    Stayed this week and the hotel and the staff have been excellent. The location is superb with easy access to the rest of Dubai. Staff at the hotel have all been outstanding. Service is second to none with no request being an issue. Any minor issues were sorted very quickly and efficiently. Executive lounge is a must visit. The staff are so friendly and really looked after us. In particular Jane, Nanda and Kumar really looked after us and made our visit very special. The restaurants on site were all excellent with a great variety of international foods. Loved them all. We were in Dubai celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We will definitely book again as soon as we can. Loved it.

    It was Perfect. The Roms was always clean and great. The employes were helpfull,nice and always hard a smile on their face. Enoc is one of the employes I Tempelbergs cause he helped at our departure to put our luggage in the gar and was very friendly. You Can Wassili resch the City centre or the Palmtop from the Hotel and the Beach is Right There. Overall it was the best Hotel I ever stayed in

    I had an amazing time in this place. John from the concierge was very accommodating and had been a wonderful pal throughout our 5 night stay.     Great hotel and we went to almost all the bars and restaurants all of which were fabulous.All staff brilliant. Justice who serviced our room was excellent.The facilities were great as well. We spent most of the day on the beach in effectively a private beach club with its own bar.

    We experienced a lovely day at The Social Bee for afternoon tea on Easter. Charissa, Yin, and Winlet provided 5/5 service with a smile. My daughter recommends the prawn salad mini croissant with yuzu pearls. The chef provided vegan savory and sweet options at my request. This is truly luxury at its best for families, couples, and girls getaways! We highly recommend.

    Excellent rooms, great customer service, and a perfect location at the base of the Palm. Plenty of good restaurants in the hotel and nearby. Comfortable and up to date rooms, mostly with a direct or side water front view. Pretty expensive but it’s Dubai. Nice promenade in the back connecting the hotels and beach clubs. Great area for families.

    I had a very good stay at this hotel! While it may not be a full 5-star experience, it offers solid quality and is definitely worth recommending. The highlight for me was the excellent half-board dinner. The fresh salads were individually dressed, the meat selection was great, and the dishes were truly delicious—especially the butter chicken! The barbecue options were also fantastic, perfectly grilled and full of flavor. I also really enjoyed the variety of hummus, each prepared differently and all tasting amazing.That being said, the service still has some room for improvement. While the staff was generally friendly, there were moments where things felt a bit unorganized or slow. With a little more attention to detail, the experience could be even better.Overall, a strong 4-star stay with outstanding food and good overall quality!

    Our second trip to this wonderful hotel.We have a 4.5 year old and it’s been amazing to see him utilise the kids facilities by the kids pool, play park and kids club during the periods of hot, hot sunshine.The hotel is as lovely as the first time we visited two years ago. The location is brilliant as is the service from all of the staff. Extra shout out to the beautiful Brenda at the pool area for always greeting us with a smile and a willingness to help. As well as the staff at breakfast who work unbelievably hard and are always there to help when you need it.A wonderful hotel for families, couples and partners alike.

    The hotel is stunning and is in a great location. The hotel’s rooms are elevated and well designed. I enjoyed my dinner at Barfly on the rooftop with expansive views and left my spa treatment so refreshed and relaxed. After a 14 hour flight, I was feeling really tired and my spa specialist Mina welcomedme with so much kindness. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and highly recommend!

    I had an incredible stay at this hotel, and one of the biggest highlights was the housekeeping—especially Fitri. She is absolutely amazing! Every day, she went the extra mile: folding clothes I’d left on the floor, tidying up my things, and leaving the room looking perfectly organized. Her attention to detail and care really made my stay feel extra special.Another standout was the breakfast buffet—seriously impressive. They had a wide variety of options, including Indian breakfast dishes, a live egg bar, and even chia seed pudding!     We’ve just returned from a fabulous stay at The Hilton Palm Jumeriah.The hotel staff could not do enough for us and made our 10 night stay so very enjoyable. Our room with fabulous balcony views over West Beach isIn such a great convenient location and just across the road from the Golden Mile Galleria.We had visited last year and had great stay so hence our return and this time we came across many familiar staff faces which was reassuring. And we were delighted to know how well they are looked after by the management. They are a credit to the hotel and we’d like to shout out to a few of them we came across during this stay.Noerina in the exec lounge was super at making our stay so special. She was interested in hearing of our feedback and experience especially as she knew we’d stayed the same time in the previous year. Her wonderful treats were a surprise and made our experience even more special.The boys and girls in the exec lounge at breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks were so attentive and so very welcoming.Soumen and Mansing served you drinks with a friendly banter and ensured your glass was never empty!Martha and Jane were cheery and happily dealt with any request with a cheery smile.Hassan at the pool was always there to ensure we could get a great sunbed for the day and managed the safety in the pool area with calmness and efficiency.As we left we regrettably, and the only issue we encountered during our stay, had a delay with our final billing and Allen was fabulous with managing our chauffeur and ensuring our luggage was dealt with whilst we were dealing with the reception desk!And least not forget the wonderful housekeeping team again for their cheery smiles and attentive service. You are amazing.Thank you to all your staff at the hotel and we look forward to returning again next year.

    Everything was great! Lovely and clean space from Sabina with extra care and amenities for my baby (bath bath, ducky toy, cot etc.).     The hotel is beautiful with a very luxurious feel. The marble flooring, tasteful decor and attentive staff make this a great place to stay.Hasnat and Sunanda did a fantastic job of cleaning our room and making sure we were well looked after. They are delightful young men, very polite and conscientious.Noermina on the Customer Service desk was a wonderful lady, extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.There are numerous restaurants on site to cater for multiple tastes - healthy food options exist in all eating establishments.The beach arrangements are excellent, with plenty of sunbeds, (free) cabanas, towels, water along with table service.Locally, the Nakheel Mall is 10 minutes walk away, the monorail is close by, there are numerous cafes, supermarkets and restaurants, nightclubs and other facilities.This is a great hotel in a great location with exceptional staff.

    A truly amazing experience.From arrival and throughout our stay the service from all staff was exceptional. We had Executive Club access which I would highly recommend.     Shyam and Komal did a very great job cleaning our room. Very friendly and accommodating to our needs.My wife and I got massages and facials from Tira at the Eforea. She used the perfect pressure to relieve the tension all over our bodies. I felt so relaxed I actually fell asleep. We will definitely book her again if we stay at the Hilton again.

    Excellent house cleaning by Matilda and Suman and Jovyln. They were outstanding! They were personality plus and made me feel so at home.     Really nice room! We had a suite with 1 bedroom. Very spacious and great balcony with a sunbed as well.It’s a really large hotel, lots of rooms so it’s massive. That’s not really my kind of thing. Because of this en the half board option the restaurants aren’t the standard that I’m used to in smaller 5 star hotels. Nice staff, clean hotel. Thank you for our pleasant stay.Please don’t let the security man wear black suits outside! It’s way to hot. I really felt sorry for him. You could tell he wasn’t comfortable.

    Social Bee is one of the Best Afternoon Teas in Dubai! I surprised my Daughter with their Bee-themed Afternoon Tea and we had the most wonderful time! Yoon and Elia were the sweetest!     I was invited in this hotel specifically in the Mcgettigans, the place has an amazing ambiance and full of accommodating staff specially Annabel and Harry that assisted me all throughout my experience and made sure that I was comfortable. Not only the place is so welcoming, the staff also presents them self well, which reflects the service that they are giving to the customers. All in all, it was one of the best hotels that I have ever been to, and I hope to come back again in the future.

    I came here with a friend from Italy and since am a Diamond member the receptionist upgraded both of us on a corner suite...amazing rooms 214 and 414 (please see pictures attached).I came here before because in my opinion they have the best buffet breakfast you could imagine. The lounge on the top floor is also a good option for breakfast or snacks during the day.Located on the west side of the Palm you have the beautiful view of the Skyline and the beach is just amazing.I love the walk up and down along the beach.Definitely I will go back next time in Dubai!!

    Hotel is in a great location. Restaurants are really good, I’d recommend using either the half board or full board options to make the most of it.The rooms were spacious with and we had a pretty good view.     I had an excellent experience at Claw BBQ, thanks to Gloria’s outstanding service! She was not only attentive and friendly but also spot-on with her recommendations. We had the cornbread, ribs, chicken strips and corn on the Cobb. I left completely satisfied and impressed with her professionalism.     Great hotel, we have stayed there for 3 nights. Friendly stuff and buffet is amazing with great variety of different food. Very spacious also. As almost 2 full days our room wasn’t cleaned i wish that front desk is more trained to apologize and more attentive towards guest needs specially in this cases. Anyhow would recommend it.

    The hotel is amazing, it’s gorgeous on the outside and spacious on the inside. Marble floors, tourist accommodating treatment, and personable staff make for a luxurious and catering experience. Everything you need is nearby or within the hotel. They have gift shops, hygiene essentials, a fitness center, spa room, and accessories to completely carry you through your stay. My only reservation on giving 5 stars for the location is out of the hotel’s control. The round about driving is a bit of a drag on arrival times especially when you need to be early/on time for meetings of business. Hotel staff is always ready to help, assist, and support your concerns, transactions, and stay.

    We had a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel! The design is beautiful and elegant, everything is an a very high level. The staff was extremely friendly and supportive, especially Enoc and Safaa who I could have a nice conversation with. The hotel has a few restaurants, each unique and tasty. The main restaurant always had a great buffet, everything was delicious, especially the desserts. The pool is also a lot of fun. I can absolutely recommend a stay there and hope that I will be able to come back one day.

    Our stay at Hilton hotel was amazing! The hotel is beautiful with a perfect location on the palm by the beach with a big pool. There is a shopping center 10 min walk.     The room was so clean and anytime you needed something all you did was push a button and someone came to your room. The breakfast is incredible like no other place you will have stayed. Staff are very helpful and polite particularly Sagyani and Bikashs.The rooms are cleaned immaculately and very quickly after turning the light on to request the room be cleaned. Hotel breakfast is plentiful with loads of choice. The only downside is there is just one large long pool but this has still been lovely and has a swim up bar. All the restaurants are lovely.     We had an amazing time staying here for a vacation. Overall, I give this hotel 5 stars.Pros:- The staff was nothing short of perfect. We received excellent customer service and were always greeted with a smile and respect.- The cleanliness of the hotel was second-to-none. There was always someone cleaning floors and the grounds.- The location is perfect! It is right on the beach and there is plenty to do within walking distance.- There are several restaurants located inside the hotel. All of them are excellent.- The Executive Lounge offered an excellent breakfast, happy hour, and snacks.- Everyone seemed to go out of their way to ensure our stay was as wed hoped it to be.- The Wifi was excellent, and we had a strong signal regardless of where we were on the property.Things to keep in mind:- The surrounding hotels play loud music at night - especially on the weekends. While the glass in the rooms is thick and well insulated, it can still be heard (the music usually ends by around 2am)- We had a couple of issues with housekeeping - namely we werent given new water glasses daily and sometimes our used towels and washcloths were collected but not replaced (both of these issues were rectified immediately once we called to the front desk)- If you are planning things to do in Dubai, it can be a lengthy taxi ride (it takes almost an hour to drive into the city from the palm).Thank you, Hilton, it was an absolutely beautiful hotel, and we cant wait to come back!

    We arrived in an early flight and our rooms were not ready and children wanted to go down to pool area. We had no towels without room cards as that was still being sorted. The sweet lady Brenda at the pool area on the towel desk was so helpful. She made sure we had towels and found beds and was wonderful with the children. For a first day when you’re not sure what’s what and how things go, Brenda really made us feel at home.     We loved our stay at the Hilton. The staff were super friendly and helpful.We arrived early hours of the morning, the staff were very accommodating in allowing us to check in early. We were offered complimentary breakfast whilst our room was getting ready and luggage transferred.Valet parking is very handy, park at the front of the hotel, the staff take your car in and bring it to you when you need it. Free parking service.The hotel is quite modern, opened 2 years ago, very spacious. The suite was super spacious, with 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms. Super comfortable bed. Super clean.WiFi (free) is all over the hotel wherever you go, signal does not lose out .The pool area is very clean.The main restaurant (Mawsem) offers great buffet choices, breakfast is best. Lunch and dinner have great varieties and daily changes.My only point about the hotel is the half-board option, although you have the flexibility to use it for lunch / dinner, any restaurant, drinks are extra which is understandable but even water. If you add the beverage package, it’s quite expensive and you have a set menu, and can only be consumed during meal times.

    Amazing service from all staff here cannot fault a single thing. Enoc from the front of house was amazing with us, arranging cars for us everyday and nothing was too much trouble. He remembered us by name everyday we saw him, he is a credit to the Hilton. The housekeeping were faultless and left little treats for our little girl which was lovely.

    There are many good things to say about Hilton The Palm. Location very good (except for long detour when driving into main land). Guest Service tries hard to comfort guest (thank you Alyssa), Housekeeping is very efficient (thanks Sazib & others) and restaurant staff very attentive (thank you Kit & others). Free drinking water on the beach is a great idea. The paved West Beach stretch is a fantastic place for morning & evening walks. Generally, area is very quiet during Ramadan.Other information / areas for improvements: Many Russian-speaking guests which can be crowding. Rooms are not 100% soundproof. Women complained about untidiness of pool toilets and missing soap despite repeating notifications of hotel staff.

    Beautiful clean hotel situated just right on the Palm. Quiet and chilled compared to next door at the Five(party hotel). Nice restaurants and mostly great service. I had one not so good service at the Mowslem one evening but the manager rectified and was very apologetic. Brenda and Hamed by poolside towels have been particularly helpful, and friendly, making sure we had ice cold water by pool and dry towels when needed and Always with a smile

    Stayed for 12 nights at the start of Feb and can’t fault a thing. The hotel is so clean, the staff are so friendly and work so hard to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Our room was spacious and kept immaculately tidy by Norias. The hostesses at Mowseem always made us feel welcome and all the chefs were friendly and accommodating to any request. Great selection of food at breakfast, loved all the details from the selection of juices to the fresh honeycomb. The evening buffet as well has something for everyone and the desserts are just incredible, individual works or art. I will definitely be back and I can’t wait.

    The person who was in charge with our room, was very nice and punctual, and regarding to our demands he was always here for us. The only inconvinience was the temperature in the rooms. It was very cold and no one could solve our problem, but in the end we managed to get it through. All in all, our stay here was an amazing experience and I recommend it.

    I visited McGettigan’s in the Hilton hotel and it was absolutely brilliant! It was “Ladies Night” as it was Wednesday so I had 3 drinks for only 50 dirham!Lee Wall was playing and he really made the night for everyone. Such an excellent voice and natural ability to keep the crowd! A true gem.

    Beautiful hotel and rooms, with many dining and drinking options. Trader Viks restaurant was definitely a highlight. Everywhere and everything was clean and well presented. We loved the pool area with swim up bar. Beach access with loads of loungers. Building work both in the hotel and across the water during our stay caused some noise disruption but was a minor issue. All the staff work hard to give you the best experience and make sure everything is taken care of for you, especially Justice in housekeeping who went above and beyond to look after us. We had executive lounge access which was fantastic, if a little limited in food options.

The perfect combination of proximity to the city and a nice sandy beach as well as the excellent price-performance ratio convinced us.We were pampered from arrival to departure.
