Had a Balinese massage, Nene who was my masseuse was fantastic. She hit all the pressure points with extreme accuracy. This is the first spa Ive ever gone to without having to mention how strong/soft the pressure should be applied. Her strength and gentleness during the massage was absolutely perfect.Definitely recommend this place, and we will be back for more!

She made sure the pressure was always just right and that I was comfortable the entire time. The staff here are all very welcoming, and we were offered a complimentary tea to end our session. My go to spa for all my massage needs. I started to workout and hence you can imagine that my muscles are sore! Lucy is the best therapist I ever had. She is extremely passionate about her job and ensures that she personalised the treatment based on her client. I have a frozen shoulder and gosh she did it really well and all is gone! And oh i have to mentioned the super friendly receptionist his name is Chetan. So overall fully recommend this Spa!!

Mathias from the spa was very friendly, professional, and accomodated my questions and requests.My partner chose and enjoyed the Swedish massage very much. The masseuse definitely knew what she was doing.I would have given 5 stars, but their toilets had a very annoying smell. The hotels facility management and/or housekeeping should really look into it.Nevertheless, it was a positive experience and would happily recommend it.
