I was looking for best Hamam in the town to take my mom for a spa day. We decide to go to Sultana hamam in old town Dubai . Place is very authentic with marrocan touches relaxing . We had marrocan bath hair colour and mani pedi. It was an amazing experince from arrival till we left. My mom hair has one of difficult type to colour they have a professional hair stylist Latifa she managed very well to make a perfect choose for styling and for colour.Hamam experience make you feel you new born. We are ready to enter new year fresh and relaxed .For those who looking a great service and quality must visit the place we were very satisfied and like to share my experience.We will definitely come back

I had an amazing treatment with Amina. She is excellent—very friendly, gentle, and efficient. I have had several hammams before, but Amina is truly the best.This branch is very cozy, clean, and private. It is conveniently located on the boulevard, just across the street from the Dubai Mall fountain. All the staff are incredibly friendly.One of the best things about this branch is that your entire treatment takes place in one private room, unlike the Al Barsha branch.From the moment you step in, you feel at ease.First, they provide you with everything you need, including a bathrobe, slippers, a hairband, a shower cap, a welcoming drink, and a locker to store your belongings.Then, Amina takes you in and begins the treatment:1. You lie down as she applies the Moroccan black soap.2. The room then turns into a steam room, where you relax for 10–15 minutes.3. Next, the scrubbing begins—she scrubs every inch of your body, firmly yet carefully. You won’t believe the amount of dead skin that comes off!4. After that, she applies a Moroccan clay mask.5. If you’d like, she can also wash your hair.Your skin feels absolutely amazing after the treatment—soft and smooth, just like baby skin!Once you finish, they serve Moroccan tea, dates, and nuts, along with a warm pillow for your neck, which is much needed.It’s worth mentioning that everything is included in the traditional hammam package, including the scrubbing mitt and the clay mask, for AED 350.At the Al Barsha branch, the price is AED 250, but you need to purchase the scrubbing mitt separately and pay extra for the clay mask.However, I will only be returning to this branch because I felt so comfortable with Amina, and the privacy here is unmatched—something I don’t find at the Al Barsha branch, which I don’t prefer.An amazing place!

I feel fresh!Blow Dry: Just okay—not as impressive as the other services.Overall, I’d recommend this place for regular self-care visits, but not for special occasions.

I had the pleasures to go to sultana Spa downtown. The service was impeccable I was literally treated like a princess. Amina did my Moroccan bath and she did an amazing job at it. She can make you feel comfortable and the scrubbing was impeccable. After my hammam they gave me a neck warmer and a Moroccan tea. I felt so relaxed and peaceful. Can’t wait to go back to sultana Spa !😍😍

I had the most amazing Moroccan bath with Amina — she was so professional and did it the traditional way, absolutely incredible! Then I had a pedicure with Manita, who was super sweet and did an amazing job — so gentle and detailed. I also got a manicure with Jasmine, and her work was just as impressive — clean, neat, and beautiful.To top it all off, I had my hair styled in soft waves by Latifa — she was so friendly and did exactly what I wanted.The place is absolutely beautiful, very professional, the whole staff is kind and welcoming, and the prices are great!Highly recommend!

Excellent! I had tried a lot of spa services around the world. This place amazed me. It is only for women. You will start feeling rest mode from the beginning as you enter the building. People working there are amazing. It is truly the most relaxing method to relax. I tried their hammam with the full body scrub, facial, and hair blow out. Madams who work there are very nice and professional. Beautiful and peaceful place to spend the day and make something nice for yourself.

The staff were incredibly gentle and attentive.I am typically a client at Al Barsha, but due to renovations, I visited the Downtown location, and I was utterly amazed. Highly recommend Sultana Spa for any ladies looking to try a Moroccan Hammam!I have been twice already and it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience! Your skin is silky smooth afterwards and they really make sure to exfoliate and clean every inch on your body! My friend brought me here for my birthday as a treat and they really knew how to take care of us and surprise me with a lovely cake ❤️ It was really memorable.I recommend Catherine and Sana. Catherine is South African so she is very good for English speaking customers who don’t know Arabic and for first timers that are non-Arabic speakers. She customized the experience to my liking and communicated with me perfectly as to what each step would be like. She gave me a heavenly head massage at the end too!Sana is Moroccan and really an expert at what she does. There was a language barrier but I trusted her completely and she did an excellent job! Definitely going back whenever I need a spa day!

I had an EXCELLENT moment at the sultana for my birthday.I used to go to the spa in Al barsha and I went to Downtown for the first time.For the Hammam I highly recommend Sana she is very meticulous and careful in her work. For the massage I recommend WITHOUT ANY DOUBT Manitha who is simply an expert in her field.I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the whole team: Rania, Regina, Katherina, Jasmine and Amina for their warm welcome and generosity.And a huge thank you for my birthday cake.

If you’re looking for a relaxing spa experience, Sultan Spa downtown location is the place to come. Regina and the Manager were very pleasant welcoming us with a lemon drink and Moroccan tea. Amina did the Moroccan hammam and she did an amazing job. Amina explained everything she was doing during the hammam and was kind. Eve did the deep tissue massage, and she did an amazing job. This location was nice with Burj Khalifa view and restaurants near by.

Me and my sisters in law came to sultana spa durning our holiday.One of my sisters in law did the Moroccan bath traditional Hammam treatment and it was a wonderful experience , this was the first time doing this and Amelia was reassuring and made her feel very comfortable. Entering the spa was welcoming and all the staff was really polite.My experience, I fully agree with my sister in law, they were all very kind and considerate and welcoming. I have done a facial treatment with Jasmine and she took a good look at my skin to analyse it and listened to my skin concerns and treated them. After her facial treatment my face was visibly improved, radiant and glowing and thanks to her exfoliation and cleansing from impurities I can see my face is more clear and looking clean . And I also had a massage and I went for the Oxygen as recommended from Caterina after she asked how and what I felt.Her massage was deep like I had requested and what I liked about her is that even if I had initially picked a different oil massage after listening to my problems and feelings she was confident and honest when advising me that what I needed was oxigen massage to help give more circulation that will alleviate my body pains and tension.-Maria A

I had a Moroccan Hammam with Amina. It was the best in my whole life, no jokes. That including France, UK, Turkish hammam in Turkey, Bali and a lot of other places. Amina was extremely kind and professional, a sweetheart, extremely attentive, I came to remove my fake tan that became patchy and she managed to exfoliate all of it. I highly recommend her, I have never experienced such an amazing service and you can actually feel that she has a very soft energy to herself. After the treatment, Amina brought me Moroccan tea with dates, which were also delicious and even offered to help when I was drying my hair. The service is absolutely fabulous, a must try!

I booked a traditional Hammam and spontaneously decided to extend my time at the spa with a deep tissue massage. The experience was absolutely amazing. Everyone at sultana spa was so welcoming and friendly. The ladies were truly passionate about their work and made me feel very comfortable. My massage with Manita released all my stress and muscle tension from last week and Amina did her best job scrubbing off my skin. I will for sure return back for both treatments and hopefully get to see these fantastic ladies again!

Just came here with my mom to relax and enjoy some time together. I was blown away by the quality of service and how much they take the upmost care of you from the moment you step into the door. Reception greeted us so kindly and calming setting the tone for the rest of our afternoon. The ladies made it so seamless to step out from the stress outside and heading in to relax. We both did a hamam and massage. Catherine and Khadija check in on you every step of the process to make sure you are comfortable and your needs are met. In between the hamam and the massage, they gave us a moment to sit back, have some delicious Moroccan tea and dates and gave us a rose water towel to cool our face. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I cannot wait to make this part of my monthly routine.

I really wanted a great Hamam after my long vacation that ended in Dubai.The last time I had an amazing Hamam was in Turkey many years ago.The reviews were looking good and I picked this place. Amina was the lady that helped me and was very attentive. She did a great job scrubbing me but also she made sure when I needed the cold water she gave it to me in moderation to be careful so that my body adjusts to it. She was very sweet and I felt so good afterwards!The Hamam was followed by a rest and they gave me some tea and sweets. The put a heavy bean bag on my shoulders and it felt so good for relaxation. Then I did the massage with Ritu, the lady from South Africa.She knew what she was doing. I had many massage experiences and can tell she is a professional. The staff were not only professional but also genuinely friendly and attentive. Their enthusiasm and dedication to ensuring a memorable experience were evident in every interaction.Nezha was amazing she made this experience unforgettable and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Nezha not only left me feeling satisfied but also eager to return and share this gem with friends and family.Whether youre a first-timer like me or a returning guest, I believe youll find it just as amazing.

Amazing spa day at Sultana. Everything was perfect. Nuhza, took her time in the morrocan hamam to make me feel like a princess. I walked out of there feeling replenished and refreshed. Such a great experience. My skin feels amazing. Thank you again to all at Sultana spa ☺️

Nazha for huama and Reem for blow dry truly impressed me on how amazing experience I get every time I come to this place, my skin has never looked better! The results were nothing short of miraculous. I chose the detox hamam I left with a radiant glowing hair and skin , It’s clear that the service offered is one of the best in Dubai!

I love this place! Its so clean and the staff are so welcoming. Ive enjoyed every treatment i’ve had. When family visit its top of their list as well! The only thing I would like to ask is that they provide robes that are a bit bigger, the curvy girls who are not the standard Dubai size 4 will thank you!

My experience at Sultana Spa was great! I had Amina, Monita (spell check) and Jasmine. Amina did my scrub, Monita did my massage and pedicure & Jasmine did my manicure. The scrub made my skin feel amazing afterwards. My massage was perfect after a 14 hour flight. My mani and pedi was better than the Russian mani and pedi I get back home. Thanks, will return again.

I had a great experience with Jazmin! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They even helped me find the place when I was lost. The deep cleansing facial felt amazing, and the products they used were of high quality. I didnt expect to have a foot massage during the facial, but it was a nice surprise. I highly recommend the overall experience.

The new Sultana Spa is absolutely gorgeous. The aesthetics transports you to a tranquil atmosphere that you just want to dissappear in from the hustle and bustle of the real world. I can’t wait until i leave to write about this place I’m here at sultana spa everything is exceptional from the decoration to the friendly professional staff, their relaxing seating areas and beverages. Sanaa did my Morrocan bath it was my first time she was such a sweetheart made me love the experience, then the multitalented Jasmin did my facial and nails and both were to the point, everlyn does an amazing hot stone massage a must try. And eventually Latifa did my hair she is an expert we were very satisfied with the results.Special thanks to Rania the receptionist she was very sweet to make a birthday setting for my friend and kept checking on us every once in while. Very happy i found this place.🙏😍

First time in sultana spa downtown, the staff were very nice and welcoming. I loved the inside decoration, it gives a very calming feeling.I did a hair treatment with latifa and i just loved it! All the process, from the treatment to the massage and steam, my scalp and hair felt so refreshed and shining. Latifa was so professional and very nice.I highly recommend!!

I had a full body moroccan scrub ( Hammam) & afterwards a full body massage.The staff are very professional and hospitable.It was my first time having a Hammam. It was a great experience, intriguing , cleansing, detoxing and i felt the cleanest I have ever been since birth 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣!The full body massage was fantastic. It was so good the masseuse woke me up at the end ( Do you need me to say more)!! I will definitely recommend you try them out! Best experience ever.❤️❤️❤️. Amazing experience. I went for the Moroccan bath experience. It was so relaxing. The service by Sanaa, who’s actually from Marrakech, was authentic. Her scrubbing was on point (as a Moroccan myself that’s super important). I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back here.
