Our couple massage experience at Saray Spa, Marriott the Palm, was amazing! From the moment we arrived, Rakesh and Daisy at the reception welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home.Gracie and Wayan, our therapists, were absolutely exceptional. They were attentive to our needs and ensured every part of the massage was both relaxing and therapeutic.The ambiance of Saray Spa is luxurious yet calming, creating an oasis of tranquility that made it easy to unwind.We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend Saray Spa for anyone seeking a premium couple massage experience!

I have recently used the Saray Spa with my mother for massage and wellness facilities and can really recommend it. The hotel is new and so is the spa, which means the changing rooms, showers, jacuzzi and saunas are in pristine conditions. The spa is fairly priced - on par or lower compared to similar hotel spa in the Palm, making it a great price/value ratio.We tried the Floral Massage and About You and can recommend both. During my second visit, the therapist Rukesh (might be misspelling his name - if so, apologies!) was amazing. I have a chronic pain in my left shoulder and asked him to focus on that area. He was able to address my pain by targeted pressure massage and mild stretching and I was leaving with quite relaxed shoulder, which was amazing. I appreciate that he was able to accommodate my request instead of just following some one-size-fits-all instructions about massaging customers and really provided the relief I was seeking. I will definitely have this spa on my list of visit again!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Naturally Authentic Hammam treatment at Saray Spa, and it was truly transformative. The atmosphere was serene and welcoming, making it the perfect escape from daily stress. The treatment itself was exceptional—revitalizing and deeply relaxing.A special thank you to Ilga Skerskane, the spa manager, for her attentive service and dedication to creating such a wonderful experience. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Highly recommend Saray Spa for anyone looking to unwind and indulge in self-care!

We had the most relaxing massages from Rekesh and Binu. We wanted to stay on the tables forever. Added to that, the luxurious pampering from our first step into the spa to our very last step out was accompanied by the attentive pair who anticipated our every need and more. Cant wait to go back!

The Saray Spa is one of the best experiences everyone should have in the area . The therapists and the staff are friendly and kind.I had several treatments and my favorite was Dian and Wayan. I would suggest it without any issues.

I had the privelage of winning an amazing prize, which included a facial and full body massage. The facilities were lovely, the staff were beyond friendly and knowledgeable. I especially want to thank Binu for making my experience extra special after learning that it was my birthday also.
