I came here for the massage and tea package. It was a dream. My massage by Arin was wonderful. She was thoughtful and provided a great massage. I chose to spend the majority of my time before our tea reservation at the spas outdoor pool. It was picturesque, relaxing, and fun...all the vibes!! The High Tea service was downstairs on the hotel. The tea and food were lovely. And as always, the service was impeccable.I highly recommend the Raffles Spa and if they still have it the spa and tea special.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Aroma Touch treatment at Raffles Salon, and it was truly rejuvenating. The welcome drink set a relaxing tone right from the start.The treatment room was a sanctuary of serenity, filled with the soothing sounds of a fountain and forest ambiance. As the treatment began, I felt transported to a lush green forest, surrounded by the rhythmic melodies of nature.A special shoutout to my therapist, Arin, who focused on my pressure points with great care, ensuring minimal discomfort throughout the session. The highlight? The warm eye towel and heated towel on my feet—pure bliss! And just when I thought it couldnt get better, the post-treatment tea provided the perfect finishing touch, leaving me completely refreshed and pain-free.Will I go again? ABSOLUTELY!

Thank you to the amazing experience (20 years !) of the wonderful Arini, who fixed my unmoving, stiff neck with an expert treatment, having slept on all the wrong (too large) pillows at various hotels for the past seven weeks. Tremendous skill, calm and gracious and professional manner, exactly what I needed. I highly recommend a session with Arini. Thank you Arini, and all the best !

It was a wonderful experience. The technician was very nice and helpful in insuring that I was comfortable and relaxed. Clean environment great message scents to ease your mind. The 4 stars is because I did not receive a robe like the rest of my party to fully enjoy the tea time. I would still highly recommend and will return again.

This spa is just what I needed during my holiday. It was so luxurious, clean and comfortable. Every detail was so important. My therapist Arini was kind and knew exactly how to get my knots out. I am so thankful I came here. Coming again soon! :)

Lovely SPA with a lots of wood in the interior. Hopefully will remain the same style. With treatments get pool access. Very comfortable massage beds and spa linen. Some therapists extremely good. Always clean

Visited the Raffles Spa during my visit to Dubai. I made reservations for the Romantic Retreat for my gf and I. The service was outstanding, and the package was worth it. I was just happy to spend time with habibti🥰 as she enjoyed it especially. Both massause were polite and catering, and the massages were amazing! I will recommend any of my friends to make a reservation in the future. Thank you so much❤

I went here for a massage and afternoon tea package with girlfriends. The facilities were great and the staff were all incredibly nice and accommodating. We also used the pool area and swim up bar, as well as indoor jacuzzi. And the massage was heavenly! I will definitely be back again!

Absolutely phenomenal massage and facilities. The best part is that the masseuse works to relieve tension in the areas of your back/neck that you have the most. I also really enjoyed the pool ☺️
