Every year I visit Dubai and the Versace Spa is a must on my list. I usually try to go a few times. I phoned to make my reservation with Wafaa who is always a pleasure to deal with, quick, efficient and kind. The change room and relaxation area is cozy and intimate, with sauna, cold showers, and a jacuzzi pool. The staff are always so attentive, making sure I have refreshments and dates between my services and at the end. I always opt for the Traditional Hammam and Hot Stone massage, both treatments with Rosarin. She is an exceptional masseuse! She made my skin unbelievably beautiful and soft in the hammam, and then her massage technique was perfect. I left the spa feeling so relaxed and that night I slept so deeply. I appreciate that the Versace Spa Dubai is always consistent and employ skilled staff. I cant wait until my next visit! Thank you Rosarin!

Every time we visit Dubai, we make sure to stop by the spa at Palazzo Versace. The facilities are well-maintained, and they offer a wide range of massages and therapies. Advance payment is required to confirm your booking. Prices are on the higher side, with massages ranging from 640 to 1,050 AED.

I was unsure of the place based on the up and down reviews but wow this place was amazing. My husband booked a birthday setup for my mother and I. They gave me a bouquet of flowers, a small box of chocolate dates and a 150 aed voucher to use the next time. I even got to keep the balloons.We had the 90 min Swedish massage in a couples room. Dont be in a hurry to leave as you will definitely need time to spend using their facilities. It was beautiful. The sauna, the jacuzzi, rainforest themed showers, warm stone relaxation area. Our spa therapists were Chandi and Remy, both gave the best massages! The girls at the reception were so kind. We felt very welcomed.We then proceeded to the West pool, Amalfi. Our server, Sandeep was very attentive and helpful.

Thanks to reem and tefany i think sorry don’t remember exactly the names 😍amazing sweddish massage everyone in reception so welcoming and nice bali guys 🤣😍very professional very cooperative, only thing i didn’t like was the call center when i called i didn’t feel she was attentive wafaa , no follow up or confirmation call , but when i came to the spa everything went great ❤️

For me it’s my favourite spa in Dubai. I have been many times now and it has clean, elegant facilities, along with a super relaxing, luxurious ambience. The staff have always been pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend the hot stone massage!

Been a member here for over 2 years. The facilities are great, massage tables are fully adjustable and heated. The staff are exceptional and only drawback of the entire experience is an occasional uncivilized guest or two.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spa; its incredibly clean. I experienced both the couples and single massage rooms, both of which were excellent. The private jacuzzi was a particularly nice touch. My only feedback is that the valet service can be a bit slow in bringing your car.

I enjoyed the massage a lot and felt refreshed and relaxed after. My masseuse was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The only thing that ruined the experience was the lack of cold water in the shower and I had to explain that three times for staff to believe me and be taken to a different shower. The shower I was taken to happened to be accessible by other spa guests which I didnt realize right away. This weirded me out because I am rather private person, and prefer to take my showers when no one passes by and stares at me. Other than that its a great place, with a very relaxing atmosphere.

Ive visited the Spa at Palazzo Versace Hotel,for hot stone massage and I would like to thank Ms. Feteria for the professional massage she did and kindness. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful..I forgot my rings and left but they called me immediately to come back and collect my rings.. Definitely Ill come back..

The Spa It was quiet enviroment, amazing interior, rain 🌧 shower so good different can’t compare , good service, friendly staff at the desk Durga ,reasonable price, very therapeutic massage experience in Dubai’,😲 Very cute set up,Therapist Freddie was very sweet and attentive! Loved the body scrub - removed a lot of dead skin. I Would like suggest to all people do it Makes your body lighter , Overall though it was a great experience and we would come back!!

Thunder, lightning and twinkling stars.Low ceilings, dim lighting, minimalist decor in dark colors, fresh flowers and twinkling stars on the ceiling. The whole atmosphere is created for deep relaxation.A huge steam room, a spacious sauna, a blue jacuzzi, mosaic sunbeds in a heated relaxation area, a bowl of ice and an entertaining shower with multi-colored lighting, birdsong, thunder and lightning - all this will make your visit memorable.My 90 minute Ayurveda aromatherapy massage was wonderful. It really helped me regain my strength after the trip.The only thing that confused and outraged me was the level of knowledge of spa etiquette of guests.They left half-empty bottles of water here and there, threw towels into the steam room and dressing gowns in the dressing room of the shower room, made noise, and one lady on speakerphone (!) even made a video call on a nearby sun lounger in the recreation area!!!What saved me from wanting to express my indignation to her was relaxation music in the headphones I miraculously grabbed from home. I really wanted to maintain emotional balance.I guess I was unlucky and accidentally chose the wrong time (Monday evening) and as a result it was the most crowded spa I have visited so far in Dubai. This left quite a bad taste.I would really like no one to disturb the atmosphere of luxurious relaxation.I have no desire to visit again yet.
