Today was my first visit in soul wellness spa. All I can say is that my experience was 10/10 from the moment I arrived. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I had a 90 minute hot stone message with miss Mona. She was amazing. Very skilled. And she made sure I’m comfortable and enjoying my appointment. I highly recommend taking appointment with her if you’re looking for a good deep tissue message to relieve tension.

I would like to announce that I’ve been to many spas before, but the most amazing experience I had was in Sheraton Hotel!! I can’t even explain how organize it is and how helpful and polite the stuff is , especially Sophie!! When I came here for the first time, I thought we need to take our own towels , shampoos , slippers, hair dryer etc..Guess what.. they all had it! I definitely recommend it to you! Amazing facial and service from Catherine at Soul Wellness & Spa in Dubai. I loved it and felt very relaxed. It was such a pampering experience and she gave a great head massage. The massage was great, the ladies were very attentive and professional. The room was so clean and the massage bed very comfortable. The ceiling has nice dimmed lighting that made the whole experience more relaxing. The only thing that was upsetting is that you would come out of your massage to an exposed area where there is noise and delivery people coming to the ladies salon that somehow shares the same reception. It felt a bit awkward that after the massage there is no exclusive area for relaxation.

This is a very good spa the employees were very nice and hospitable. I arranged a massage as soon as I arrived at the hotel without notice and they were able to squeeze me in which I was grateful for. Had a full evening of much needed rest and relaxation today at the Sheraton Spa on Sheikh Zayed Road. I booked in for a hot stone massage with Katherine and it was the perfect balance of pressure and pleasure. I was also able to make use of the complimentary access to jacuzzi, steam room and sauna too. The spa area and changing rooms are thoughtfully designed, very clean and also quiet during the week when I visited. The spa menu selection is really impressive with lots of add ons, and different options for flexibility with time and price. Only let down is access to pool is a separate charge of 150-200dh which is why a 4* not 5* review is given. I would still highly reccomend this place for quality of massage and I will return again. The staff here are professional and personable too! Looking forward to visiting again already.

This spa, located in the Sheraton Grand hotel in Dubai, is a wonderful experience! The spa is very tranquil and well laid out and you get to enjoy beautiful high-rise views overlooking the Dubai skyscape when sipping herbal tea after your treatments which is a treat. The spa treatments we tried themselves were excellent - both a collagen facial and a dessert hot stone massage. Our spa technicians were Catherine and Sumatri and k highly recommended both! Sumetri is an expert masseuse and she was careful, completely attentive to my needs, and knew how to get rid of tension and problem spots. Catherine did a facial and was extremely skilled and knowledgeable about skin. Both ladies had delicate touch but were very effective! The spa itself is a delight including Narjisse at the front desk who effortlessly arranged some complicated reservations and was able to advise what we needed for the treatments.

Having traveled all the way from the St. Regis specifically for this, I had high hopes, and I am thrilled to say that the Sheraton spa delivered in every aspect.The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the couples room. The ambiance was simply breathtaking, with a beautifully designed interior that included a ceiling adorned with twinkling stars, creating a serene and romantic atmosphere. Catherine and Kauotan were THE BEST. Please ask for them if you can! You won’t regret it.

I had a HUGE PLEASURE visiting Soul Welness Spa last Sunday. Felt like sauna time and I’m happy I found the place. I’ve checked the sauna, jacuzzi and pool places, and it’s super cozy, has that tranquility vibe which I really needed. Wasn’t crowded, dedicated area for female, and swimming under the stars in a pool felt magical. On top, ladies were helpful and caring.
