We had the most incredible experience at Pause Spa! We tried the “To the Stars” couple massage 60 minutes of pure bliss in the cozy VIP room. Everything felt so luxurious and calming. The ambiance was dreamy, the therapists were amazing, and the amenities? Absolutely next level. Think plush robes, soothing aromas, and a serene atmosphere that instantly melts away stress. We left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and totally pampered. Highly recommend if you’re looking to reconnect and indulge in something truly special together!

I did THE ORIENTAL DELIGHTS HammamIt was one of the best experiences I had in my lifeexperience it’s a one-hour hour treatment that will cost you around AED 400,The experience with a vigorous kessa glove exfoliation and eucalyptus to eliminate toxins and impurities. The Rhassoul mask recharges and deeply cleanses dull skin.

It’s a fantastic experience, I have tried many spa before but such Pause did not find, so warm welcome and my therapist Sharmin was amazing and very understandable and professional, smiling, offered a green team after session, thanks Sharmin and great staff since in till out, keep it up
