressing and learning quickly with the support of Coach Kea, this gentlemen is a top notch professional, who deals very well with kids and has an amusing way of coaching, with a lot of respect and patience. The supervisor was Very polite and helpful, I would recommend this swimming academy to whoever aims to teach his littles ones swimming in a nice environment , and last but not least, the cost of the membership is affordable and reasonable. Thank you coach !

    It is the best place for the swimming class for kids. Our Daughter was able to immediately learn to swim within two classes! Thank you so much Emmanuel, her swimming lesson instructor. We are so happy with the result😊😎😆. I will highly recommend to all parents who wanted to have their kids know How swim to enrol. And have to book Coach Emmanuel, an instructor who is dedicated and committed in his role. He is a trainer that produced an A+ results! The pool area is convenient and always kept clean.     My 6 year old boy, William has been coming here for not more than 12 classes and I already can see so much improvement in him and his swimming abilities. He has always been scared of water but now hes at a level where he is confident to enter the pool on his own and do strokes on his own.The coach, Emmanuel, needs a special mention. He has been absolutely professional and patient with my child who always has a bucket full of excuses not to do something.If you are looking for swimming classes, do not think twice. Definitely go for it!

    It was a great experience in Hero’s Spa with Ailene a professional masseuse. Feeling relaxed and refreshed after the massage. Treatment room was very clean also Ailene & team are following all safety measures upon arrival, during the treatment. Will definitely come back for this pleasant experience, thanks a lot.

    Very nice gym but the star feature of this place is Coach Emmanuel. Hes the best trainer Ive had in my life and he completely changed my body. He made me from fat to fit and muscular and I recommend going to the gym just to get trained by him.

    I had swimming lessons here and I must say its the perfect place for anyone who would like to learn how to swim irrespective of ur level. After only 3 lessons i could swim so well right from knowing nothing at all and this credit goes to my instructor mr Rakshan.He is very professional and patient which makes learning very easy. I would highly recommend this place

    I’ve been in the place last week and it has a good ambience. The staff were all friendly especially Ailene (massage therapist). I felt so relaxed and at peace after the massage so I will highly recommend her for her good service. Looking forward for my next session with her. ♥️

    I got a foot reflexology done by Ms. Aileen. I don’t really post reviews much often but this place deserves it. Ms. Aileen was exceptional, she was very kind and professional.A special thanks to the Manager of this Spa, for rectifying the misunderstanding with utmost care and professionalism.Would definitely come back and recommend to my friends for their massages.

    Me and my husband bought various spa services available on Groupon and decided the body massage at Heros Health Club Crowne Plaza. We often go for a massage like twice a month and had a lot of massage throughout our life but the experience here was the best. Although the place was less luxurious than others, their Therapist Aileen had made us rate our experience to five star. Hope youll have more like her so couples can have their massage at the same time.

    Amazing place to rewind and relax after a hectic week.. I had the best experience ever after my visit to Heros Spa.. Eileen was just a perfect therapist. It was nice to see such a professional approach she put in doing the massage, specially when you see so much of hanky panky going around in other places.. :) The energy is just Wowww... One hour spent was like a whole day of relaxation.. It is a must visit place and i can assure there will be no regrets... Thank You...

    We signed up my daughter for swimming classes. After 5 years of very little progress at other established firms, I decided to give this place a go.George is a professional and considerate manger.Emmanuel has a professional, results oriented and focussed swimming teaching approach with clear objectives for each lesson. He communicates the outcomes after each lesson to us and confirms to Zaynab in child friendly easy to understand layman terms.I have no hesitation reccomending this place and particularly Emmanuel to others.Effective, timely, well organised, well experience and hard working staff. We will be continuing with lessons for our son here.

    To make the long story short : if you are done with excuses and need to change your life start the personal training with Emanuel!Well what can I say. I visited this place one late night out of boredom to check it out and I was well welcomed by Mr George and I ended up signing up for private training (very affordable package) with Coach Emanuel which was one of the best decisions I made in 2020!This is a 5 stars hotel so I dont need to highlight the facilities and the hygiene of the place but what I really want to highlight is this is a place youll enter as stranger and leave as a family. Everyone here treats you as a friend with respect and a smile. All professionals with amazing behavior (Emanuel, Kea, Mr. George, ... All) and they know very well what they are doing. I already achieved more than what I was dreaming of and still yet to come! Kudos to Emanuel for motivating me and always pushing me the right amount to achieve more and become stronger. Ill definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!

    They have one of the best swimming pools in the area. The pool is bigger than many. They have always maintained the facility really well, the pool temperature is always controlled well and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Its a place I always love coming back to.     Great atmosphere & perfectly professional staff. I have always been reluctant to visit Spa but thought to give them a try. The therapist Aillene was a professional & knew how to communicate & work on the pressure points.     I’m currently using the gym personal training facility. The trainer Immanuel without doubt is one of the best trainers i’ve seen. He’s always encouraging and always pushes us to do more. He makes sure that we give our hundred percent when at times we feel we cannot. Within the past month i’ve seen significant progress trading under Imannuel. I’m positive that i’ll be swing more progress over the next few months :)

    I have been a member of Heros Club since 2018 and still continue to be a member up to this time. I can say that George, the club manager (who I oftenly called George Clooney) is very accommodating, professional and brilliant. All the staffs are the best when it comes to hospitality service.     After a long time looking for a good place to take swimming classes, I found an offer in crown plaza deira. started my classes there the pool was clean & water was heated 🌡as the weather was 🌬 cold , thanks to Kea the instructor,he was so amazing,patient and communicatif person,he made me overcome all my fear of water and he taught me how to swim from nothing and finally now I can swim like a 🧜‍♀️.I also did a couple of massages there and they were all fantastic thank you Ailene for your good massage and thanks to Mr George for giving me good rates and was supportive  during my swimming classes..Emmanuel, Shambu and to all Heros health club staff who were always friendly and made me feel welcomed all the time.I highly recommend this place.👍👌MAMA AFRICA HEROs team 💪
