I recently had a massage session at SPA ZEN and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The ambiance was serene and inviting, with soft lighting and calming music that immediately put me at ease. Receptionists Dewi & Ani were so welcoming.The therapist was highly professional, attentive, and skilled. Her name was Mercy and she took the time to understand my needs and tailored the session accordingly. Her technique was both soothing and effective, relieving tension in all the right areas while ensuring I felt completely relaxed.The entire experience was seamless, from the warm welcome to the final moments of relaxation. I left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and completely stress-free. They have a different area for both men and women . Sheryl and Carla showed me around the other facilities like the Jacuzzi, and the swimming pool.I later went to the outdoor pool and the Life guard Jude was friendly and ready to assist. I will be definitely be back and this time for the Hamam bath

Amazing service by Sana the Spa Manager and excellent facial and massage by Spa Therapist, Mercy. I had the dynamic deep cleansing facial and the back and leg massage. Friendly, courteous and lovely service which is very well-priced. All facilities were immaculate and well-maintained. Carla at reception was incredibly hospitable and I’ll definitely visiting again soon for a pamper session!

I had an amazing experience at spa zen .From the moment I walked in I felt relaxed—the atmosphere was peaceful, and Rowel Carla , Enrico, Annie, Dewi, Sheryl were super welcoming. The place was clean, smelled great, and had a really calming vibe.The massage was exactly what I needed.My therapist Mercy was incredible—attentive, professional, and really knew how to work out the tension in my muscles. I walked out feeling refreshed and stress-free.If youre looking for a great spa experience this is the place to be.I’ll definitely be back!

A fantastic, attentive service. Clean, comfortable with nice extra touches, like your own little changing room, hot tea, natural yogurt and small sweet treats after while you relax in a quiet zone on contoured beds. I had Wayan for my treatment and she was amazing! After a long flight, with a sore and tight shoulder/neck that has been causing me pain, her massage was brilliant. She even brought me heated bags after the massage to position on my shoulder and back. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to visit and unwind. Truly recommended. The staff are very professional and experienced. I like to to visit Spa Zen whenever I am at voco Dubai. I generally go there in groups with my friends or family. The place is relaxing clean and welcoming. They have good swimming g pool. Equipped Gym and good facilities together with Spa Zen. Thanks Sana, Carla, Anie, Mercy,Towels and the 3 lifeguards together with Hussain and Harry. I recommend this place to every one especially they have the best selection of treatments. Keep it up IHG voco.

The place is elegant and clean and the staff are professional and very kind. I Booked a 90 min massage and Wayan was my therapist. She did a great job. I enjoyed and benefited from her message. If you have lower back pain, Wayan helps in relieving back pain as well with her treatment. Indeed she is superb.Highly recommended!

Lovely place to relax!!!! My friend and I went here yesterday and had a fabulous time..we spent almost 3 hours and it was worth it..you won’t feel rushed here in fact they will encourage you to use all their facilities and ensure they are not bothering you while doing so…The facility and the spa itself is very clean, they have everything, all you need to do is to bring yourself..i specially love that they will issue u one locker for your things to ensure you are hands free for maximum enjoyment and relaxation! Robes and towels are super clean!My therapist Wayan was excellent..she gave me one hell of a good massage! 😊Shout out also to their other friendly staff Sherlie, Rowel & Carla!We will 100% comeback!!!

One of the best spas in Dubai. I have been going to Spa Zen since 2019 and the service is always top notch. My family and friends love it too. If you love Groupon as much as I do, they offer a price match and their cold tea is my favorite. I make sure to go atleast 30 minutes before my appointment to enjoy the facilities. The therapists are great and I always leave feeling more relaxed. Shoutout to Rowell and his colleagues for always taking care of me every time.

I had an amazing massage today at Spa Zen with Wayan. The spa is so beautifully curated which is so soothing. I was offered a refreshing cold tea before my massage and absolutely delicious lemon and cucumber water after. The facilities are so clean and well maintained. Definitely warrants another visit.

Spa zen is so Amazing. What a great and relaxing experience Ive had. Therapist are all professionals and friendly. What I like with the spa is their facilities like sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, Gym and the pool that include if you do a treatment. I will surely comeback and recommend it.
