Soul Senses Spa is a great Spa! My therapist Rena did an amazing job! She was able to hit the trauma parts and was able to help release tension. I dont want to get out of bed after a soothing Balinese massage. The receptionist, Diane is also very accommodating and polite. This spa is 1000% recommended. Life changing!

Did moroccan bath with Shruti and it was amazing! Not the first time I did this procedure with them and its always a great experience. Amazing experience, I came with my wife and we were treated like king and queen we had a duo massage.All in all a great massage, Shruti and Rena are the best they make you feel at ease, i received a nice balinese massage and it made me feel reborn again.We were given nice warm tea and nuts at the end, i also asked for a nice cold bottle of water which they gave without a hassle.Definitely will come again.

Great experience and thoroughly thought through amenities and experiences.I booked a hot oil massage with Moroccan bath. I first had the hamam experience and it was worth it, you first get the standard scrub but what stood out was the exfoliating scrub with a body mask. The massage was professional, she knew what she was doing with the right pressure & technique. Overall great experience!

A lovely service! The only con is the music should be in the rooms not just in the receptions, otherwise a fantastic massage! A massive thank you to Desa and Lia For a fantastic couples massage.

I came last minuet in the evening and the male manager (I am not sure what his name was) was so accommodating. I book for a 60 minuet Swedish massage and Moroccan bath my therapist was shruh, she needs a promotion of some type , when I tell you guys she was so sweet and took her time she made sure I was well taken care of and comfortable . Such a great experience! We booked a treatment especially for couples for 499 AED for 60 minutes. We booked it via WhatsApp, very good communication. We arrived 15 minutes earlier and the men at the reception of the Spa were SO nice and kind. We got some ginger tea and it tasted really good. Overall Soul & Senses have good therapists, however this branch needs more supervision to keep a constent quality in terms of the ambiance and service.Among the therapists, Kat is the best one for massage, I would not suggest Seruthi for several reasons (like finishing the massage earlier than expected, unbalanced pressure etc).Nevertheless it was overall ok, but if you have a chance you can try other branches.

We took the Thai aroma combination massage along with the VIP subscription and boy it was good value for money. Shelton at the front desk and the lady with him (dont remember her name) were quite helpful and answered all our questions. Then the massage itself, for the VIP value package of 315 dhs for us, the couple, it was thorough, well executed and great value for money. Amy and Maya were great masseuses and loved their professionalism. Highly recommend it. We will be returning customers.
