    My massage with Elis was amazing. She was skilled to address my areas of need, and then made sure I had access to the shower with everything I needed to go about my day. I’ll be back to see her again - maybe for 90 minutes instead of 60 - I didn’t want it to end.

    Thank you Lia and Horam who did an amazing couples massage - we had a lovely massage the first time with Lia and (sorry didn’t get the name of the second masseuse) also thanks to the front desk of the spa who helped us get another booking in before we left - it was so great that we just had to come back again! We did Balinese the first time which kneaded out all our knots and stresses, then aromatherapy the second time which was wonderful. Highly recommend!

    I’m very happy with my experience in Souls Senses NH Collection The Palm Dubai. The service was so professional and Edward took a good care of me. My Balinese massage therapist was called Lia and she was outstanding, took so much time on my back where I had knots formed due to my work. I definitely recommend to come to this spa.     On Friday May 10th I tried for the first time a massage at this SPA situated on the M floor in the NH hotel Palm Jumeirah West beach.I opted for the 60 minutes Balinese massage and really enjoyed it very much. With a Groupon voucher it costed me 200 AED for an excellent massage. Great recommendation because it is good value for money in a clean room with pleasant relaxing music. At the end of the massage they served me a delicious ginger tea with lemon and honey.

    We had a wonderful experience at this massage place. Our therapists, Ayu and Chanta, were excellent, and the treatment was of very high quality. The atmosphere was harmonious and relaxing, with soothing music at just the right volume—so relaxing that my husband even dozed off! It was also great that we could have the treatment at the same time, with massage tables side by side. Recommend!

Edward at the front desk welcomed us warmly and explained the differences between the options we had.We went with the Balinese massage, which seemed to be ideal for what we were looking for i.e. not too hard like a Deep Tissue massage but not too soft, either.Our masseuses Lia and Nonny DEFINITELY gave us exactly what we needed! They made sure to ask us throughout the session if the pressure was okay and even removed some stubborn knots we had.Post-massage ginger tea was delightful too. Fully recommended!

While, Horram did a Balinese massage for my mother in law and she was so impressed. She suffers from osteoporosis and after the one hour she felt completely new and no pain.At the end we completed with ginger and lemon tea.

    I accidentally found out about this spa and I am amazed by it! The manager was extremely nice, I was offered tea, slippers and was treated very well. The massage was SO RELAXING and Padmi was lovely. She was always making sure I was comfortable and made this experience extra nice. Recently we tried the SPA in the nh Collection hotel, the place is neat, well kept and the staff are very friendly.The packages are reasonably priced and you have the option to use several locations.We like the SPA on the palm at nh Collection place because of it proximity and because the therapists we used are of high quality, they know their job and perform very well consistently. Particularly, Ms. LIA and Ms. NUNNY.
