Absolutely relaxing massage they are doing with hot aromatherapy oil in the a little dark room with light relaxation music coming from the ceiling. The room temperature is moderate and adjusted , the therapist is very friendly and helpful.Hotel facilities are very clean , neat and useful for their customers.Steam room , sauna, shower, WC, swimming pool and locker room facilities are well designed.There is valet parking facility as well.Quality Matters: There is only one room for male and one room for female. The third person has to wait for his/her turn.It cost for time wasting if you are coming with your friends of 3.Welcome drink glasses are made in plastic material (could be glass cup better to serve). The sauna/steam room hall way (close to WC and shower cabinets) there could be automatic odour spray to keep the area refresh with nice smells.Could be a pair of sponge slippers with the hotels logo for the users of sauna/steam/swimming facilities to prevent our feet from skiding.Poolside shower head is not properly running water. And some of the shower heads are clogged. Must be fixed and clean periodically.I would notably thank to Mr Sunil about his best message service.Appreciate for your hospitality and kindness and hope would like to expect the minus issues to be rectified and to be done the needful. On a long layover at Dubai Airport. Paid £18 for a day pass to use the gym, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. Then treated myself to a deep tissue massage which was 50% off through the day pass - £32 for 60 minutes. Sunil was fantastic and clearly knew what he was doing - my body feels great today! To get to Flora Inn Hotel, take the Metro (£1.30) and get off at the first stop - GGICO. From there it’s a 5 minute walk. For the return to the airport I ordered a taxi through the app Careem (Halla). This only cost £3. Great place to spend a few hours if you’re in Dubai on a layover.

Kalpana was absolutely amazing. Ive been before but the therapist hasnt been as good as kalpana. Its one of the best massages Ive ever had. She deserves a payrise and a bonus. I will book again just for her!

His technique and experience makes him one of the best therapist I came across in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. My husband and I got a couple massage and it was AMAIZING. From the.moment we step foot into the spa we were in a different world. The receptionist was friendly and quick. Everything was clean and well.maintain, the towels were soft. The massage was really good and high quality, I felt like.a million dollar after that 😁 after the massage we had tea in the same quiet atmosphere. we didnt felt rush to leave the room after the massage, we took our time. My wife and I booked a treatment at soul senses spa; I will try to put a brief review below.1. Location:It is opposite to Ibn-e-batuta Mall in a hotel called OAKS. As you approach south towards the end of the road keep an eye on a side road which is entrance to Oaks hotel. You will enter and use the self parking basement 2 to park. Take the elevator and head to 8th floor. The spa is next to Gym and Swimming Pool.2. Reception:2 X professionally trained greeters received us, knew our name and booking details (anticipation points 10/10) and guided us to their menu to chose from.3. Before we entered the main spa, we were given hotel like slippers so that the outdoor dust does not go into the spa with our shoes.4. The fragrance was pleasant and welcoming whilst the music selection was very new and calming.5. The treatment rooms were nice, clean and comfortable.6. The treatment was conducted by professionally trained therapists and wed give them 10/10.7. Price wise its in the affordable range however, for the quality of the place I think its very reasonably priced.

She worked on my leg, gradually increasing the intensity of the massage and the stretches, which helped me regain muscle flexibility and strength. I continue to get the treatment done from her 2-3 per week and am seeing good progress.Alem provides personalised attention and makes sincere efforts in the well-being of her customers. After a long flight, the massage and spa service really helped a lot to continue the journey. Good service and reasonable price. The reception will get the phone call kindly. Special thanks to Sujith, he’s a good masseuse.When passing through Dubai, its a good place to stop by and take a sauna and get a massage. I paid 133 dirhams and used the 1-hour massage + sauna + shower facilities.
