    We have been visiting Soul senses spa for almost more than 2 years. But my visit to this branch was first time. Have seen the signage lot of times but visiting it really elevated my expectation. Its a vast Spa, extremely clean and hygienic. The entrance is very welcoming and reception area is beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and they support your queries. They show you better options according to your body issues. The massage options are really good and you can also buy Groupon vouchers for the same. There are separate male and female sections. Theere are single and couple rooms and the therapists are highly professional and trained. Every therapist is trained to act according to the standards. The massage rooms are totally hygienic and splendid and relaxing. The massages are much better at the other branches but this ones better too. Also, dont forget to end your massage with some nice green tea or lemon tea. Honest review.overall must visit.PS- Not a sponsored review.

    I have been to Soul Senses Spa in Bur Dubai. I have taken their Deep Tissue Massage. The place is neat and the lady at the reception was very professional and polite. Although the couple massage room was quite small, it was very clean. The therapists are well trained, well mannered. My therapist was a girl from Thailand and she was taught well and knew exactly how to relax my shoulder and upper back which were quite sore. After the massage, both my upper back and shoulders felt rejuvenated and Pain free.     I love massage in that place. Going there not for the first time, tried alost all masseuses, but Sharda is the best according to my personal preferences. The customer service is on top, very polite, highly trained personnel, you feel like in a Palace treated like a Princess. The facilities are well-maintaned. The Moroccan Bath itself was an absolute treat for the senses. The scrub left my skin feeling incredibly soft, while the steamy, aromatic atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and helped me to unwind and forget about any stress or tension I had been carrying. Rinees skilled hands and gentle touch added an extra layer of bliss to the entire experience.

    Its been a while since my last spa visit and u must say they have the best massage service - authenticity is their selling point and it was the first time for me to get a hard massage where I didnt feel like I got our of a boxing ring after an hour of massage.My therapist was a Thai lady, just missed getting her name but for sure everyone else in the spa were as good as her.I shall go back and bring my girlfriends so we can have our bonding sesh through massage 😊

Now the one who is exceptionally good is Kanchan(Nana) she is like a jewel in the crown.     As always I am a loyal client of Soul Senses Spa & Wellness and my main location to go to is their main branch at Bur Dubai.Last night me and my partner went before 1030pm to get our Swedish massage for an hour. Rinee was my therapist and she did good, however, she missed a lot of parts unlike the previous masseur who did the same massage last 2 or 3 weeks ago. When the massage was about to end, she did not complete the 1hr massage as I always look at the time.My partners masseur named Perry (lady) was still doing the massage (while I watch & wait for Rinee to get the hot towel) and even stretched his body before properly ending it. So I did my own stretching, and Perry seeing it asked me if I she can do it for me and I greed.Perry really made my session worth it due to the stretching my body needed.In conclusion, Rinee did good but she mus do better like Perry did. Im still a loyal customer and just wanted you guys to know that I felt sad and somewhat disappointed that treatments seemed different even for a couple and incomplete.

    WARNING: LONG THREAD OF REVIEW.This is now my favorite Spa place. Yesterday at 1030pm, me and my partner went for the Entertainer App promo of 2for1 promo and we took the 60 minutes Deep Tissue massage (my choice 😁). As it has been years since I had this massage as we used to be a dragon boat paddler, and the Entertainer really helped.1) At the entrance door you have to remove your shoes and a rack on your right side is provided. There you can find empty trays with hotel-like disposable slippers to wear while you are in the facility. ☑COVID-19 safety2) Reception area-an Indian lady (sorry forgot her name) greeted us, reconfirmed our booking and presented us the form to sign. The pen being used is a new one (sanitized), and on the counter you will find another box that are used pens labeled as (USED PENS) which translates to not allowed to use. She also reconfirmed the form if I read it correctly and if my health was okay. Moreover, she then asked if i have any heart or other health problems that they may need before the session begins. ☑HEALTH IS WEALTH3) Therapists (Eli and Arisa) - both from Thailand. Eli was my therapist and she asked me if I was ready to start, she also asked which body parts should she focus more to reduce the pain and last she said that she will start from moderate to heavy. If needed, i can tell her what i prefer and she will follow. They started by damping a warm towel on the sole of our feet and it felt good. To be honest, she did EXCEPTIONALLY WELL from head to toe - i was happy that she gave time towards massaging my scalp even having braids on (trust me not all Therapists does that, and I know they are probably shy or afraid that they might ruin it)! I have tons of great words but it will be a lot of space to take. 😁 Meanwhile, Arisa (52), who is shorter than Eli and I, partnered with my man who is 510 with a medium built did not expect this therapy - neither did I. ✌🏼 She managed to carry him from her back (my man on her folded knees while his back facing Arisa), swayed him sideways and all i can see/hear are his bones cracking - but relieved afterwards (felt the same way with Eli). Arisa was quiet during the session but oh my, she did FANTASTIC. ELI even asked if we wanted the Body Oils to be removed from our body or not - of course not! I want to feel it - doesnt smell bad. Gave us instructions when is the best time to remove the oil as well. ☑ABOVE-EXPECTATIONS!4) Location - same building of Emirates Islamic Bank at Bank Street Bur Dubai, you can find parking at the back. Not sure if they have basement though. Skeptical if we were at the right place, but once you enter you will see their signage if you look up towards the middle 1st floor. It would be best if they had a signage on the ground, but location is not bad - just dont come during ruah hours as this area gets jammed-up.5) Service and Services - they have tons of massage services and facials. To be honest they are really good in what they do. Prices are not that expensive especially that they provide good promotions monthly. When it comes to service, before and after care are both AMAZING, you will also get a free tea at the end or drink that matches your services.Soul Senses Spa & Wellness have been in the industry for 9 years and this is their main branch. They also have salons and branches in Abu Dhabi. The last booking they accept is 1030pm if you will not go for 2hours, and 10pm if you wish to have a 2hour massage.c ☑HISTORY-SPEAKSWELLYou have to visit and you will not regret it!!!PS: Dont worry, we gave both our Therapists some good tip to go home that evening.

    My wife and I started doing a massage regularly at Soul Senses at the Aviation Club. My wife used to go there before when it was the Akaru Spa. Very relaxing environment. Reception is very cordial and the masseuse is very good. The changing rooms have become mediocre and lack some basic necessities such as deodorants, body cream, powder, shaving material. Towels are not readily available in the changing rooms. On one occasion the drainage in the shower cubicle my wife was using was not draining and on another occasion the shower was not working at all. An upgrade of the changing rooms is needed to bring it at par with the luxury spas.

    A visit to the Spa should make us feel calm n de-stressed, this is what my experience was when visited you guys at the Barsha branch.After having an exhausting trip, i was looking for inner peace, serene ambience with extremely soft spoken staff and a magic touch that takes away all my stress n exhaustion. And to my astonishment I got more than this at Soul Senses Spa since the massage was so relaxing that I took a quick nap, the background music made me feel like heaven and the room temperature was just perfect that made me dose off. 😇😴💕Towards the end i was offered tea at the reception and had a good chat with the friendly staff. They ensured that our chat dint disturb any of the customers as well as I was attended well.Finally, it was time to say good bye but with a promise to be back again soon😍😍👍

    We have been looking for a very good spa and massage everywhere and even tried 5* hotels but Soul Senses Spa has definitely passed our expectations. Our therapists Eyey and Mickey are both professional, and experts on what they do. The traditional Thai and Swedish massage are worth every dirham. Only thing I think they can improve is the friendliness and hospitality of the person assisting you to book over the phone. But overall, we are very satisfied customers and will definitely come back!!

    I have had several massages, even at really expensive spas while on vacation to Dubai, but the ones Ive gotten at Soul Senses Spa have been the BEST, I had osum experience with Thai Massage. Frendly and smooth operations & a Perfect atmosphere. I had an actual out-of-body experience. It was the most relaxed state Ive ever been in. If youre carrying around stress, like I do on my vacation or frequent business trip. Theyll get you back to a stress-free state, just like they did for me, Give them a try. You will not be disappointed! I wish I could score them for valuable experience therapist. Id easily score my massages 5star!     I am lover of massage. I love Thai massage and Deep tissue MassageSoul Senses Spa is near to my place.Location is very good.     I have been to Soul Senses Spa in Jumeirah Creekside Hotel several times and the experience has always been consistently fantastic. The reception is very cordial and helpful. Washroom and other amenities could have been better. Therapists are well trained and it will for sure relieve you of all your stress. Location as such is very convenient too. Overall a good and pleasent experience is guaranteed.

    The spa is serene and the girls are total gems. Rubia at the reception is very warm and welcoming and Ekka gives the best massage and facial I have ever had. She is very kind and professional. Definitely a must try for anyone considering it.

    Soul Senses Al Barsha is the perfect place for a massage. A neat and clean place good for families and very skilled staff. The Team of Sarika and Farhin manage it so well and take personal interest in the clients welfare and matching their needs with the most appropriate therapist. I would highly recommend the place which I have been frequenting past few years. Keep up the good work !!

    I visited the Soul senses facility located in Jumeirah Creek side facility a few days ago . As a location its easy to access and park .What however stands out is the service standards of the Branch Manager of the Spa and the spa assistant who did my treatment .Highly commend the talent you have in hand. made my experience so very worthwhile , that I signed up for a series of sessions at this spa .

    So I went to Soul Senses & Spa on 4th September as i booked my Thai Massage via the Vaasara app which was extremely convenient & efficient 🙏😇I must say my customer experience with this centre was very good. I have to confess Im bad with GPS as many times its unreliable thus at this instance, I lost my way in the busy Bur Dubai, bank street area - the location of this centre. But I must say my worries were soon gone away the moment centers manager started directing me towards the right way. Ms. Mecca Stuki herself assisted me until I reached the centre safely👩‍💼 which was extremely kind of her & a very important first impression for a customer anywhere specially like me to make sure I come back again. So 👍👍 on this rightaway:)Secondly as I stepped in Soul Senses I felt transported to a different place altogether like a serene place in Bali or meditation centre 🧘‍♀️ it was sooo beautiful & tranquil & soothing music. My massage therapist was Nina👩, an extremely beautiful, patient & friendly human being who made sure I was ready for my massage in all aspects. Even in between the session she kept asking me if the pressure was, oil was ok, no pain etc. It was a very relaxing massage where I even snoozed for few mns😌😴 🤭🤫Post massage, Ms. Mecca Stuki was kind enough to treat me to their healthy in - house tea & snacks like fresh green tea,  ginger tea, detox drinks🥒🍏🍉 & other healthy concoctions alongwith their fruit salad🍉🍎🍏🍐🍑🍒🍊🍌 made exclusively by Nina 🙂😙 Ms. Stuki then took me on their centre tour showing me their massage rooms, & other services they offer like manicure, pedicure, foot spa services, Moroccan hamam etc.. & explaining their inception since 2012 & expanding to other emirares soon. I was in awe with their services & the fact they cater not only to single customers but kids & couples simultaneously too 😇😇So in short my experience was beautiful from A to Z where I was taken care of all my needs like a princess👸 & certainly I will be coming back to my royal massage service soon😎😍

    Good experience. Unlike most of the spas in Dubai, they are professionals. Nice ambience, music and massage. However if you are looking for happy ending also, then I wouldnt recommend this place. Otherwise its a soothing experience.

    Let me begin by saying the staff here go above and beyond when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene !It is definitely reassuring !From sanitized pens , to sealed packed lining for the massage table and mask and sanitizers provided at the very entrance.The deep tissue massage really exceeded my expectations.The massage therapist Kadak from Indonesia was professional at all times and adhered to all the hygiene protocols.

    Albarsha 1 Branch: My friend and me had opted for the Moroccan bath. It was our first time and it was done very professionally. Manita did a splendid job as it was relaxing and at the same time fulfilling. They are also available on Entertainer and we availed our 2 for 1 at the spa. Highly recommended.

    Great had a Moroccan Bath for the first time and came out feeling clean and refreshed. I was worried the steam we be too hot but not the case. Friendly staff, close to the metro, and several locations. Ill be recommending to all my expat friends.

    I came along with my partner as couple massage and the service so great! The Thai lady who did for me her hands so perfect! So gentle and feel so comfortable, the ambiance smell of a perfect aroma! That u can feel goodness in health and in ur mind. In short!! So relaxing deep from ur body and soul! Thanks alot!
